Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hubungan efikasi diri terhadap minat belajar fisika, hubungan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar fisika dan hubungan secara bersama-sama efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap minat belajar fisika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun paradigma yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah paradigma ganda dengan dua variabel independent yaitu efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar fisika mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika IKIP PGRI Pontianak. Selanjutnya secara khusus dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan minat minat belajar fisika berdasarkan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05. terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan minat belajar fisika berdasarkan nilai signifikansi 0,002<0,05. Dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dan kecerdasan emosinal dengan minat belajar fisika berdasarkan nilai sig. F sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05).

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Bagaimana penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan kedisiplinan pada siswa di SDN Gayamsari 01 Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, dimana dalam penelitian kualitatif instrument utama adalah peneliti itu sendiri. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN Gayamsari 01 Semarang bulan Desember 2018 Januari 2019. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan uji keabsahan data triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan kedisiplinan di SDN Gayamsari 01 Semarang telah cukup berjalan dengan baik, kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan adanya kegiatan kedisiplinan upacara setiap hari senin dan apel pagi selain hari senin, kemudian juga ada kegiatan berbaris di dalam kelas sebelum masuk kelas untuk memulai pembelajaran serta ada kegiatanmelalui mapel agama yaitu kotak amal untuk bersedekah dan sholat dhuhur berjamaah di mushola sekolah, semua kegiatan tersebut dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah melalui metode pembiasaan. AbstractThis study aims to describe the feasibility of character education through disciplinary activities in students at Gayamsari 01 Elementary School Semarang. The research method used is qualitative research, in which the main qualitative instrument research is the researcher itself. In this study the data technique used was interviews, documentation and questionnaires. This research was conducted at Gayamsari 01 Elementary School in Semarang from December 2018 - January 2019. In this study the validity data of triangulation data were used. The results showed that the implementation of character education through disciplinary activities at Gayamsari 01 Public Elementary School was quite well underway, this activity was carried out with disciplinary announcement activities every Monday and morning apples in addition to Monday, then there were also activities marching in the classroom before entering the class for start learning and there are activities through religious maps, namely charity boxes for charity and dhuhur prayers in congregation at the school mosque, all activities carried out by the school through habituation methods.

This study aims to describe whether the difficulty of writing poetry freely in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 4 Jelobo towards the five elements of poetry is how students understand the five elements of poetry. The research method used is to use qualitative research, where in the qualitative research the main instrument is the researcher himself. In this study the data collection techniques used included tests, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted at SDN 4 Jelobo in January - February 2019. In this study, the validity of triangulation data was used. The results showed that the analysis of the difficulty of writing class V free poetry in the even semester of SD Negeri 4 Jelobo was quite well done, this activity was carried out by analyzing the elements of poetry including: diction, imagination, discussion, theme, and mandate in finding students' difficulties in writing poetry free.

Karakteristik dan kepribadian siswa dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan mereka dalam berkomunikasi. Beberapa ahli menyatakan bahwa dua karakter utama siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa, yaitu ekstrovert dan introvert, adalah karakter yang saling bertentangan. Dalam hal ini, karakteristik ini dapat mempengaruhi kompetensi komunikasi siswa karena perberbedaan motivasi dan egoisme antara ekstrovert dan introvert. Pada dasarnya, kepribadian siswa dapat membantu pola belajar mereka mencapai keberhasilan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Oleh karena itu, para guru disarankan untuk mengetahui karakter peserta didiknya, karena dengan mengetahui kepribadian mereka, para guru akan dapat memilih strategi pembelajaran yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada proses belajar mengajar di kelas mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi terkait proses belajar mengajar dan strategi yang diterapkan para guru Bahasa Inggris kepada para siswa yang mempunyai karakteristik kepribadian introvert di kelas speaking.

The compulsory subject in the health and recreation physical education study program of IKIP Budi Utomo is the Design and Learning Strategy course. Learning achievement for the Design and Learning Strategy courses is that students are able to make physical education learning design in accordance with the characteristics of students and school infrastructure in accordance with the norms. adequate. But in reality the Lecturer in Design and Learning Strategy has never developed teaching materials that specifically discuss the Design and Learning Strategies of Physical Education with the character of virtue. Students also admitted that it was difficult to find design references and physical education learning strategies that use Indonesian. Most references use English so that students find it difficult to understand. The method of this research is development research using a 4D model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate. The results of this development research are the availability of teaching materials in the Design and Learning Strategies with the character of virtue that has been valid and can be implemented for students of Physical Health and Recreation Education (PJKR) at IKIP Budi Utomo.

