Abstract

This study aims to formulate appropriate strategies to improve marketing performance at UD.Risna Meubel MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic using SWOT analysis. This study used descriptive methods to provide a systematic description of marketing strategies at UD. Risna Meubel MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic used SWOT analysis. The data used in this study was qualitative data in the form of information related to internal and external conditions at UD. Risna Meubel MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The researchers obtained this data directly from several informants who served as sources. The data used in this study was collected using structured interview techniques. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using SWOT analysis techniques to determine the most appropriate strategy for improving marketing performance at UD.Risna Meubel MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study showed that the position of UD. Risna Meubel MSMEs was in quadrant I. The strategy that can be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive policies (growth oriented strategy). This can be done by taking advantage of the strengths and opportunities they have to overcome the weaknesses and threats they face so that they can improve marketing at UD. Risna Meubel MSMEs. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, four strategies can be formulated to improve marketing performance at UD. Risna Meubel MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely SO strategy (strengths-opportunities), WO strategy (weaknesses-opportunities), ST strategy (strengths-threats) and WT strategy (weaknesses-threats).

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of entrepreneurial interest on the seaweed cultivation development (Study in Tanjung Bele Hamlet, Olat Rawa Village, Moyo Hilir Sub-District). This research uses a causal associative design, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this research is quantitative data in the form of scores from respondents' responses in answering the questions given. This data was obtained directly by researchers from primary sources collected through questionnaires. Determining the sample in this study used census sampling techniques, this is because the population is relatively small, namely 36 people, making it possible for researchers to study all the elements in the research area. The data that has been collected will be tabulated and then processed using the SPSS application to be studied using techniques that include simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of the study showed that the Entrepreneurial interest has a positive and significant influence on the development of seaweed cultivation in Tanjung Bele Hamlet. The variable interest in entrepreneurship has quite a large ability to influence changes in the development of seaweed cultivation variables in Tanjung Bele Hamlet, namely 54.2%, while the remaining 45.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model, such as capital, labor, land area and experience in seaweed cultivation business.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar, consisting of risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom. This research uses an associative design which aims to determine the relationship or influence between two or more variables. The data used in this research is quantitative in the form of scoring results of respondents' responses in answering questions given through a questionnaire. This data was obtained directly from respondents, namely 54 students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The data that has been collected will be processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program and will then be studied using techniques including multiple linear regression analysis, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and test the determinant coefficient (R2). The results of this study showed that partial risk tolerance did not have significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation, meanwhile self-efficacy and work had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. Furthermore, risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom in simultaneously had a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar. The ability of the variables risk tolerance, self-efficacy and work freedom on entrepreneurial motivation at students of Samawa University, Sumbawa Besar was 38%, while the remaining 62% was affected by other variables outside of this study, such as environmental factors, sociological factors, capital availability factors, personal factors and adversity quotient.

