Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze murabahah financing at BMT Amanah Ummah Sukodono. Murabaha financing still dominates the composition of financing in Islamic financial institutions, including BMT. BMT assesses that the murabahah financing process has a small risk so that BMT spends more on this type of financing. The composition of murabahah financing which is still very large in BMT and the existence of muamalah rules which state that "profit is a reward for being prepared to bear losses" poses the risk of murabahah financing, the management process since the prospective member or member of the BMT proposes financing until the repayment of financing installments is interesting to study. This study uses a qualitative approach. Primary data comes from interviews with BMT administrators and managers, participatory observations, and focus group discussions (FGD) as well as documents related to murabahah financing. Secondary data comes from books, journals, magazines, newspapers, and documents or reports on research activities that have been carried out related to financing in the BMT Amanah Ummah. This research concludes that:1) Murabahah Financing is the principle of buying and selling where the selling price consists of the cost price plus the profit value that has been agreed between the two parties.2) Factors that cause financing problems are due to the Customer himself and the BMT Amanah Ummah Sukodono not understanding the character of the members, the poor economic conditions and business development and the BMT Amanah Ummah being less careful and thorough in analyzing the data of prospective customers.3) To deal with problematic financing in murabahah contracts, BMT Amanah Ummah Sukodono uses a family system by approaching problem customers. Abstract

Throughout the beginning of 2020 until now, the Covid-19 pandemic has had a wide impact on the global health and economic crisis. The Indonesian government enacted the PSBB policy which was then followed by a new policy, namely the New Normal policy, where community activities are restricted and have a large impact on their social activities, especially the impact of work and economy. Likewise, the impact experienced by LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri in the fundraising process experienced obstacles such as payment of bad donors, donors came out as permanent donors of Yatim Mandiri and some obstacles in the sustainability of the program. In this journal will be discussed how the analysis of fundraising strategies and the implementation of the LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri program in the Solo Branch. This study uses qualitative approaches with observation methods, interviews and literature methods. The data used comes from primary and secondary data. The results showed that although the pandemic had an impact that greatly affected the activities of the community and institutions, but LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri has a solution in the form of a strategy that continues to be developed both in terms of the fundraising team and all existing programs to continue running and realized properly so that mustahik will still get its rights from muzaki through Yatim Mandiri. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian menganalisis kesesuaian penerapan akad Murabahah pada produk UGT MUB dengan perspektif ekonomi Islam. Kesesuaian perspektif ekonomi Islam dengan ketentuan UU Perbankan Syariah, dan Fatwa DSN-MUI. Jenis penelitian studi kasus. Informan kunci berasal dari pihak BMT, informan pendukung dari anggota. Analisis data menggunakan interaktif model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Praktek penerapan akad murabahah sudah sesuai dengan Undang-undang Perbankan Syariah dan Fatwa DSN-MUI, dimana penerapan pembiayaan murabahah sudah memenuhi syarat rukun jual beli dan pembiayaan yang berdasarkan atas prinsip Islam. Asas-asas (nilai-nilai) dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam juga telah terkandung dalam penerapan akad murabahah pada produk UGT MUB. Abstract

The amil zakat agency/institution is the party that has the right to manage ZISWAF (Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh and Waqf) funds which are expected to help solve the problem of poverty and social inequality in society. Among the many amil zakat institutions or LAZ, Yatim Mandiri Foundation, where one of its branches in Sidoarjo has become a place for Field Work Practices (PKL) for students. The Field Work Practice (PKL) activity which development method of this system used descriptive qualitative analysis by obtaining a systematic description and data about the procedures for receiving zakat funds, infaq shodaqoh and waqf at the Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo Foundation. From the Field Work Practice (PKL) activities at YATIM MANDIRI, it can be concluded that the Yatim Mandiri Amil Zakat Institution has a function and role in improving the education and economy of orphans and poor people. Furthermore, they have the responsibility to manage and collect funds from the community to be distributed to those in need. In good condition, whether before or after PPKM, Yatim Mandiri always made it easy for everyone who wanted to become a benefactor. Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the drivers of economic growth in Banyuwangi Regency. This study aims to determine the priority of the cluster on the development of healthy tourism in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses a mixed qualitative and quantitative method approach through interviews and distributing questionnaires to experts from the health office, culture and tourism office, and the Banyuwangi Regency Regional Development Planning Agency. The analysis technique uses the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The results of the analysis show that the priority of developing healthy tourism clusters in Banyuwangi Regency is Objects and Tourist Attractions by occupying the first position which indicates that DTW is a priority to be developed into healthy tourism with a percentage of 33%. Abstract

