This community service is a downstreaming of the research results that have been carried out by servants in 2020 with the influence of innovation on social media adoption on the marketing performance of Sleman SMEs. This community service partner is the Brajan Sleman Bamboo Craft UKM Association. The results of research conducted by researchers in 2020 show that many SMEs in Sleman, especially the Bambu Brajan SMEs, have greatly prevented Covid-19 and sales have decreased drastically. The decline in sales of bamboo handicrafts has caused the people in the Brajan area to be threatened with poverty. Research findings that have been carried out by researchers, show that the ability to change the direction of digital marketing is an urgent matter that causes sales to decline. This community service program is intended to assist SMEs producing Bamboo handicrafts in Brajan to be able to rise again during the new normal covid-19 pandemic. Some of these community service programs are carried out to help improve the skills of SME human resources in dealing with digital marketing, through training programs on social media creation, website creation, and how to enter the market to increase demand for products produced by bamboo craftsmen and assistance in improving HR soft skills. This community service is important to do. Bamboo SMEs in Brajan are very vulnerable to the COVID-19 crisis so that they are empowered to be strong in facing crisis conditions through mastering internet and digital technology. Of the various problems faced by partners, this community service justifies the problem with partners, namely the ability to adopt technology by Brajan bamboo handicraft SMEs.

The SUKAMAJU Women's Farmer Group (KWT) is a group of women craftsmen of banana tree processing. During the Covid-19 pandemic, sales and marketing of processed banana food were very limited. Online marketing in times of the Covid-19 pandemic is urgently needed and requires support. Community service from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta, in this case, is programmed to help solve problems during the pandemic. Marketing through the internet and social media is very much needed, while the ability of mothers to master social media and the internet is very limited. The service team from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta is trying to help with solutions going into the field to help provide full assistance and also assistance for production equipment so that food processing craftsmen maintain production in KWT. The hope of the community service team is that there will be an increase in sales results by providing full assistance in both marketing media and increasing production equipment with an average increase of 8-9 pieces per day.

Since 2019, Tri Eka Buana Village, located in Sidemen sub-district, Karangasem Bali Regency, through the Bali State Polytechnic service team has received a PPDM grant to form a tourism village with natural potential and a producer of traditional Balinese arak drinks. Various kinds of activities from the solutions offered have been implemented in the first year of 2019. including compiling a master plan for developing a tourism village, formulating a village cleanliness supervision system, carrying out socialization of tourism village spatial planning, socialization and tourism outreach, and compiling a tourism village marketing program through digital marketing . One of the activities that has been carried out is the development of the Tri Eka Buana Tourism Village website. Online transactions are increasingly in demand, even have become a trend among the wider community. Besides, it can be done anytime and anywhere without any time or distance restrictions. E-payment offers various kinds of convenience and practicality in making payments. Various kinds of payment methods can be integrated into the system making it easier for customers to make payments according to orders made. The tourism village of Tri Eka Buana Sidemen Karangasem Bali, can take advantage of this online payment system to help tourism village operations in the future. The development of this online payment system can be developed by building a tourism village website, adding ecommerce facilities to the website that has been built, registering and activating one of the payment gateway services, and integrating the Tri Eka Buana tourism village website with a payment gateway service.

Sendangagung Village is one of the villages in Sleman which has several catfish farms to help the community's economy. Besides being cheap and easy to get, catfish has a variety of nutrients that are good for the body. However, in catfish farming, it is not an easy thing. Because there are so many farmers who actually experience losses in catfish farming because the selling price is too low. In addition, there is a Desa Prima consisting of Sendangagung women, an alternative or breakthrough in efforts to empower women in the economy through increasing women's empowerment and increasing income women, especially poor families. This service intends to combine the two groups above to solve common problems, namely the Catfish Farmer Group and Desa Prima Sendangagung through four stages, namely program socialization, mentoring, education and training, and post-training partner monitoring. Desa Prima Sendangagung will obtain relatively cheap raw materials which will be processed into various products and sold online. Meanwhile, catfish farmers will benefit from having no trouble marketing their crops.

The community service program is carried out at one of the SMEs in Wonosobo, Central Java, which produces and markets processed carica food products. The problems faced by SMEs are problems in the aspects of marketing, financial management and production. The purpose of community service is to improve the ability of SMEs to market products, manage company finances, increase the efficiency of the production process, and increase production capacity. The approach used in this community service is training and business assistance. The results felt by SMEs are the wider marketing of carica processed food products, structuring the company's financial system, efficiency in the production process, and increased production capacity.

