Abstract

ABSTRACTThere are 3 (three) economic issues regarding Production, distribution and consumption,and to overcome them must also be from that problem, namely how to produce more andbetter and diverse, and then from the production how to distribute it evenly and thoroughly toconsumers or society and further is how to consume to be more useful and beneficial tosociety. A good and right consumption if consumers can use it effectively means that it isright on target and is fully beneficial and this can improve economic growth and people'swelfare will be better, but if used consumptive or even excessive consumerism will be able toreduce economic growth. The basic framework of the teachings of Hinduism, especially inBali is divided into 3 (three) parts, namely Tattwa (philosophy), Susila (ethics) andCeremony (yadnya) all are integrated and related to one another. Tattwa means "that" whosedeeper meaning is "truth and belief" about God, Susila which means the basis of moral orgood behavior or actions, the third is the Hindu concept of ceremony which can beinterpreted by all movements around human life or activities in connecting with God, in aceremony requires a facility called upakara which in Bali is often called Banten which oneform is Gebogan or Pajengan whose contents consist of various products of the earth and ispresented sincerely before God. In the present era, the form and content of gebogan hasshifted which was originally filled from agricultural produce and arranged according toability, has now shifted to an even excessive lifestyle called consumerism and consumerism.Life, with the hope of the results of this study would certainly be known to be the cause andhow to overcome them.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposed of this study to find out if services has influence to customer satisfaction at AyannaVilla, Canggu Village-Bali, and to find out how much service gives an influence to customersatisfaction at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali. The population this research are the customerwho stayed at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali. Samples were taken from 60 respondentsusing a random sample. Data collection done by spread the questionnaire. The analysistechnique used in this study was classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, ttest analysis and determination analysis. From the simple linear regression analysis test, theservice variable (X) has regression coefficient equal to 0,164 that have positive effect tocustomer satisfaction (Y) and value from t-count (3,170)> t-table (1,672) with significance level0,002 (<0.05). That’s meaning the service (X) has significant influence to customer satisfaction(Y) at Ayanna Villa, Canggu Village-Bali are acceptable. Based on determination test, theservice has an influence to customer satisfaction of 14.8% and the remaining 85.2% by othervariables not examined in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Semabu Hills Hotel, which is the first hotel as a 3-star hotelin Nusa Penida. This study is to determine Guest satisfaction in terms of service, facilities,green image and price at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida. This study used accidentalsampling with 115 respondents. Collecting data by means of observation, documentation,interviews and questionnaires. The method of analysis used statistical tests, multiple linearregression tests, and hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of this study partially findthat service has a positive effect on guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, in terms ofmultiple linear regression of 0.171, and is strengthened by the t value is more than the t table,namely 3,420> 1,981. Facilities have a positive and significant effect on guest satisfaction atSemabu Hills Hotel, using multiple linear regression of 0.151 and reinforced by the t value ismore than the t table, namely 3.505> 1.981. Green Image has a positive and significant effecton guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, using linear regression with a difference of0.190, and it is strengthened by the t value of more than t table 3.183> 1.981. Price has apositive and significant effect on guest satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, using multiplelinear regression of 0.249, and is strengthened by the t value of more than t table 3.038>1.981. While Service, Facilities, Green Image and Price simultaneously have a positive andsignificant effect on Guest Satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel, this can be seen in theregression equation Y = 1,440 + 0.171b1 + 0.151b2 + 0.190b3 + 0.249b4, and strengthenedby the value f count more than f table 49.448> 2.69. and simultaneously the results of theDetermination test are 63% and the remaining 37% are determined from other variables thathave not been examined in this study. From this research it can be concluded that there is apositive and significant influence between Service, Facilities, Green Image, and Price eitherpartially or simultaneously on Guests Satisfaction at Semabu Hills Hotel Nusa Penida.

