Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Unit Plampang. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary data sources. The number of respondents in this study were 81 people who were obtained using the Slovin formula. The primary data used in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires. All data that has been collected will then be processed using the SPSS program to be studied using techniques which include multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of the study showed that the the marketing mix and service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Unit Plampang, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of the marketing mix and service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Pampang Unit Plampang is 42.5%, while the remaining 57.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as convenience, efficiency, trust in use, as well as customer perceptions of the usefulness of the service features provided.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of celebrity endorser and brand image on purchasing decisions of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources. Total of population in this study was 110. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, thus the number of samples in this study was 110 people. The method used to collect data is using a questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the celebrity endorsers and brand image had a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar, both partially and simultaneously. the percentage effect of celebrity endorsers and brand image on the purchasing decision of Scarlett Whitening in Sumbawa Besar is 50.7%, while the remaining 49.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as product factors and cultural factors. Product factors consist of psychological factors, social factors and business atmosphere factors, while cultural factors consist of cultural factors, price factors and promotion factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence employee job satisfaction at the Agriculture Office of Sumbawa Regency which consists of work motivation, communication, and work stress. This type of research is associative research. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained directly by researchers from primary sources through questionnaires The population in this study amounted to 50 people, so all members of the population were used as samples so that this research was categorized as a population study or using a census sampling technique. All data were processed using the SPSS program to be studied using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determination coefficient test (R2). The results of this study indicate that work motivation, communication, and work stress have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Agriculture Office of Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The degree of influence of the variables of work motivation, communication, and work stress on the variable of employee job satisfaction at the Sumbawa Regency Agriculture Office is 55.6%, while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as competence, leadership style, work culture, work environment, and others.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this study was associative. The data used is quantitative obtained from primary sources. The method used to collect primary data is a questionnaire. The total of population in this study was 35 people, so this study used census sampling. Data analysis tools were performed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study showed that partially leadership style and organizational culture had no effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency, while work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency. Than simultaneously leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sumbawa Regency. Variations in changes in the value of employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and work discipline amounting to 70.9%, while the remaining 29.1% is influenced and explained by other variables not included in this study, such as work motivation, morale and well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, e-commerce adoption and product innovation on the performance of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) of woven fabrics in Samri Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub district, Sumbawa District. The type of this study was associative study. The type of data used is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources. The population in this study were all weaving craftsmen in Samri Hamlet, Poto Village, totaling 64 people. Determination of the sample was carried out using a saturated sampling technique so that the number of samples in this study were 64 respondents. The data used were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, individual hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation, e-commerce adoption and product innovation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of woven cloth MSMEs in Samri Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub District, Sumbawa District, both partially and simultaneously. The degree of influence of entrepreneurial orientation, e-commerce adoption and product innovation on the performance of woven fabric MSMEs in Samri Hamlet, Poto Village, Moyo Hilir Sub District, Sumbawa District is 6.68%, while the remaining 33.2% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as capital, market orientation, and orientation of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of allowances giving and bonuses on employees loyalty at PT. Telkom Branch of Sumbawa. The type of this study was associative study. The types of data used were quantitative and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study were primary and secondary data. Total populations were 80 respondents. The technique of determining sample used was saturated sample (cencus sampling.  Thus the sample in this study amounted to 44 people. The methods used to collect data were questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis technique used were the Classical Assumption Test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F test and R2 test through SPSS software version 16.0 for windows. The results showed that partially the provision of benefits did not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while bonuses had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. Simultaneously the provision of allowances and bonuses has a significant effect on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa. The percentage of influence of allowances and bonuses on employee loyalty at PT. Telkom branch of Sumbawa is 55.2%, while the remaining 44.8% is influenced by other variables outside of this study, such as leadership style, work stress, compensation, and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of perceptions and attitudes of consumers on purchasing decisions of XL prime card in communities of Sumbawa Besar City. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' responses in answering the questions given. This quantitative data was obtained directly from primary sources, namely the users of XL prime card in Sumbawa Besar City. The population of XL prime card users in the city of Sumbawa Besar is 156.752 people, while the sample selected as respondents is 100 people who are determined using the Slovin formula. The data used in this research was collected using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS application and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the perceptions and attitudes of consumers had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of XL prime card in communities of Sumbawa Besar City, both partially and simultaneously. Consumer perceptions and attitudes have quite a large ability to influence changes in purchasing decisions of XL prime card in communities of Sumbawa Besar City was 60.1%, while the remaining 38.9% was affected by other variables outside this research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of marketing strategies as an effort to increase the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sumbawa District. The type of this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The type of data used is qualitative in the form of informants' answers related to the object of research. The qualitative data used in this study were obtained directly from primary sources, namely MSMEs in Sumbawa District using a structured interview technique. The data that has been collected was analyzed using the SWOT analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that MSMEs in Sumbawa Regency have enormous potential to be developed. Through SWOT analysis, information is obtained regarding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of MSMEs in Sumbawa District so that appropriate alternative marketing strategies can be formulated that can be carried out as an effort to increase the income of MSME in Sumbawa District. Some of the alternative marketing strategies include the SO strategy which is carried out by exploiting existing strengths and opportunities, the ST strategy which is carried out by utilizing strengths to overcome the threats faced, the WO strategy which is carried out by minimizing weaknesses to be able to take advantage of existing opportunities, and the WT strategy which is done by minimizing weaknesses and threats.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of customer relationship marketing strategies on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar. This research uses an associative design which aims to measure the influence of the customer relationship marketing variable (X) on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar variable (Y). The data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' answers obtained directly using a questionnaire. The respondents in this research were 96 customers at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar and were selected using non-probability sampling in the form of accidental sampling. Data that has been collected using a questionnaire is processed using the SPSS application and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained show that the customer relationship marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar. The ability of the customer relationship marketing variable to influence changes in customer loyalty variables at the Gerasia Clinic in Sumbawa Besar is 12.6% and is in the weak category, while the remaining 87.4% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as price, promotion and product and service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of strategic management in improving employee performance at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District. This study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. The data used in this study is qualitative in the form of information regarding the implementation of strategic management in improving employee performance at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District. The researchers obtained qualitative data directly from several informants who served as sources. The numbers of informants in this study were four informants, consisting the Inspector Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District and the Head of Subdivision at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District totaling three people. The data analysis in this study uses the Miles and Huberman qualitative data analysis technique which consists of three activity streams that occur simultaneously, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and verification/ conclusions. The results of study showed that the implementation of strategic management at Inspectorate Office of Sumbawa District had been done well so that employee performance can be improved. Strategy planning was the initial stage before carrying out activities which aims to design the work program that will be implemented so that it can run optimally, strategy implementation had been done well in accordance with the Annual Supervision Work Program (ASWP) and strategy evaluation had been done once in one year in order to measure the improving of employees performance.