The purpose of the research is to reveal the contribution of Independence Students and Learning Facilities Availability against the Result of Wireless Network Study of Students of Computer and Network Engineering in SMKN 8 Malang. The result of the study were obtained from the skill competence and knowledge competencies. This research used expost facto method. Type and data analysis of the research is using a quantitative approach with a sample of the research amounted to 95 students XII Computer And Network Engineering in Vocational High School 8 Malang. Data collection for independece and learning facilities is using quetionnaire, while data collection for result of the study is using value documentation. Data analysis included descriptive and regression. The result of the research showed that: (1) independence students contributed to the skill competence amounted to 14,1%, (2) independence students contributed to the knowledge competence is amounted to 19%, (3) learning facilities availability contributed to the skill competence is amounted to 23,5%, (4) learning facilities availability contributed to the knowledge competence is amounted to 7%, (5) independence students and learning facilities are jointly contribute to the skill competence by 25,6% and (6) independence students and learning facilities are jointly contribute to the knowledge competence by 19,2%.

This study aims to determine the quality of diagnostic test questions with regular straight motion material. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. In this research, Sujek was a class X student at Jagoi Babang 01 High School. The research instrument was in the form of question feasibility questionnaire addressed to the validator and the test used to test the characteristics of the questions including validity, reliability, level of difficulty and differentiating power of the questions and knowing the profile of students' conceptual understanding. The results of the study indicate that: (1) A total of 13 questions have very good assessment criteria by experts; (2) 9 questions are declared valid and 3 questions are invalid; (3) Reliability index of 0.81 with very strong criteria; (4) 11 questions have medium criteria and 1 problem is difficult keriteria; (5) criteria for distinguishing good as many as 4 questions, criteria are enough 6 questions and bad criteria 2 questions; (6) The percentage of students who understand the concept is 22.31%, misconceptions are 36.56% and do not understand the concept of 41.13%.

School as an educational institution has an important role in developing the potential of students so that they will be able to carry out life's tasks as manuasia. Not only individually but also as part of the community. The progress of technology and information has made competition among schools increasingly increasing, not to mention the Sekolah Bogor Raya (SBR). This encourages SBR as a learning organization to carry out various innovations to be able to adapt to the environmental changes that occur. Such adaptability will only occur if the SBR management can develop its organization and facilitate learning from all its members. As part of a learning organization, teacher competence plays an important role as a learning agent. Learning organizations will not succeed if they do not accommodate their members to increase their potential. Knowledge, experience and creativity of teachers will be formed if they are given the opportunity to learn both individually and organizationally. Therefore this study aims to analyze the extent of the role of learning organizations in improving the competence of teachers.

can reach their maximum self development. The purpose of this study are to describe the context, input, process and product components in guidance career program at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai Kabupaten Nias. The guidance career at vocational education mean to produces efficient and effective graduate so they have knowledge and skills to develop their selves on job industries. The study is performing by distributing questionares to the student and interview to the guidance tutor. Based on this study, we can find that the context component has been well programmed as what the student describes 84,01%. Input component has not support the implementation scheduled program which shows by student 68,61%. At process component , as student statement 65,64% shows that process component has not been effective. Product component has not been optimum shows by student statement 69,30%. Generally we can have a conclucion that the implementation career guidance program at SMK Negeri 1 Hiliserangkai has not been consistent with input and process component to achieve optimum result.

This study aims to determine the teachers perception of the use of Moodle e-learning media and the impact of learning on students of State Vocational Schools in the city of Banyuwangi. The variable is the teachers perception of the use of Moodle e-learning and the impact of learning on students of State Vocational Schools in the City of Banyuwangi. This research is a qualitative research. The population used amounted to 87 teachers of State Vocational Schools in the City of Banyuwangi who used Moodle e-learning as a learning medium. Data collection in research using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study showed that (1) individual factors led to the teacher's perception of the use of Moodle e-learning as a learning medium that was different. The concept of implementing Moodle e-learning that is used by teachers in four SMKs in the city of Banyuwangi is an asynchronous model, namely students learn independently but still communicate with the teacher; (2) the impact of learning that occurs on students according to teacher perceptions are two, namely the impact of positive learning and the impact of negative learning.