Abstract

AbstrakJumlah investor dalam lima tahun terakhir khususnya di instrumen pasar modalmengalami peningkatan. Ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya keputusan investasi yangmeningkat. Keputusan investasi individu didorong oleh faktor rasional dan irasional darimasing investor. Oleh sebab itu penelitian dilakukan terkait dengan pengaruh literasikeuangan, illusion of control, regret aversion bias dan risk tolerance terhadapkeputusan investasi di pasar modal. Studi kasus dilakukan pada investor yang terdaftardi Kantor Perwakilan Bursa Efek Indonesia Denpasar. Teknik analisis menggunakanmetode statistik regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah investoryang berdomisili Denpasar dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel literasikeuangan dan illusion of control terhadap keputusan investasi. Yang berarti tingkatliterasi dan illusion of control yang semakin tinggi dari investor akan berpengaruhmeningkatnya keputusan investasi. Variabel regret aversion bias menunjukkan hasiladanya pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Yang berarti investor yang mengalamiregret aversion bias akan berdampak pada penurunan keputusan investasi. Hanya sajatidak setiap responden mengalami pengaruh yang sama tergantung dari penerimaanterhadap regret dari masing-masing responden. Variabel risk tolerance menunjukkanadanya pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan. Yang berarti semakin tinggi risktolerance dari investor akan menyebabkan meningkatnya keputusan investasi. Akantetapi hasil yang tidak signifikan mengindikasikan tidak semua responden mengalamipengaruh yang benar-benar sama tergantung preferensi risiko dari masing-masingresponden.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe tittle research is Influence of Production Cost and Total Sales to Profit at CV. Devina LivingDenpasar. Costs arising from the acquisition or processing of a product or service will affect theselling price of the product concerned. The selling price of the product or service will affect theamount of sales of the product or service in question. The ability of companies in determining theright cost of production will affect the rate of profit earned, the greater the amount of salesobtained the greater the profits. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of productioncosts and the amount of sales on profits in the CV. Devina Living Denpasar. Sources of dataused are primary and secondary data. Data in analysis by using computer program SPSS forWindows ver 22. Methods of data collection in this study using interviewing techniques anddocumentation studies, by recording documents - documents owned CV. Devina Living. Dataanalysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from the statisticalanalysis showed that the magnitude of the effect of production costs and the amount of sales onprofits in the CV. Devina Living is 88.5%, by testing the hypothesis using t-test, with the resultthat variable of production cost (X1) have significant effect with t-result equal to -3,077 and sig0,005 to variable of profit (Y) and variable of sales amount (X2 ) had significant effect with tresult of 5,284 and sig 0,000 toward profit variable (Y).

Abstract

ABSTRACTAnalysis The Workload in improving the Efficiency at Hotel Grand Balisani Suites KerobokanKuta. This research aimed to analyze The Workload in improving the Efficiency at HotelGrand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta. The sample of this research is 33 respondents athousekeeping department, Hotel Grand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta. The Data sourcesused in this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection method in thisresearch using interview method and observation. The analytical technique used isdescriptive quantitative. Results of analysis known that the use of productive work time basedhousekeeping given workload is 6 hours or 360 minutes per day. Ideal number ofrequirements in Housekeeping Department for Public area is 12 people, its means that thereis over employees at public area unit is 5 people, at room unit is 12 people, laundry unit is 4,its means for this units are already optimal for ideal number of employee. The efficiency athousekeeping department Hotel Grand Balisani Suites Kerobokan Kuta is Rp.210.000.000/year or Rp. 17.500.000/month.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of doing business and research is to maximize value and maintain thecompany so that it must pay attention to and carry out business functions properly, oneof which is in planning and making decisions regarding production / operations andfinance, principal return analysis or often called break even points and this is also thegoal. study or research, the profit in this company which is the main problem isdetermining the amount of production and sales so as not to profit and loss, determiningthe number of sales with the desired profit, determining the number of units and sales ifthere is a change in taxation, fixed costs change, variable costs change and the sellingprice changes, after analyzing the results are obtained; now the company can get aprofit of Rp. 800,000, -with an amount produced in 1,000 units, and sales of Rp.2,400,000, - the number of principal returned as much as 333 units or sold with sales ofRp. 800,000, -, as well as the planning profit of Rp. 1,000,000, - then the company mustproduce as much as 1,167 units or sales of Rp. 2,800,000, - of course there will bechanges in the event that occur at fixed costs, variable costs and sales.Key words: break even as a profit planning tool.ABSTRAKTujuan melakukan bisnis dan penelitian adalah memaximalkan nilai danmempertahankan perusahaan untuk itu harus memperhatikan dan menjalan fungsi bisnissecara baik salah satunya adalah dalam perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusanberkaitan produksi/operasi dan keuangan, analisis pulang pokok atau sering disebutbreak even poin dan ini juga menjadi tujuan kajian atau penelitian, laba diperusahaanini yang menjadi pokok masalah ada pada menentukan jumlah produksi dan penjualanagar tidak untung danrugi, menentukan jumlah penjualan dengan laba yang diinginkan,menentukan jumlah unit dan penjualan bila terjadi perubahan pada pengenaan pajak,biaya tetap berubah,biaya variable berubah dan harga jual berubah, setelah dianalisisdidapat hasil ; saatini perusahaan setiap minggu bisa mendapatkan laba sebesar Rp.800.000,-dengan jumlah yang diprodukdi 1.000 unit, dan penjualan sebesar Rp.2.400.000,- jumlah pulang pokoknya sebanyak sebanyak 333 unit atau terjual denganpenjualan sebesar Rp. 800.000,- , demikian pula pada perencanaan laba sebesar Rp.1.000.000,- maka perusahaan harus memprodukdi sebanyak 1.167 unit atau pejualansebanyak Rp. 2.800.000,- tentu akan terjadi berubahan pua bialamana terjadi pada biayatetap, biaya variable dan penjualan.Kata kunci : break even sebagai alat perencanaan laba.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to investigate the communication strategy used by Tour Guide duringtheir interaction using English with foreigners in tourism object of Alas Kedaton,Tabanan. This research conducts a qualitative approach. The data were collected fromobservation by using video recorder, field notes and unstructured interview. The writerused Tarone (1983) theory about types of communication strategy in analyzing the data.Based on the analysis of data, there were 30 utterances which contained communicationstrategies. They were 2 avoidances, 10 paraphrases, 11 conscious transfers, 4 appealfor assistances and 3 mimes. The result showed that the Tour Guide employcommunication strategy in English consist of verbal communication strategy andnonverbal communication strategy. Communication strategies are used by tour guidesto overcome communication boundaries that might happen during interaction. Factorsthat affected the communication strategies include 3 reasons, namely: lack of grammar,vocabulary, and confidence.Key word: Communication Strategy, Tour Guide, English InteractionABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi yang digunakan olehpemandu wisata selama berinteraksi menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dengan wisatawanasing di objek wisata Alas Kedaton, Tabanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melaluipendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi denganmenggunakan perekam video, catatan dan wawancara tidak terstruktur. Penulismenggunakan teori Tarone (1983) tentang jenis-jenis strategi komunikasi dalammenganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, terdapat 30 kalimat yangmenggunakan strategi komunikasi. Jenis strategi komunikasi meliputi 2 penghindaran,10 paraphrase, 11 penerjemahan langsung, 4 seruan untuk bantuan dan 3 pantomim.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemandu wisata menggunakan strategikomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris yang terdiri dari strategi komunikasi verbal danstrategi komunikasi nonverbal. Strategi komunikasi digunakan oleh pemandu wisatauntuk mengatasi masalah dalam komunikasi yang mungkin terjadi selama berinteraksi.Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi strategi komunikasi meliputi 3 alasan yaitu;kurangnya penguasaan tentang tata bahasa, kosa kata dan kepercayaan diri.Kata kunci: Strategi Komunikasi, Pemandu Wisata, Interaksi Bahasa Inggris

