This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities on Consumer Satisfaction using the Trans Semarang feeder 1 transportation service. The research population is all consumers of Feeder 1 Trans Semarang, a sample of 100 uses the Ferdinand formula. The method used is multiple linear regression SPSS program version 23. Multiple linear regression analysis technique Y = α + β1X1 + β2X2 + β3X3 + e. The research data variable is Consumer Satisfaction (Y) and X is Service Quality, Brand Image and Facilities. The results of the Service Quality study (X1) have no significant effect on consumer satisfaction with t count t table (3.161>1.984), with a significance value of 0.002 t table (3.930>1.984), with a significance value of 0.000 F table (120.22> 2.699) with a significance of 0.000. Calculation of the value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) obtained Adjusted R2 of 0.783. This means that the percentage of the influence of the variable Quality of Service, Brand Image and Facilities on Customer Satisfaction is 78.3%. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of total assets, cashflow in operating activities, cashflow in investing activities, cashflow in financing activities, and ROE on the stock prices of technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022-2023. This research is a quantitative study using secondary data and data collection techniques in the form of purposive sampling. There are 33 companies that make up the population, but only 22 can be sampled and are eligible to be the object of this study. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of total assests on stock prices, there was no significant effect of cashflow in operating activities, cashflow in investment activities, cashflow in financing activities, and ROE on stock prices.

This study aims to determine the implementation of endorsement services on Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown. The data studied is the marketing process carried out by Laksmi before the endorsement (2007-2017) and after the endorsement (2018-2023). As well as observing the endorsement process carried out by Laksmi and the implementation carried out by Laksmi's endorsers on social media. The results of this study show some similarities between theory and practice that have been applied by Laksmi. Both in terms of endorser selection, as well as consistency in making endorsements, not only for new endorsers but also for old endorsers. So that it can be found the reason why Laksmi Muslimah Bridal Gown is able to continue to exist after 6 years of doing the first endorsement.

The technological of the internet has increased the demand for online marketing strategies. Over the years, online marketing has received a lot of attention because of the benefits for both personal and organizational. This study attempts to analyze online marketing from 2018 to 2022 through a bibliometric analysis procedure. A total of 200 articles were published retrieved from the Google Scholar database for analysis. The purpose of this study is to analyze developments research related to online marketing that will be useful later for recommendations for further research. This study uses a quantitative method take advantage of Publish or Perish software, Google Scholar, VOSViewer and Mendeley. This research is conducted to see how the consumers’ brand perception and purchasing decisions are influenced by different online marketing tools used such as components of online marketing. This is one of the pioneering studies which provides a greater explanation of online marketing research by investigating its evolution through bibliometric analysis.Keywords: Bibliometric Analysis; E-Commerce; Online Marketing; Social media

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Tupperware products in Semarang. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are consumers who buy Tupperware products in Semarang. The sample used was as much as 100 respondents, using a probability sampling technique with the method of collecting data by distributing questionnaires online. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data management uses SPSS 21 For Windows software. The results showed that partially Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneously or together Service Quality, Price and Promotion have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision. Keywords: Service Quality, Price, Promotion, Purchase Decision

Agresivitas pajak ness allows companies to minimize the tax burden borne by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability, and company size on Agresivitas pajak ness. In this study Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Profitability, and company size on Tax Agressiveness are the independent variables while agresivitas pajak ness is the dependent variable. The results of the analysis show that CSR disclosure and company size have no effect on agresivitas pajak ness, while the profitability variable has a positive effect on agresivitas pajak ness

Firm value is the company's performance as reflected by the share price formed by the supply and demand of the capital market. The research conducted aims to examine the effect of profitability, liquidity and company size on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in the research conducted are mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange(IDX) for the 2020-2022 period. Data collection techniques in research conducted using documentation data with the sampling method, namely purposive sampling method. The research samples were thirteen companies for three years, so the number of observations was 36. The data used in the research was secondary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that profitability had a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity had an insignificant negative effect on firm value, and similarly company size had a non-significant negative effect on firm value. This study aims to determine the effect of the Return On Equity(ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To debt-to-equity ratio (DER), and earnings per Share(EPS). The population of this research is 40 automotive companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2022. This research used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 8 companies using the method of documentation, the users of data derived from documents that already exist and are published on the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s website. Data analysis using multiple regression. The result of the analysis indicates that Return On Equity has a significant positive effect on stock price, Debt To Equity Ratio has no positive significant effect on stock price, and Earnings per share have a significant effect on automotive stock prices and components in the research sample. This can be seen from the significant value which is smaller than 0.05.

Customer loyalty is a condition where customers make consistent repeat purchases and have a positive attitude towards a brand, are committed to the brand and intend to continue purchasing in the future. The aim is to determine and analyze the influence of product completeness, price perception and service quality on customer loyalty at TB. Cheap Fortune Semarang. The population is unknown number of consumers or customers of the Semarang "Cheap Rejeki" building shop. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula, resulting in a sample of 97 customers. Non-probability sampling technique using incidental sampling method. Data was collected using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been tested using data analysis techniques using multiple regression via the SPSS application. The results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t-value for product completeness is 3.849 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that product completeness has a significant effect on customer loyalty, then the calculated t-value for price perception is 3.960 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that price perception has a significant effect on customer loyalty and the calculated t value of service quality is 4.495 > t-table 1.985 and the significance level is 0.000, indicating that the Service Quality variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Suggestions for TB Murah Rejeki are to be able to manage the completeness of the products provided to suit customer shopping expectations because this is a key element in competition among building stores because good product completeness will attract customers' shopping intentions. Then maintain the prices given to consumers and by providing a customer loyalty program in the form of purchase discounts. This study aims to test whether Work Discipline, Competence and Trust on Patient Satisfaction at the Tlogosari Wetan Health Center Semarang. The population in this study was calculated from the average patient visits based on polyclinics at the Tlogosari Wetan Semarang Health Center in the 2020-2021 period. The sample of this research is 100 respondents. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses questionnaires, observations, and interviews, in collecting data. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, namely by testing the validity and reliability, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, t test and F test and test the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that: Work Discipline has no significant effect on patient satisfaction. This is evidenced by the significance level of 0.369 > 0.05 and tcount -0.902 0.05 and tcount 1.270 Ftable 2.70 The regression equation is Y = 10.050 (-0.073) X1 + (0.114) X2 + (0.242) X3 + e Keywords: Work Discipline, Competence, Trust and Patient Satisfaction.
