Abstract

The spread of various industries in Indonesia today makes people become more consumptive. The current digital era demands that companies increasingly compete to attract customers and expand their business development areas, for example by utilizing advanced technology and the internet. Ramio Cafe and Mart is one of the restaurants in Sumenep. Precisely located on Jl. Dr. Cipto Kolor, Sumenep City, Sumenep Regency, East Java 69417. Covid-19 which has an impact on various sectors, especially the culinary sector, has made Ramio Cafe and Mart experience a decline in turnover since the pandemic and the implementation of PSBB. This type of research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study are consumers of Ramio Cafe and Mart. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and obtained a sample of 30 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results showed that promotion and distribution channels partially and simultaneously had a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hedonic shopping motives, fashion, involvement on impulse buying e-commerce shopee (a study of students from the faculty of economics and business, Trunojoyo Madura University). The method used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by considering certain criteria with a total sample of 97 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 1) Hedonic Shopping Motives variables have a significant effect on impulse buying e-commerce shopee on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. 2) The fashion involvemen variable has a significant effect on impulse buying of e-commerce shopee for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business.. 3) Variable Hedonic Shopping Motives, fashion involvemen have a significant effect on impulse buying e-commerce shopee on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that the value of the Hedonic shopping motivation and fashion involvement variables on impulse buying simultaneously has a significant effect.

Abstract

The number of cooperatives in Bangkalan Regency continues to decline because there are many cooperatives that do not operate indicating that the cooperative management is not doing well, one of which is a cooperative with a savings and loan business in Bangkalan District. The performance problems of saving and loan cooperative managers occur because of the influence of personality factors such as self-efficacy, self-esteem, and internal locus of control. This study uses quantitative methods using multiple regression analysis and the sampling technique is simple random sampling. The total population was 65 people and the number of samples used was 56 people. Partially and simultaneously self-efficacy, self-esteem, and internal locus of control have a positive and significant effect on the performance of cooperative managers and self-efficacy is a dominant variable with the highest beta.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to determine 1) the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 2) the mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 3) the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance, 4) the responsibility, mutual contributions, and ability have  effect on employees performance simultaneously, and 5) the variable that effect dominantly on employees performance. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the responsibility has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.57, mutual contributions has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.707, the ability has a positive and significant effect on employees performance with a standardized coefficients beta value is 0.475. Simultaneously, the responsibility, mutual contribution, and ability have significant effect on employees performance with a significant level is 56,8%. Then, mutual contributions has effect dominantly on employees performance with a value is 0.388.

Abstract

Environmental pollution continues to increase every year and the beauty industry is one of the environmental pollution that we need to face right now. This research was conducted to determine the effect of green marketing on purchase intention through brand trust of environmentally friendly products.The research approach used is quantitative with an explanatory method. The population in this study are respondents who know about Love Beauty and Planet products. The results showed that there was a positive influence of green marketing on trust of environmentally friendly products, there was a positive influence of green marketing on purchase intention, there was a positive influence of trust in environmentally friendly product on purchase intention, and there was an indirect effect of green marketing on purchase intention through trust environmentally friendly product. In this study, brand trust for environmentally friendly products fully mediates the effect of green marketing on purchase intention.

Abstract

In the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan experienced a decline in employee performance and K3 due to employees doing work activities side by side with work machines and equipment. The purpose of this study is to identify the magnitude of the influence of K3 on employee performance in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic on CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan. The method used is a survey research method using descriptive and inferential quantitative statistical analysis techniques assisted by SPSS version 22 software. The findings and implications are that work safety affects employee performance which can be seen at the t value (3.106 1.673) with a significance value of t ( 0.003 0.05); Occupational health has an effect on employee performance, which can be seen from the t value (7.861 1.673) with a significance value of t (0.000 0.05); Leader or owner of CV. Buana Tengka Garment Bangkalan is advised to continue to develop K3 through training and socialization so as to improve the performance of employees.

Abstract

The use of biopharmaceutical plants as traditional medicine in Madura has been going on for quite a long time, because medicinal plants and spices as raw materials for the traditional medicine industry are available in quite a lot in four districts in Madura. Traditional medicine SMEs have made many innovations to attract customers, one of which is by making packaging designs. In addition to innovation in terms of packaging design, the use of the internet is carried out to market Madura herbal herbal products. This method is called E-commerce. Data collection uses primary data and secondary data.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-wom and perceived value on consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on fashion products for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trunojoyo University, Madura in 2017 to 2020. The sampling of this study used purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. , with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis.The results of this study are: 1) E-wom influences consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on study fashion products to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura (2) Perception of value affects consumer decisions to shop online at Shopee on fashion products. study at the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Trunojoyo Madura.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Earning Per Share, Total Asset Turnover and Firm Size to Stock Price inPharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI)2015-2019 period. This research was conducted in a descriptive quantitative manner using secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population used in this study amounted to 10 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period2015-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and obtained 9 Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies  that  were  used   as   samples.  The  data  analysistechnique used is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis, partially ROE has a significant positive effect on Stock Price, DAR partially has a significant effect on Stock Price, EPS partially has no significant negative effect on Stock Price, TATO has no significant positif effect on Stock Price, Partially Firm Size has no significant negative effect on Stock Price. Meanwhile, the results of the F test show that Return On Equity, Debt to Asset Ratio, Earning Per  Share,  Total  Asset  Turnover  and  Firm  Size  simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the problems regarding the level of consumer expectations of the atmosphere and prices as well as to measure consumer satisfaction with the atmosphere and prices at Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. Thus, the atmosphere and price variables can be identified in accordance with the needs and expectations of consumers as well as variables that require improvement. The samples taken in this study were consumers who were visiting and had transacted and had enjoyed the offerings from Kedai Srikandi Kwanyar. The analysis method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results obtained based on the CSI method indicate that the overall level of customer satisfaction at Kedai Srikandi is included in the "very satisfied" category. The calculation results based on the IPA method there are 2 items that need to be improved.