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to see the effect of (1) Credit Distribution on Profit, (2) OperatingIncome on Profit, (3) Credit Distribution and Operating Income simultaneously. Theresearch design used is quantitative causal. The research subject is the Batuaji VillageCredit Institution (LPD), and the object of research is Credit Distribution, OperatingIncome and Profits. The results showed that (1) the lending variable (X1) had acalculated value (1.949)> t table (0.702) with a significance of 0.037 (<0.05), thismeans that lending (X1) had a positive and significant effect on earnings. . (Y) in LPDDesa Batuaji, (2) operational income variable (X2) which has a calculated value(41,364)> t table (0.702) with a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), this means thatoperational (X) has an effect positive and significant towards profit (Y) in LPD DesaBatuaji, (3) variable credit distribution (X1) and operating income (X2) to profit (Y) hasa calculated value (102.293)> F table (3.86) with a significance level 0,000 (<0.05),this means that credit disbursement and operating income have a positive andsignificant impact on profits in LPD Desa Batuaji.Keywords: Credit Distribution, Operating Income and ProfitsABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) Penyaluran Kredit terhadapLaba, (2) Pendapatan Operasional terhadap Laba, (3) Penyaluran Kredit dan PendapatanOperasional secara simultan terhadap Laba. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at Culik Perbekel Office, Karangasem district. Thisstudy aims to analyze work motivation strategies to improve employeeperformance. The number of samples specified was 5 employees that had beenagreed upon and listed in the organizational structure of the Culik WorkshopOffice. The data analysis technique used was data reduction, data presentation,and conclusion drawing. The result is that work motivation is very influential onimproving employee performance, this can be seen from the results of interviewsconducted with informants, it can be concluded that employees at the CulikWorkshop Office have achievement motivation, but interpersonal skills traininghas never been provided, therefore in completing tasks they are highly motivatedeven though they have never been hindered by their previous training ininterpersonal skills.Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee PerformanceABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Perbekel Culik, kabupaten Karangasem.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi motivasi kerja untukmeningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Jumlah sempel yang ditetapkan yaitu 5 pegawaiyang sudah di sepakati dan tercantum di struktur organisasi Kantor PerbekelCulik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data,penarikan kesimpulan. Hasilnya bahwa motivasi kerja sangat berpengaruhterhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil wawancarayang dilakukan terhadap narasumber dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, pegawai diKantor Perbekel Culik memiliki motivasi berprestasi, akan tetapi pelatihaninterpersonal skill belum pernah diberikan, oleh karena itu dalam penyelesaiantugas mereka sangat termotivasi walaupun terhalang oleh belum pernahnyamereka mendapat pelatihan interpersonal skill.Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai
