Abstract

This study discusses the problems found at one of the government institutions, namely the PDAM Bangkalan, East Java. This study aims at determining the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. This study employed a quantitative approach, using path analysis. A total of 51 respondents were involved in this study. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that 1) Work Discipline Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is shown by the results of the calculation of the t-test, the t- count value is 2.377, and the t-table value is 2.01174 with a significance of 0.022 0.05. 2) Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is shown by the results of the calculation of the t-test, which comprises the t-count value of 2.324 and the t-table value of 2.01174 with a significance value of 0.024 0.05. 3) Work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown by the results of the calculation of the t-test, the t- count value of 2.212, and the t-table value of 2.01174 with a significance value of 0.032 0.05. 4) The Variable of Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. This is shown by the results of the calculation of the t-test, the tcount value of 2.907, and the t-table value of 2.01063 with a significance value of 0.006 0.05. 5) Work Environment Variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. This is shown by the results of the calculation of the t-test, the tcount value of 3.040, and the t-table value of 2.01063 with a significance value of 0.004 0.05. 6) Work Discipline Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. This is shown by the results of path analysis calculations with a path coefficient of 0.394 with a t-count of 2.619847 ttable of 2.01174. 7) Work Environment Variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Work Motivation. This is shown by the results of path analysis calculations with a path coefficient of 0.479 with a t-count of 1.778234 a t-table of 2.01063.

Rizqi Nur Azizah, The Influence of Sales Promotions and Price Discounts Through Social Media on Consumer Purchase Interest at Café Bima N Zain. Under the guidance of Mrs. NirmaKurriwati, S.P., M.Si. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of sales promotions and price discounts via social media on consumer buying interest at Café Bima N Zain. This research was conducted using descriptive quantitative methods. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a total of 50 respondents. The results of this research are (1) Sales Promotions influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zainconsumers, (2) Price Discounts influence the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (3) Social Media influences the buying interest of Café Bima N Zain consumers, (4) Sales promotions have no effect on social media, (5) Price discounts have no effect on social media. (6) Sales promotions have no effect on purchase interest via social media, (7) Price discounts have an effect on consumer purchase interest via social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study determines variables of brand image, product quality and price have a partial and simultaneous influence on the purchase decision of Cok Ko Tengok products in the people of Pematang Siantar city.This study used a quantitative approach and the sampling used a non-probability sampling method with 96 sample, analyzed using regression analysis and the analysis tool, SPSS. Based on the test results on data that has been collected through questionnaires distributed. The results of the first hypothesis were obtained that the brand image variable had a significant and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, product quality was not significant on purchasing decisions but had a simultaneous effect, price had a significant and simultaneous effect.

Abstract

Futsal is an indoor football sport with high technical competence, this has an impact on the number of futsal field rental services. Business people must be required to be oriented to consumer satisfaction as the main goal, one of which is the Yanitra Futsal Center. Based on this, an analysis is needed on the effect of service quality and price of Yanitra Futsal Center futsal field rental services themselves on customer satisfaction from users of this service. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on Yanitra Futsal Center customer satisfaction to users of rental services partially or simultaneously. With a Quantitative research method using a questionnaire on Yanitra Futsal Center visitors with independent variables, namely service quality and price, while the dependent variable is Customer Satisfaction. The results of the study are known that visitors to Yanitra Futsal Center there are one hundred people who use Rental Services with an average answer of "Disagree", but the results of SPSS show that simultaneous and partial service quality and price affect customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Marketing Mix of Services and Revisit Intention (Study of the Coffee Shop"Cerita Kopi Xotus"Telang Bangkalan)". place, promotion, process, physical evidence and people so that they can attract customers to be revisiting intention the Xotus Telang coffee shop, Bangkalan. This research was conducted descriptively quantitatively using purposive sampling method, namely the technique of determining the sample by considering certain criteria with a total sample of 97 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the customer's interest in returning to the Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop is in the good category. And the marketing mix is also in a good category. so that it can trigger an revisit intention customers. And the results of the espionage of several service marketing mix variables show that the product has a significant effect on the revisit intention to the Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop. Price has no significant effect on revisit intention to the Xotus Telang coffee shop Bangkalan. Promotion has a significant effect on the revisit intention to the Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop. Place has a significant effect on revisit intention to Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop. People have no significant effect on the revisit intention to the Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop. Physical evidence has no significant effect on the revisit intention to the Xotus Telang Bangkalan coffee shop. The process has no significant effect on the revisit intention to the Xotus Telang coffee shop Bangkalan. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Leverage on Profit Growth with Company Size as a Moderatating variable. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research using secondary data with data sources derived from financial reports. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 14 companies from 18 companies. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, moderating regression analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 26. Based on the results of this study indicate that (1) Current Ratio has a negative and in significant effect on Profit Growth. (2) Net Profit Margin has a negative and insignificant effect on Profit Growth. (3) Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Profit Growth. (4) Company Size cannot moderate the Current Ratio, Net Profit Margin, and Debt to Equity Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to analyze production costs in catfish curl farming in Mojokerto Regency and compare the level of profitability. The research sample is several respondents of catfish farming farmers in Mojokerto district. This study used primary data and secondary data obtained from catfish farmers, relevant agencies, the Mojokerto District Fisheries Office, and the Ministry of Maritime Affairs Fisheries, using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. The final results of the study showed that farmer-2 was superior in obtaining a lower FCR value of 1.16 compared to farmer-1's FCR level of 1.60. However, the profit gain and the level of profitability obtained are much greater in the enlargement of catfish owned by farmer-1 with a profitability rate of 16.90%. This occurs because the costs incurred to purchase feed in the form of CCM waste are far more expensive than the costs incurred to purchase feed in the form of chicken intestines. In terms of feed quality, CCM waste is of good quality and efficient for use as catfish feed because it can score low FCR values. However, the costs incurred to purchase good quality feed also need to be taken into account and considered.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of tourism product attributes on visitor loyalty with visitor satisfaction as a mediating variable. The method used in this research is purposive sampling, namely a sample determination technique by considering certain criteria with a sample size of 97 respondents. By using the path analysis method (path analysis). The results of this study indicate that 1) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 2) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction to Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 3) Visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty to Tlangoh Beach Tourism. 4) Tourism product attributes have a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Tlangoh Beach Tourism.

Abstract

CV. Batik Sumber Arafat Tanjung Bumi, Bangkalan is one of the batik business places in Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan that is the largest batik area in Bangkalan. This business has been since 2004 and provides all types of Madurese batik such as gentongan (*Madurese), writing cotton, silk, stamping and printing. As the one of the batik businesses in Tanjung Bumi, CV. Batik Sumber Arafat must have good employees performance, starting from employees work loyalty, communication, and compensation. The aims of this study are to determine and analyze the effect of loyalty, communication and compensation on employees performance, partially and simultaneously. It uses the quantitative methods with surveys the employees as much as 43 respondents. Using the multiple regression analysis, the results showed that (1) loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employees performance as 0.346; (2) communication has no effect on employees performance as 0.025; (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employees performance as 0.353; (4) loyalty, communication and compensation effect on employees performance simultaneously as 54%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population used in this study were Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period as many as 83 companies with sampling using the purposive sampling method and 26 companies were selected as samples in the study. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 10.849 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 3.781 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The variable Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of -8.882 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. Simultaneously the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a positive effect on stock prices as evidenced by the f value of 54.224 and f table of 2.69 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t value is calculated t table and sig value 0.05.
