Abstract

The purpose of community service activities (PKM) which is carried out through the activity of "Counseling and Mentoring in the Application of Kaizen Management at Srijaya car repair shop Surabaya" to improve the quality of services to consumers. Companies will be introduced to the concept of how to make continuous improvements, conducting improvements in small steps but consistently carried out on an ongoing basis. The implementation of Kaizen management with 5S principles (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) which means Concise, Neat, Clean, Caring, Diligent by utilizing the workplace which includes equipment, documents, buildings and space to train the habits of workers in an effort to improve discipline and work productivity. The Methods used are through four stages, namely: preparation, Kaizen management counseling, monitoring and evaluation. The results of this counseling and coaching activity show that there are still many step-by-step observations that must be addressed in this workshop to maximize the quality of services to consumers.

Abstract

The management control system is a system used to influence its members to implement strategies efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of management control systems in the Asisyiah Savings and Loans Cooperative Malang. The data analysis method used is descriptive. The results showed that the management control structure and management control process at KSP Asisyiah Malang were effective. This is evidenced by the implementation of a control structure which is divided into an organizational structure, a delegation of authority and responsibility, and a responsibility centre that covers all functions within the organizational structure. As well as the control process carried out starting from strategy formulation, budget preparation, implementation and measurement, as well as work evaluation which shows an improvement. Based on the results of the research, the servant can give suggestions that KSP Asisyiah needs to apply a division manager to separate the duties and responsibilities between the management and the manager. The addition of resources will improve performance for the progress of KSP Asisyiah Malang business. Work evaluation also needs to be compared between realization and what has been budgeted so that the results are more effective.

Abstract

The Kampus Merdeka Angkatan 1 Program has been held at the target elementary school, namely SDIT Madani Ekselensia Sidoarjo from March to June 2021. This program is part of the Merdeka Campus which involves students from various universities in Indonesia and educational backgrounds to assist the teaching and learning process in elementary schools. which is accredited C and provides opportunities for students to be able to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the lecture class. The Kampus Merdeka Angkatan 1 Program at SDIT Madani Ekselensia aims to help optimize elementary education services during the pandemic. This program involves eight students selected to devote themselves to SDIT Madani Ekselensia who come from various educational backgrounds, including from Guidance and Counseling study programs, State Administration Science, PGSD, Electrical Engineering, Japanese Language Education, and Management. This program contributes to increasing student empathy and sympathy as well as student teaching skills

Abstract

Achieving good health is one of the needs that must be met by every humans being. In addition to primary, secondary, and tertiary needs, the realization of health is the main key for humans to carry out all activities and ultimately fulfill the three elements of human needs. Policymakers still do not regard health as a primary need and a valuable investment in development. It's time to consider health issues an important factor and a worthwhile investment. Its implementation is based on a new paradigm commonly known as the healthy paradigm, wich health paradigm that prioritizes promotive and preventive efforts without neglecting curative and rehabilitative efforts. Therefore, every community has the right to live in a good and healthy environment. So all citizens of the Republic of Indonesia have the right to access health  care services. However, people still assume that medical services are only used if they are sick or have symptoms of illness. The purpose of this community service is to increase and develop public knowledge about the community’s right to health care services. The material was delivered using the lecture method at Dusun Sering Atas. The planned result is to increase public knowledge and awareness of the importance of the community's right to health care services. The result achieved is an increased in general understanding and awareness of the right to health care services.

Abstract

As the basic political unit in the Philippines, barangays are expected to exercise their power and authority in managing the interactions of the community members. This includes their knowledge, skills, and competencies to exercise their oath of office, without compromising the needs of the constituents as a public trust. This research aims to measure the knowledge of the barangay officials in their duties, not limited to the mandated roles, the research also tackled the extent of their orientation to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and lifelong learning as these emphasize the prevalent concerns present in countries, identified by intergovernmental organizations. Governance, including procedures, technicalities, and duties, plays a vital role in the harnessing the assets present in the localities towards participatory and societal development. Capacity-building, through offering a certificate program was seen as an aid to empower the barangay leaders to realize their role as catalysts of change in their barangays.

