The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer ratings and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions for food products at Bakoel Snacks through GoFood for Bakoel Camilan Instagram followers. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. Sampling of this study used purposive sampling with a total of 70 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study on the online customer rating variable (X1) show that the tcount is 4.910 ttable 1.667 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. The online customer review variable (X2) shows that the tcount is 3.257 ttable 1.667 with a significance level of 0.002 0.05. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount is 23.131 Ftable 3.13 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05. Thus, the conclusions of this study are a) Online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase food products at Bakoel Camilan through GoFood, b) Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for food products at Bakoel Camilan through GoFood, c) Online customer rating and online customer review together have a positive and significant effect on the variable of the decision to purchase food products at Bakoel Camilan through GoFood.

The development of the use of internet and social media is an oppurtunity for a tourist destination to increase the visitors. Likewise with TRK tour which is said still have minimal visitors, therefore there is a need information containing a special specification of TRK to triggers visit intention to make visit such as the destination image that is through EWOM. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence EWOM has on visiting intention through destination image on Taman Rekreasi Kota in Bangkalan. This research using quantitative research with survey method via questionaire. The data analysis technique used to prove the hypothesis was compiled using Path Analysis and using the Sobel Test. The results of this research show that (1) EWOM has a direct, significant effect on visisting intentions; (2) EWOM has a direct effect on destination image; (3) The destination image has no effect on visiting interest and is not significant; (4) EWOM has limited indirect effect on visiting intention through the destination image, the destination image is able to mediate the effect between the Electronic Word Of Mouth on visiting intention. The researcher can conclude that the use of Electronic Word Of Mouth can influence the visiting intention and destination image is able to mediate it, but the mediating variable does not have much influence on the visiting intention.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, location and price on customer satisfaction with Alif driving course services. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The research was conducted at the Alif Driving Course. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. Sampling using incidental sampling technique and tested using multiple regression analysis method, F test and t test. Data collection techniques were carried out by questionnaire method. Data analysis using SPSS 22 shows that customer satisfaction with the Alif driving course service can be improved by taking into account the level of service quality, location, and price of the Alif driving course. service quality, location and price have a significant influence on customer satisfaction Alif driving course services.

This research discusses this problem regarding financial management behavior in young married couples. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes, and lifestyle on financial management behavior partially or simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of this study are (1) Financial knowledge partially has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in young married couples (2) Financial attitudes partially have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in young married couples (3) Lifestyle partially has a negative and significant effect on financial management behavior in young married couples (4) Financial knowledge, financial attitude and lifestyle simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior in young married couple.

This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner using secondary manner using secondary data obtained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study is as many as 28 Property and Real Estate Sub-Sector Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampling method is as many as 10 companies that fit certain criteria. For testing using T test and F. The results of the T test are known that Total Asset Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio partially have a significant effect on Profitability. While Inventory Turnover, Receivables Turnover and Current Ratio have no effect on Profitability. The results of the F test are known that Inventory Turnover, Receivables Turnover, Total Asset Turnover, Debt To Equity Ratio and Current Ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on Profitability.

The objectives of this study are to explain (1) the significant influence of service quality on customer satisfaction; (2) the significant influence of customer satisfaction on word of mouth; (3) the significant influence of service quality on word of mouth; (4) the presence of an indirect effect between service quality on word of mouth with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is causal research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through questionnaires. The sample was taken using the Lemeshow formula because the population size was unknown, and the sample taken at Holaa Café amounted to 100 samples. Data analysis in this study used the SPSS application. The results of this research indicate (1) the significant positive influence of service quality on customer satisfaction; (2) the significant positive influence of service quality on word of mouth; (3) the significant positive influence of customer satisfaction on word of mouth; (4) the influence of service quality on word of mouth, seen from the regression coefficient level, is greater than the indirect influence between service quality on word of mouth with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Thus, it can be concluded that the presence of an intervening variable (customer satisfaction) makes the level of influence between service quality on word of mouth lower.

Based on the existing phenomena and problems, this study aims to determine the effect of sales promotion and service quality on repurchasing intention of Cafe D'nada Bangkalan. The method used in this research is quantitative. The subjects in this study were consumers of Cafe D'nada Bangkalan with a sample of 97 respondents, then the data collection tool in this study was a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between sales promotion and service quality on repurchase intention at Cafe D'nada Bangkalan, partially or simultaneously. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.517, which means 51.7% repurchasing interest at Cafe D'nada Bangkalan is influenced by the Sales Promotion (X1) and Service Quality (X2) variables. While the other 48.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

This research aims to provide empirical evidence of the the effect of online customer reviews and ratings on purchase decisions through the Shopee application in The Pabean Cantian Village of Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is among residents of Pabean Cantian Surabaya who use the Shopee application with a total of 70 observation samples taken using non-probability techniques. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and analyzed using the SPSS 29 tool. The research results showed that: a) partially, online customer reviews had a significant effect on purchasing decisions via the Shopee application among residents of Pabean Cantian Surabaya, b) partially, online customer ratings did not influence purchasing decisions via the Shopee application among residents of Pabean Cantian Surabaya, c) Simultaneously, online customer reviews and ratings influence purchasing decisions via the Shopee application among residents of Pabean Cantian Surabaya

This research is a quantitative action research with a sample of 12 textile and garment companies. This research uses panel data regression because this research is a combination of cross section and time series data. So after doing the Chow and Hausman tests, it is known that the model used is the fixed effect. Panel data regression analysis was carried out to determine the direction and how much influence the independent variables have on the dependent variable. The results showed that a sample of 12 companies from 2017-2021 with 4 independent variables (company growth, company size, liquidity, profitability had an effect on variable Y (debt policy) simultaneously both had a simultaneous effect on debt policy. However, if seen from the effect partially, Firm Size (X2) has an effect on debt policy (Y) while other variables have no effect on debt policy.

Nurus Syarifah, The Effect of Work Environment and Competence on Employee Performance at the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bangkalan Service Office.Under the guidance of Dr.RM. Mochammad Wispandono, S.E., MS.This study aims to find out whether there is an Effect of Work Environment and Competence on Employee Performance in the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bangkalan Office. The approach used in this study was quantitative research by takibf the number of research samples using a simple random sampling method with a total research sample of 71 employees. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis and hypothesis tests.Based on the research that has been carried out, the results were obtained that (1) partially the variable of the work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance with the value oft count compared to the t table is 5.353 1.6 6757 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05. (2) partially the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on performance with the value of count compared to the t table is 7.729 1.66757 and the significance level is 0.000 0.05. (3) simultaneously the independent variables (work environment, competence) affect the dependent variable (employee performance) with the simultaneous test significance level being 0.000 0.05 and the F-count value is greater than the F-table which is 38.443 3.13. (4) the competency variable has a dominant effect on performance having a higher beta value of 0.651Keywords: Work Environment, Competence, Employee Performance.
