Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the dimensions of service quality which include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy on customer satisfaction at the Amien Jaya Motor workshop. This study used a quantitative method with a survey research type. This research was conducted at the Amien Jaya Motor Workshop involving 97 people or a questionnaire. Based on the results of the t test on tangible variables it has a significant effect on customer satisfaction while the t test on the reliability variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction for the t test on the responsiveness variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the t-test, the assurance variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while in the t-test, the empathy variable also has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the elaboration above, the quality of service which includes (Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty has a positive and significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at Amien Jaya Motor (AJM) workshops). This can be proven by the results of the partial test (t test) the result shows that the f-count value is greater than the f- table so that it can be concluded that service quality affects customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan organisasi dipengaruhi oleh kinerja sumber daya manusia. Pegawai dan pemimpin sektor publik harus mengikuti protokol kesehatan untuk melindungi mereka. Untuk itu, organisasi perlu meningkatkan kinerjanya terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Pengaturan Jam Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Jumlah keseluruhan 74 karyawan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel terikat, dan variabel bebasnya adalah pengaturan jam kerja, komitmen organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) variabel pengaturan jam kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,259; 2) variabel komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,234; dan 3) variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,306. Kata Kunci: Pengaturan Jam Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

An organization cannot survive and run without employees or human resources. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cluster sampling technique with a total of 136 respondents. The data collection procedure employed a questionnaire with analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that (1) the work loyalty variable had a positive effect on employee performance with a t-count of 4.811 table of 1.978 with a significant level of 0.000 0.05, (2) work discipline had a positive effect onemployee performance with a t-count of 5.649 t-table of 1.978 with a significant level of 0.0000.05, (3) loyalty and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance with an F- count value of 99.321 F-table 3.06 with a significance level of 0.0000.05, (4) work discipline had a dominant effect on employee performance with a beta value of 0.510 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

CV. Media Utama Group is a company engaged in the production of salt, in the midst of very tight competition CV. Media Utama Group is determined and strengthens its commitment by improving the performance of employees in its company. This study analyzes the effect of employee welfare and job satisfaction on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is employee welfare, job satisfaction and the dependent variable is performance. This study uses a quantitative approach, with an analytic observational type. The data collection method used a questionnaire and analyzed the data using multiple linear regression. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the level of employee welfare has an effect on employee performance at CV. Media Utama Group pangarengan  Sampang and to find out whether job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance at CV.  Media Utama  Group  pangarengan Sampang. Based on the results of the analysis of this study, it shows that employee welfare and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang. Employee Welfare has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang amounted to (β) 0.413 with a tcount value of 2,9311,678 and a significance value of 0.0050.05. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance CV. Main Media Group Pangarengan Sampang of (β) 0.609 with a tcount of 3.2671.678 and a significance value of 0.0020.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using financial technology (Fintech) Payments and Pocket Money on the financial behavior of S1 Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019, University of Trunojoyo Madura. The population used in this study was 282 students with purposive sampling method and 165 students were selected as samples in this study. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The data used in the study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 2019 Batch of Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Trunojoyo Madura. The results of this study indicate that financial technology (fintech) Payment has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of S1 Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 Trunojoyo University Madura, Pocket Money has a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of S1 Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 University Trunojoyo Madura and financial technology (fintech Payment and Pocket Money) have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of S1 Management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019, University of Trunojoyo Madura.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the Corporate Governance and Financial Performance variables have a partial or simultaneous effect on the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting in Islamic banking companies in Indonesia for the 2017-2021 period. This research was conducted in a quantitative descriptive manner using secondary data obtained from the financial reports of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population selected in this study were 12 banking companies, the sample was selected using a purposive sampling method and 10 companies met the criteria. The variables used in this study are the board of commissioners, audit committee, DER and ROA as independent variables, Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing in this study used the t test (partial), F test (simultaneous) with the SPSS (statistical product and service solutions) application tool. The results of this study prove that: (1) The results of testing the analysis of corporate governance with indicators of the board of commissioners have a positive but not significant effect and the audit committee has a negative but not significant effect on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) (2) The results of testing analysis of financial performance which include indicators DER and ROA show that financial performance variables have a positive but not significant effect on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) (3) From the simultaneous test results, the results show that the Board of Commissioners, Audit Committee, DER and ROA simultaneously have a significant influence on Islamic Social Disclosure Reporting (ISR).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence Return on Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio in coal sector mining companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), both partially and simultaneously on stock prices. This research uses quantitative methods. Using multiple linear regression analysis. The data in this research uses secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, and a sample size of 12 companies from 19 companies was obtained. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear analysis. The results of the F test show that Return On Assets, Return On Equity, and Current Ratio have a positive and significant influence on stock prices and the results of the T test show that partially Return On Assets have a positive and significant influence on stock prices, Return On Equity has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, and the Current Ratio have a positive and significant influence on stock prices, the coefficient of determination (R^2) is 0.527, which means the independent variable is able to explain the dependent variable by 52.7% while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this research.Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR, and Stock Price

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of physical evidence, responsivenes, reliability, assurance, and emphaty on patient satisfaction at the Torjun Public Health Center, Sampang Regency. This type of research is quantitative research.  In this study, the samples taken were patients at the Torjun Public Health Center, Sampang Regency was 100 patients.  The sampling method is purposive sampling.  The data collection technique used is a questionnaire technique.  The results of the research prove that physical evidence, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Torjun Public Health Center, Sampang Regency.  Meanwhile, the research results for the reliability did not have a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Torjun Public Health Center, Sampang Regency.  And the most influence on patient satisfaction at the Torjun Sampang Public Health Center is the assurance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees at PT. Bambang Djaja.  This research was conducted using a quantitative approach. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The data used primary and secondary obtained a total sample of 80 respondent. The hypothesis testing used is multiple linear analysis. The limitation of this research is that the assessment was conducted only focusing on the influence of several factors of organizational commitment on employee performance. The conclusions in this study are only based on the acquisition of data analysis, is is necessary to develop further research to examine the influence of other factors that have not been studied regarding organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance with different research methods, a wider sample, and the use research instrument different and morecemplete.