Study with the title "The Effect of Price Levels, and Products, on Consumer Purchase Decisions in the Sharia Retail Business of 212 Mart (Case Study At 212 Mart Pondok Jati Sidoarjo)" is a study that aims to determine whether the level of prices and products have a significant and simultaneous effect on decisions Purchase. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The population in this study were consumers at 212 Mart Pondok Jati Sidoarjo using a non-probability sampling method as many as 90 people. Furthermore, the data was analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 16 application. The results of this study partially the two independent variables Price Level have t count > t table that is 4,895 > t table 1,987 and the value of Sig. 0.00. So it can be said that the product variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The product variable has t count > t table which is 2.418 > 1.987 and the value of Sig. 0.018. So it can be said that the Product variable affects the Purchase Decision. Then simultaneously variable Price Level and Product also affect the Purchase Decision as evidenced by the value of f count > F table that is 13,353 > 3,100 and the value of Sig. 0.000. Abstract

Abstrack The objectives of this study include: 1) Knowing and analyzing the price fixing for basic food shops in Sumberurip Hamlet, Barurejo Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency. 2) Knowing and analyzing the suitability between the price fixing for the basic food shops in Sumberurip Hamlet, Barurejo Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency with the Islamic Economic Perspective. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of case study research that is single case design (single case design). The conclusions in this study are, 1) Determination of the price of basic necessities at the Sumberurip hamlet shop, Barurejo Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency, is a price setting based on demand made by buyers, based on profits, the price set can still change every day, can still bargain according to the agreement of both parties. Based on competition, usually also use the price circulating in the market. 2) The determination of the price of basic necessities is carried out in Sumberurip Hamlet, Barurejo Village, Siliragung District, Banyuwangi Regency if it is contextualized from an Islamic economic perspective in general, it is in accordance with the Islamic Economic Perspective. This can be seen from the pricing based on a fair price that is in accordance with the Islamic Economic Perspective. Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the application of good corporate governance in facing competition at PT Semen Indonesia, a company engaged in the cement sector. The type of research used is observation and interviews. The research method used is a qualitative method with interactive data analysis. The results of this study found that PT Semen Indonesia with the application of the principles of good corporate governance namely: transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness was able to compete even though there were many new players in the field of development, by always trying to create new innovations, and providing products and services that were quality according to the needs of customers and society in general, and digitizing the production process, by providing convenience for customers with digital marketing initiatives through the SobatBangung platform, AccessToko and Online Official Store. . Abstract

This paper discusses about the urgency or the importance of the role from Krebet Baru Sugar Factory as avalist in food and energy credits, and yo discuss the importance of this sugar factory as sugarcane processing related by profit sharing agreement with sugarcane farmers. The purpose of writing this journal to understand and analyze the urgency from Krebet Baru Sugar Factory as avalis in food and energy credits and to analyze about agreement result between sugary factory and sugarcane farmers by profit sharing agreement. Research methods used in the writing of this artikel is an empirical juridicial. The approach used in the juridicial sociological approach and a conceptual approach. The result of this artikel research found that sugar factory is an important part in food and energy credits because as avalist, this sugar factory play a role in choosing partner, determine the result of the sugarcane process and usually for credit payment. Sugar factory as sugarcane processing plays an important role in the process of planting sugar till harvesting sugarcane untill having a good sugarcane.
