Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of optimizing stock portfolios on the Value30 and Growth30 indexes on the Indonesia Stock Exchange based on the Markowitz Model and Sharpe Model. There are seven stocks that are consistently listed on the Value30 index selected with the code ADRO, BJBR, ELSA, ITMG, PTBA, PTPP, UNTR and seven stocks that are consistently listed on the Growth30 index selected with the code ACES, BBCA, BBRI, CPIN, ERAA, TBIG , TOWR. The data is taken from the period January 2015 to December 2021. Using the Markowitz model on the Value30 index stock yields a return of 1.08% and a standard deviation of 8.02% (coefficient of variation/cv 7.426). Meanwhile, the Growth30 index stock yielded a return of 1.36% and a standard deviation of 4.46% (cv 3.279). Using the Sharpe model on the Value30 index stock yields a return of 2.23% and a standard deviation of 11.01% (cv 4.937). Meanwhile, the Growth30 index stock yielded a return of 1.54% and a standard deviation of 4.88% (cv 3.169). Abstract

The cosmetic industry has been designated as one of the priority sectors, as stated in the Master Plan of National Industry Development 2015-2035. The priority development programs in the cosmetic sector are mastering technology and building international standard manufacturing capabilities. The cosmetic industry's ability to comply with international standards, including good manufacturing practices (GMP), is mandatory, mainly since the ASEAN Harmonized Cosmetics Regulatory Scheme was fully implemented. It has been almost 14 years since the scheme's implementation, and the Indonesian FDA has enforced all stipulations within the scheme framework. This study aims to evaluate the policy impact of GMP compliance on cosmetic industries in Indonesia through a cost-benefit analysis. A qualitative descriptive method is conducted to identify the benefits and the costs of GMP compliance and determine the importance or significance of the benefits and costs components. The result findings showed the more significant cost components include maintenance of building and facilities, quality control, maintenance of equipment, and sanitation and hygiene. In comparison, the weight scores of the benefit components do not differ much, with the benefit of increased product sales being perceived to be the most important.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide problem solution for Dried Fish Farmers of NambanganKenjeran Barat Village about conventional drying process of fish in the sun which is not necessarily good or bad weather condition and long drying. This method is designed to resemble a house that has 3 shelves made from Food Grade and a house wall made from acrylic transfaran, with a hybrid energy system that is sunlight and Infra red stove made from LPG Gas Fuel. This tool integrates ECU (Electrical Control Unit) technology. The results with a hybrid drying system, this drying process can improve the drying process faster up to 3 times, maintaining the hygiene of product and efficient in the use of fuel up to 20%. so productivity increased from 25kg/day to 50 kg/day. The findings of a hybrid drying system that utilizes sunlight, heat and heat from LPG-fueled infrared burners, which can be used alternately or simultaneously equipped with ECU (Electrical Control Unit) that serves to adjust the room temperature drying when using a wall space burner in a dryer made from clear acrylic on each side. Keywords : SME, Hybrid, ECU (Electrical Control Unit), Drying