Abstract

Garbage is an unused and must be removed, it is produced by human activities originating in industrial, mining, agricultural, agricultural, fisheries, transportation, domestic, commercial, and other human activities. Garbage Banks are one of the innovative creations to harness the economic value contained in garbage done by society and indirectly reduce the amount of garbage. The study focused on (1) how people's empowerment through garbage Banks, (2) factors affecting public empowerment through garbage Banks (3) the goal of creating trash Banks that would later be expected to improve the skills and insights of the public public utilities. Pankean Magazine for the disposal of garbage and for economic benefits, and for creating a clean environment. The research method employed is a qualitative descriptive study method. The result of this activity was the formation of a trash bank organization with the name "title of asri" (a clean receipt bracelet) in the village of sumberbodol.

Abstract

The service carried out at Madrasah Diniyah Nurussyabab Rangkapan Jaya Baru, aims to the first, improve the ability to read Al-Quran at Madrasah Diniyah Nurussyabab, seconda forms afrom of concern for the community service team and lectures in implementing the Tridharma of higher education, namely community service. The approach taken during this PKM activity is thematic, systematic, flexibility learning and religious guidance. From the results of the dedication and discussion,it was concluded that (1) The number of illiteracy rates of the Al-Quran in children at Madrasah Diniyah Nurussyabab were still high, and (2) The cause of the high number of Al-Quran illiteracy rates is ore on motivation and lack of internal interest in learning the Al-Quran. (3) The Iqra method is a method that is considered effective to be used in order to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur’an children. In this PKM, santri are all to memorize short suras, practice prayers, call to prayer and provide insight to the students in order to understand Islamic education well.

Abstract

The importance of small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) is reflected in their contribution to the national economy. Although MSME contributes significantly to the national economy, it faces many problems. While these MSMEs are being strengthened, Indonesia and the world are facing an unexpected catastrophe, the emergence of the outbreak of COVID 19. This outbreak certainly poses new short-term challenges for MSME support. The biggest challenge for MSME is the decline in demand. Declining activity and economic growth at both national and global levels have affected the decline in public demand, including the products and services produced by MSME. MSME Arin Bakery is also experiencing this. During the pandemic period from 2020 to 2021, sales declined significantly. In addition to this, there is the emergence of competitors in the same place as rising raw material prices. Community service activities are conducted in the form of mentoring and counseling to support UMKM Arin Bakery. This activity can be divided into several stages. That is the observation and question stage, the situation analysis stage, and the stage of providing input or alternative solutions. The result of this activity is in the form of a 4P marketing strategy proposal (product, price, location, promotion).

Abstract

In order to achieve the sustainable development goals (SDGS), countries are expected to reduce waste and waste production through efforts known as 3r recycling, and reuse to ensure sustainable production and consumption patterns. This is one of the efforts to increase community inequality through economic sectors in the management of the rural governments of Kejagan, Trowulan,Mojokerto. This service to society begins with two problems: (1) Community outreach to increased service, increased public tranquility, improvements in service facilities in all areas including social, cultural, economic, security, health, education, law, and other comprehensive issues in the endemi era. (2) Partner have yet to understand how garbage management becomes economic goods and has high sales value in the endemic era as an improvement in local communities' resilience. The method of community service is community intervention and three main characteristics: community based local resource based and sustainable.

Abstract

Weak archiving systems, correspondence related to services to village communities and the lack of village government regarding population and population data, so this service has the goal of developing Plosobuden Village a village website to facilitate archiving and population administration. The method carried out in the service process is carried out in several stages, namely location surveys, maturation of concepts in the internal service team, asking for input and criticism of village web creations to village officials, finalizing village web concepts and contents internally for the service team, training and assistance in village web operations. to village officials and evaluation. The results of the service show that village officials are very enthusiastic about the village web to facilitate archiving in terms of correspondence and population data archiving. The results of the evaluation are the lack of basic population input data so that the use of the village web cannot be maximized.