Depok Beach, Bantul, Yogyakarta, has a food stall center for processed seafood caught by local fishermen. The manager of a food stall at Depok Beach, Bantul, is experiencing problems in improving service quality, production efficiency, and managing small business finances. Intense competition and raw material prices force shop managers to improve service and production efficiency. The service team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veteran Yogyakarta collaborated with the Mina Bahari 45 Cooperative to help and assist the Depok Beach food stall in increasing business capacity. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, and improving the quality of service to consumers. Food stall managers benefit from this service program so that production times are faster, consumers are more satisfied, and finances are well recorded so that they are able to provide simple financial reports.

Nowadays, social media has become one of the people's lifestyle, especially among young people. The existence of social media must be used by SMEs (small and medium enterprises) in marketing products. One of the social media that can be used is Instagram. Efforts to disseminate social media were made to representatives of UKM in Kasihan District. In this socialization, the focus of social media is Instagram. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to the socialization participants, 100% have used social media in marketing products and all respondents answered using WhatsApp as social media while 30% used Instagram. The method of socialization is carried out by providing training and accompanying and providing an overview of the use of Instagram as a promotional media. Providing an overview of the use of Instagram was conveyed by speakers from business actors who have used Instagram as a promotional medium.

The high unemployment rate is a fundamental problem in employment in our country, where the new workforce that is added is far greater than the increase in employment. Unemployment is a problem for countries with high population growth rates, and unemployment can also affect the level of the economy. At the beginning of 2020, world economic growth experienced a decline due to the coronavirus disease outbreak, this coronavirus (covid-19) had an impact on economic growth in the form of a decline in the level of the world economy, including Indonesia. Seeing conditions like this, special attention is needed for alumni to prepare students for the world of work. This community service is carried out in the form of training on strategies for finding and applying for jobs, the problem solving framework provided is by providing training so that it can increase knowledge and insight to job seekers college alumni about srategies for finding and applying for jobs.The purpose of this community service activity is to provide training to college alumni so that they have the readiness to find and apply for jobs. This community service activity is carried out virtually online online in the form of training and guidance. The target is college alumni who will definitely be involved in the activity of finding and applying for jobs, at the initial stage the presenter will deliver a theoretical presentation accompanied by realistic examples. Bogor Regency is one of the districts that has a high dropout rate in basic education. The average dropout rate occurs at the junior high school level, one of which has occured in Benteng Village, especially Gunung Leutik Village, Bogor. The high dropout rate in 2018 showed that the 9-year basic education goals stated in the 1945 Constitution have not been realized. As a form of community service, the academic community of the Management Department, Faculty of Economics and Management, IPB University in collaboration with SMP Negeri 1 Ciampea and the Nusa Educator Community organized a program named “teaching activities in schools”. The program was held for sixth months, started on August 16, 2021 - January 14, 2021. The activity was initiated by Thematic Community Service Program activities / KKN-T (a regular program of IPB University Students) that was continued by ‘teaching in schools’ program. This program taken place in Mount Leutik Village. Teaching at this school was carried out to students from Open Middle School, Package B, and Package C. The Nusa Educator Community and the IPB University KKNT team carried out program planning, including acceptance and search for new students, preparation of teaching materials and the determination of teaching locations. Furthermore, socialization was carried out simultaneously to the community so that their children who are not yet in school are sent to school. The outputs of this activity were to increase the motivation of students who have dropped out of school to continue education until they graduate and provide knowledge for students so that they are able to achieve graduation according to their level and are able to increase graduation rates at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels in the local area.

Increased life skills for mothers in Pajangan sub-village through rice bran training. The purpose of the training is to improve life skills in the Pajangan sub-village, especially in food products using local bran ingredients. Rice bran has a variety of nutrients including antioxidants containing tocopherol, vitamin E and vitamin B15. These compounds play a role to reduce blood cholesterol levels, prevent cancer and facilitate hormonal secretions. Besides rice, rice husks or rice bran are not only sold to feed livestock, but are developed to make quality and quality products, but also can increase income and improve the living standards of LPKK women in Pajangan Berbah Hamlet, Sleman. The kinds of products we make are wet brownies and dry brownies. Abdimas is held in the Pajangan hamlet hall, Berbah Sleman. This activity was carried out for two days, namely the preparation phase on the first day and the implementation and socialization on the second day with a total of twelve hours of activity time. The target of this activity is LPKK women in the Pajangan Berbah Sleman. This activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, training and practice methods. The resulting output is an increase in life skills through the skills to make bran brownies is a weekly newpepper.
