Abstract

This research aims to determine the learning outcomes of grade 6 students in mathematics subjects after implementing the project-based learning model. As we know, mathematics is a science that has abstract concepts so it is difficult for elementary school students who have a concrete way of thinking to understand. For this reason, teachers need to understand learning models that can help teachers create a pleasant learning atmosphere for students. This reasearch is a type of descriptive qualitative research using direct observation data collection techniques at MIN 2 Palangka Raya City and interviewing grade 6 teachers there. The source of data obtained was from interview with teachers. Then the data obtained from the interview was analyzed using descriptive data analysis techniques, which later described the data so that conclusions were obtained that answered the questions clearly. After carrying out the analysis and obtaining answers realted to the problems asked, the implementaion of Project Based Learning turned out to pla a very important role in improving srudent learning outcomes.

Abstract

Interest in learning is an important aspect of the learning process. Some of the literature that the author found shows low interest in learning students at the elementary / MI level. The research method used is a quantitative type of quasi-experiment. The population in this study was a whole rush of grade VI students. The instrument trial sample comprised 114 respondents and class samples, namely IV.A and IV.B. The research showed an increase of 1.04 points in classes using class point learning media and independent sample t-test results showing a value of Sig.0.569. Based on these results, the author concludes that classpoint learning media has an effect but is not significant on students' learning interest in social studies material at MI Munawariyah Palembang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of awareness of teachers to get used to using various learning methods. This can be seen from the technique in learning which still involves lectures, question and answers, and group discussions. Therefore there is a need for a solution to increase student motivation in class.The aims of this study were to 1) find out the learning motivation of control class students without the Talking Stick learning model applied, 2) find out the experimental class students' learning motivation using the Talking Stick learning model applied, 3) find out whether the effect of the application of the Talking Stick learning model on student learning motivation . The research method used is a quantitative method. The collection of data used is observation, documentation, and questionnaires. The results showed that there was an influence of the Talking Stick learning method on students' motivation in Islamic religious subjects in class V Mi Mambaul Hidayah II Palembang. This can be seen from the percentage value of hypothesis testing using the t-test formula obtained tcount = 4.396. from the t distribution table at a significance level of 5% obtained ttable = 2.120. from these results it can be concluded that, tcount > ttable, namely 4.396 > 2.120, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the scores of students' learning motivation given treatment using the Talking Stick Learning method are higher than the scores of students' learning motivation without being given treatment

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) Describe the planning of home visit services in the new normal era in elementary schools, 2) Describe the implementation of home visits in the new normal era in elementary schools, 3) describe the evaluation of home visit services in the new normal era in elementary schools. This research uses qualitative research methods with phenomological research type. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses source, method and time triangulation techniques. The results of this research show that 1) the learning process used by West Kikim 3 Elementary School in the new normal era uses a home visit service. 2) The planning stage for home visit services in elementary schools includes planning where at this stage the teacher divides groups based on the nearest place of residence, makes a visit schedule, contacts the students' parents to inform them that the home visit service will be implemented and creates a WhatsApp group. 3) Implementation Stage, namely the teacher visits the study group home according to a predetermined schedule. 4) The evaluation stage, seen from the process, can be seen through the attitude and enthusiasm of the students and seen from the results, it can be assessed whether the home visit service has an effect on the students or not. 5) The obstacles experienced during the learning process using the home visit service were that there were several parents of students who suddenly changed the meeting schedule, limited teaching aids and vehicle access to the students' homes.

Abstract

This research aims 1) To determine the cultivation of morals in class V students at SDIT Al Furqon Palembang. 2) To find out the approach to the philosophy of independent learning for class V students at SDIT Al Furqon Palembang. 3) To find out the factors that influence the cultivation of morals through an independent learning philosophy approach for class V students at SDIT Al Furqon Palembang. The data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that 1) There is a school program that aims to instill good morals, namely PPA (Week for Cultivating Adab). 2) In implementing independent learning activities, the school has implemented them well. The independent learning program that supports the cultivation of morals is the P5 activity. 3) The supporting factors are a. teachers, b. parents, c. facilities, d. human resources. While the inhibiting factors are; a. consistency of activities, b. external environment, c. mindset or thought patterns.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is to 1) find out the application of comic media in collage in the learning process for class IV at MIN 1 Ogan Ilir, 2) find out the learning results of the experimental class using comic media in collage and the learning results of the control class which did not use comic media in collage, 3) knowing student learning outcomes before and after applying the use of comic media in a collage manner in class IV MIN 1 Ogan Ilir. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an experimental design, namely True Experimental Design, the type of Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design where there are two classes as samples chosen randomly. From the research results, the control class learning results were 32.05 pretest and posttest 62.30 and the experimental class learning results were 38.65 pretest and posttest 77.05. From the results of the hypothesis, a significance value of 0.002 was obtained from a significance level of 0.05. This statement illustrates that the learning outcomes of students treated using comic media in collage are higher than the learning outcomes without treatment, so it can be concluded that in the Arts, Culture and Crafts (SBdP) lesson, the subject matter of collage artwork, there was an increase in the average score of the posttest for the experimental class and the posttest for the control class.