Abstract

This study aims to know the effect of relationship Marketing on increasing the number of customers at PT. Telkomsel Sumbawa. The type of study used in this study was associative approach which aims to determine the relationship between variables and verify whether a variable causes the variable to change or not. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data in the form of scoring results of respondents' answers regarding the object under study. This quantitative data was obtained directly from the original source, namely research respondents who were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The number of samples used as respondents in this study was 100 people who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The data that has been collected was processed using the SPSS application to be studied using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed the relationship marketing had a positive and significant effect on increasing the number of customers at PT. Telkomsel Sumbawa. The effect of relationship marketing on increasing the number of customers at PT. Telkomsel Sumbawa was 36.1%, while the remaining of 63.9% was affected by other variables outside this study, such as product quality, service quality and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the the determinants of employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency which consists of work quality (X1), work discipline (X2), and work ethic (X3). The type of this study was causal associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The data used in this study was quantitative data obtained directly from respondents using a questionnaire. The number of samples used as respondents in this study was 85 people who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The data that has been collected was processed using the SPSS application to be studied using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial parameter hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous parameter hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that partially the work quality had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile, work discipline and work ethic did not have effect on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency. Simultaneously, work quality, work discipline and work ethic had an effect on employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency. Furthermore, the ability of work quality, work discipline and work ethic to influence changes in employee performance at the Regional General Hospital of Sumbawa Regency was very weak, namely 21.3%, so it is hoped that future research can use other variables not examined in this study, such as work competency, work motivation, leadership style, work environment, employee loyalty and commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of consumer social and cultural factors on products purchasing decision at alfamart Sumbawa Besar. The type of this study was associative which aims to examine the relationship or effect between two or more variables. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data in the form of scoring results of respondents' answers regarding the object under study. The data was collected directly by researchers from the original source, namely Alfamart consumers on the Karang Dima Bypass Road, Sumbawa Besar, which was the research location. The number of samples used as respondents in this study was 100 people who were selected using accidental sampling techniques. The data that has been collected was processed using the SPSS application to be studied using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and determinant coefficient test (R2). The results of this study showed that the social factors did not had effect on product purchasing decisions at Alfamart Sumbawa Besar, while the cultural factors had positive and significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Alfamart Sumbawa Besar. Then simultaneously that the consumer social and cultural factors had a significant effect on product purchasing decisions at Alfamart Sumbawa Besar. The effect of consumer social and cultural factors on product purchasing decisions at Alfamart Sumbawa Besar was 36.1%, while the remaining of 63.9% was affected by other variables outside this study, such as marketing mix factors: product, price, place, and promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the local community is involved in managing of tourism at Bengkaung tourism objects, Batu Layar Sub-District, West Lombok Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data used in this study were obtained directly using the interview method with research informants, namely the Village Government, Pokdarwis Chairmen, Communities and Tourists. Data analysis techniques were carried out using qualitative data analysis techniques, including data reduction, data presentation, and verification/drawing conclusions and SWOT analysis to formulate the right strategy in the management and development of tourism at Bengkaung tourism objects. Testing the validity of the data was carried out using the triangulation method. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results show that tourism management at the Bengkaung tourist attraction has been carried out with the concept of community based tourism (CBT). The forms of community involvement in community-based tourism management at Bengkaung tourism objects, namely community involvement in managing tourist objects, community involvement in protecting the environment of tourist objects, and community involvement in efforts to gain profit. SWOT analysis in the management and development of tourism at Bengkaung tourism objects produces four alternative strategies, namely SO strategy, WO strategy, ST strategy and WT strategy.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of self-actualization, word of mouth and hangout lifestyle on purchasing decisions in the millennial generation. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The sampling method used purposive sampling and the sample used was 100 people. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t test), coefficient of determination testing (R2) using the SPSS application. The results of the t test in this research showed that the partially of self actualization, word of mouth and hangout lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions of the millennial generation at Kedai Victoria Sumbawa Besar. The independent variables consisting of the self-actualization variable, the word of mouth variable and the hangout lifestyle variable had an influence on the purchasing decision variable was 65.9%, while the remaining 34.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research, such as product quality, promotions, price perception, cafe atmosphere, service, etc.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the problems and solutions to halal certification services in Sumbawa Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained directly from primary sources using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were all business actors who were accompanied and facilitated by halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency, totaling 723 business actors. Seeing that the number of business actors who have been assisted and facilitated with halal certificates in Sumbawa Regency is relatively large, so it is not possible for researchers to study all the elements in the population, the researchers chose 20% of the total population as representatives to be the sample so that the number of respondents in this study was 145 people. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency has served halal certificate applicants well, although there are several aspects that still require improvement. In each service element, there are problems faced in implementing the halal certification program in Sumbawa Regency. However, the Halal Center of Sumbawa Regency focuses its attention on efforts to provide the best possible service to the community so that it can provide the right solution to overcome these problems. This aims to foster a sense of trust and satisfaction in the community as service users.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the influence of supervisory supervision and organizational climate on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Moyo Utara. The type of this study was associative. The type of data used is quantitative data in the form of respondents' responses in answering the questions given. The quantitative data used in this study was obtained directly from primary sources, namely the teachers of SMAN 1 Moyo Utara through questionnaires. The population in this study were the teachers of SMAN 1 Moyo Utara, totaling 27 people. Seeing that the population in this study is relatively small, it provides the opportunity for researchers to study all members of the population so that the sample that will be used as respondents in this study is the entire population of 27 people. The data that has been collected is processed using the SPSS application and then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t test), simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study showed that the supervisory supervision and organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMAN 1 Moyo Utara, both partially and simultaneously. Supervisory supervision and organizational climate had a large ability to influence changes in teacher performance at SMAN 1 Moyo Utara, namely 73.2%, while the remaining 26.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research model, such as the leadership style, work competence, work motivation, and work discipline.
