Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and consumers over 17 years of age. Sampling of this study used purposive sampling with a total of 97 respondents, with data analysis techniques using multiple linear analysis.The results of this study are: (1) Product quality influences purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. (2) Prices affect purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store. (3) Product quality and price affect purchasing decisions at the Mbethuk Fashion Sumenep Store.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Knowledge, Financial Attitude, and Financial Self-efficacy on the Personal Financial Management Behavior of MSME Traders at Gelora Bangkalan Stadium. The population used in this study were 187 traders with sampling using purposive sampling method and 127 traders were selected as samples in this study. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used in the study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to MSME traders at the Gelora Bangkalan Stadium. The results of this study indicate that financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management behavior of MSME traders at the Bangkalan Gelora Stadium, financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management behavior of MSME traders at the Bangkalan Gelora Stadium, financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on personal finance management behavior of MSME traders at the Bangkalan Gelora Stadium, and financial knowledge, financial attitude, and financial self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the personal financial management behavior of MSME traders at the Bangkalan Gelora Stadium

Abstract

The problems identified in this study began with the declining level of sales as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This condition is contradictory, during the pandemic all activities are carried out online. Should require gadgets such as mobile phones to support daily activities. This study intends to design a marketing strategy formulation through a SWOT and AHP analysis approach. This is done so that marketing strategies can be found that can increase sales of HP Mart stores. Research resource persons were determined by purposive sampling related to the management of the Hp Mart business. The results of the SWOT analysis obtained the IFAS value of 2 while the EFAS value of 1,02. Thus, if drawn using a SWOT Analysis Diagram, HP Mart is in a very profitable situation. The result of choosing a competitive strategy using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is to utilize its strengths, namely a strategic location, many HP Mart branches, a fairly complete cellphone and cellphone accessories store, good store security, good service to customers, as well as relationships with customers. good distributors to minimize the declining purchasing power of the people.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of capital structure on firm value in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2021. Additionally, it seeks to examine the impact of profitability on firm value in these banking companies for the period 2018-2021. The research utilizes an explanatory research design, and data is sourced from the IDX website covering the years 2018-2021. Data analysis involves ratio analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The findings reveal that capital structure, measured by debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio, shows a positive and significant influence on firm value (PBV), with the latter being the more impactful. Profitability, measured by return on assets and return on equity, indicates that only return on equity has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV). The simultaneous results demonstrate that both capital structure and profitability have a positive and significant impact on firm value (PBV).

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the factors that can influence the character of students. The population in this study was 8,086 students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling, so that a sample of 100 students was obtained. This research is quantitative research using the variabels kiyai leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2) as independen variabels. Meanwhile, the student character variabel (Y) is the dependent variabel. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The primary data obtained was then analyzed using SPSS. The data analysis techniques used include data quality testing, classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the kiyai's leadership style and organizational culture on the character of the students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency, have a very strong or very high correlation. The kiyai's leadership style and organizational culture have an influence of 65.61% on the character formation of students at the Al-Amien Perenduen Islamic Boarding School, Sumenep Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity solvency and profitability on the value of company shares with dividend policy as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2017- 2021 period. The population selected was the food and beverage sub-sector of 30 companies, the sample was selected using the purposive sampling method, as many as 17 companies were the sample in the study. The variables used in this study are solvency, liquidity and profitability as independent variables, the company's stock value as the dependent variable, dividend policy as a moderating variable. Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear analysis techniques with SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) application tools. The results of this study prove that: (1) Solvability has a positive and significant effect on the company's share value, (2) The dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of solvency on the company's share value, (3) Liquidity has a negative and insignificant effect on the company's share value, (4) Dividend policy is able to moderate the influence of liquidity on the company's stock value, (5) Profitability has a positive and significant effect on company value, (6) Dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability on company stock value

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media on the interest in revisiting throught the image of the the destination of the Lon Malang Beach tourist destination in Sampang Madura. This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner, using exploratory research, data collection techniques in the form of surveys with interviews or observations. Data analysis techniques activities are grouping data based on variables and types of respondents, metabulation, data based on variables, data presentation, performing data calculations. to test the hypothesis.The results of this study indicate that the destination image variable (X2) and social media (X1), simultaneously or together have an influence on interest in revisiting (Y) Lon Beach Malang Sampang Madura tourism. Partially the intervening variable or independent variable in this study is known that Social Media (X1) has an effect on the Image of Objective variable (X2). From the exogenous variable the destination image (X2) and social media (X1) affect the endogenous variable of interest in visiting again (Y) and from each exogenous variable it affects the endogenous variable as seen from the average respondent who answered well, where this is in accordance with the results of the analysis and proof of the hypothesis analysis, it is known that the destination image variable (X2) and social media (X1) affect the variable interest in revisiting (Y) and the social media variable (X1) affects the destination image (X2) Lon Beach Malang Sampang Madura tourism.

Abstract

PT. Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan is one of the companies engaged in providing heavy rental equipment, civil works, production of mineral water management, and steam washing which requires special skills. For that, the company has provided training for the employees, but it only runs for one year which causes frequent work accidents. The objectives of this study are to determine the role of training in improving employee performance at PT Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan and to determine the role of development in improving employee performance at PT Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan. This study is conducted by a qualitative method using purposive sampling method to select informants who are determined by several criteria. Technique of collecting data uses three ways by conducting in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are 1) After PT. Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan carries out training on employee performance, the company can improve the performance of its employees, can reduce the number of work accidents and can make the company better. 2) The role of development at PT. Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan is that the employee performance is getting better. From the training, employees gain new knowledge and new experiences so that their performance can be maximized and have a positive impact on the company and also for consumers. The conclusions of this study are 1) Performance training for employees of PT. Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan is getting better than before in heavy equipment operation, heavy equipment maintenance, mineral water management and mineral water management machine maintenance. 2) Development of employee performance at PT. Karya Muda Mandiri Bangkalan is getting better. When employees are included in the training, the development of employee knowledge, skills and behaviors that bring changes to the company can be seen. Employees can further increase the service users and the employee performance can also be maximized.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of compensation and competence on the work stress of PERUMDA Air Sumber Sejahtera Bangkalan employees with job satisfaction as a moderating variable. This study employed a quantitative method and a purposive sampling technique. The respondents involved were 72 people. The results showed that: (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-12.127) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress. (2) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of compensation on work stress with a significant value of 0.008 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-2.714) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between compensation and work stress moderated by job satisfaction. (3) competence has a negative and significant effect on work stress with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-17.957) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress. (4) job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of competence on work stress with a significant value of 0.002 0.05. In addition, the t-count (-3.243) t-table 1.995 (-) indicates a negative effect or an opposite relationship between competence and work stress moderated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the description of Self Esteem, Self Efficacy, and Locus of Control at Pokdarwis (tourism awareness group) Putra Lon Malang, the organization that manages Lon Malang Beach. This research was a qualitative study with descriptive approach. The determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique and the data collection procedures employed observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. In addition. To ensure the validity of the data, the researcher employed credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests through triangulation (combination). The results showed that the organization managing the Lon Malang Beach tourist attraction, in this case, the Pokdarwis Putra Lon Malang, had a high level of self esteem, they are aware of the power or ability to control visitor activities to direct, reprimand, and even give strict punishment to visitors who break the rules with confidence. Regarding the self-efficacy of the Pokdarwis Putra Lon Malang members, they are confident in their ability to complete every task that is their responsibility as the organization that manages the tourist attraction. Regarding locus of control, they tend to believe that everything that happens in life is under self-control.
