Abstract

This study discussed the role of service quality in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty of The Breezes Bali. Respondents in this study were 91 respondents with the criteria ever stay at The Breezes Bali hotel more than twice, at least 17 years old. Determination of sample using purposive sampling method. This research used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS program. The results showed that: 1) Quality of service had a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, 2) Quality of service had a positive but not significant effect to customer loyalty, 3) Satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, 4) Customer satisfaction able to be a mediation variable shown by the results of service loyalty analysis is able to influence consumer satisfaction and customer satisfaction influence loyalty. The results of this study imply that the management of The Breezes Bali to improve the quality of services with emphasis on reability by serving customers or customers well. Increased customer satisfaction is more emphasis on improving corporate image by maintaining the good name of The Breezes Hotel Bali. Furthermore, customer loyalty can be improved by word of mouth communication to the customer. With word of mouth communication, customers will give positive information about Hotel the breezes Bali to others.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja di Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting Kabupaten Karangasem, yang berjumlah 150 orang dan yang digunakan sebagai sampel adalah 60% dari seluruh anggota populasi atau sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the tourism industry. The very high decrease in the number of tourist visits has caused many businesses in the tourism sector to close their businesses, including tourist villages. As one of the tourist villages in Bali, the Penglipuran Tourism Village is also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The management of Penglipuran Tourism Village has implemented the Green Economy concept. Where the application of the Green Economy concept can be seen from the tourism products offered are environmentally friendly products such as traditional houses that still utilize natural materials (bamboo trees), the souvenirs offered are processed products from agricultural and plantation products. The natural condition and clean and natural village environment is also a form of implementing the Green Economy concept which aims to preserve the environment. In its management, Penglipuran Tourism Village has involved the community starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. It can be seen that pokdarwisa as a management institution is an institution established by the traditional village and the department where its members come from

Abstract

This research aims to identify customer perception based on service quality. Service quality is built on a comparison of two main factors, namely customer perceptions of the service they actually receive with the service that is actually expected. If the reality is more than what consumers expect, the service from a company can be said to be of high quality and ideal. This is also what Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Kuta does in its implementation, excellent service from various aspects is provided by the hotel optimally in order to provide satisfaction and create a good perception of this hotel so that hotel guests have high loyalty. This study formulates the problem of how much influence tangible, reliability, responsiveness, responsiveness, empathy have on customer satisfaction at Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak Kuta. To determine the research sample size from the population. The formula 15 or 20 times the independent variable Azwar can be used. 2008, so the following results will be obtained: 20 x 5 (number of independent variables) = 100. Research results The test results obtained the t value for the physical appearance variable (tangible) showing the t value = 3,430, The test results obtained the t value for the reliability variable (reliability) shows the value of t = 2,318, the test results obtained the t value for the responsiveness variable showing the t value = 2,688, the test results obtained the t value for the assurance variable showing the t value = 3.959, the test The results obtained the t value for the variable caring (empathy) shows the value of t = 2.094 and Testing the effect of the independent variables together on the dependent variable is carried out using the F test. The results of statistical calculations show the calculated F value = 22,183. The research found out that all five dimension of customer service had positive effect to lead costomer satisfaction in Puri Saron Hotel Seminyak.

Abstract

Every company definitely wants the employee morale to continue to increase, which of course will have an impact on the company's profits. The problem raised in this study is whether motivation influences employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotel, does communication influence employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotel and what is the influence of motivation and communication on employee morale at Ibis Styles Bali Hotels Petitenget. This study uses the entire population as a sample or as many as 60 people. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, test the quality of data that is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test test and analysis of determination. The results of this study indicate that Motivation and Communication have a positive and significant effect on Employee Morale at Ibis Styles Bali Petitenget Hotels.

Abstract

Employee enthusiasm is a very important thing in supporting the achievement of an organizational goal, if the morale is high then it tends to be able to finish the job well and quickly, on the contrary if the work spirit is low then the work will be less well implemented and employees become dissatisfied. Employee morale can be measured by looking at the percentage of employee absenteeism at work. The problem raised in this study is whether communication (X1) has an effect on increasing employee morale (Y) at Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel, does the work environment (X2) have an effect on increasing employee morale (Y) at Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel and what communications (X1) and the working environment (X2)influence in increasing employee morale (Y) in Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel. The population in this study amounted to 65 people. This study uses the entire population as a sample. Data analysis techniques used are data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test analysis and f-test analysis. Results of the analysis showed regression model Y = 2,299 + 0,551X1 + 0,446X2. The conclusion obtained is communication (X1)has a positive effect in improving employee morale (Y) in Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel. The work environment (X2) has a positive influence in increasing employee morale (Y) at Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel. Communication (X1) and work environment (X2) simultaneously have a positive effect on increasing employee morale (Y) at Aston Canggu Beach Resort Hotel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of communication on the performance of employees of Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem Regency, knowing the influence of work discipline on employee performance, knowing the influence of communication and work discipline on employee performance, knowing the great influence of communication and working discipline on employee performance and knowing the free variables that are dominant influence on employee performance in Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency. In this study, used as a sample is the employee of Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency. The sampling techniques in this study using the population method are the sampling methods of all popoulation for accurate data for research purposes. The analytical techniques used were regression analyses with hypothesis testing using the F test and T test. The results showed that communication and work discipline were influential in employee performance of employees. Communications partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.Work disciplines partially have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Communication and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Employees in Bali Mitra Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency, this is analyzed simultaneously, can be proved through a regression coefficient of communication and work discipline on the performance of Employees Bali Wahana Rafting in Karangasem regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine between work motivation and work discipline on performance of civil servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office. This research is a quantitative study that describes and explains how the influence between work motivation and work discipline on performance on civil servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office. The population used was 108 employees and the sample used was 60% of the total population or as many as 65 respondents. Testing instruments using the validity and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression, the classic assumption test, the coefficient of determination, and the t test. The results showed that (1) Work motivation has a positive effect on performance of Civil Servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office with a value of 0.275, (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of Civil Servants at the Provincial Education Office of Bali with a value of 0.642, (3) the magnitude of the influence of work motivation (X1) and work Discipline (X2) on the job satisfaction of Civil Servants at the Bali Provincial Education Office amounted to 92.5.8%. means the magnitude of the influence of work motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on performance (Y) is 92.5%, while the remaining 7.5% is determined by other variables outside of work motivation and work discipline which are not discussed in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee performance. Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of samples is 50 respondents. The research method uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis: Y = 14.075 + 0.268X1+ 0.262X2 indicate that the leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2) are assumed to be equal to 0 (zero), then employee performance (Y) will increase. Significance test using t test obtained tcount (X1) and tcount (X2) is greater than t table of (2,158) and (2,079) greater than (2,012), is in the area of rejection of Ho, this means partially leadership style and motivation have an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance at the Padangsambian Kelod Village Office Denpasar.
