Abstract

This study aims to determine leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The method used in this research is population research with a total sample of 38 respondents. The type of data used is in the form of cross-sectional data, namely the type of data obtained by collecting data only during field research. With multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that 1) The results of the study indicate that leadership has a positive and significant influence on the performance of BRI employees. 2) The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on BRI employee performance. 3) The results showed that leadership and motivation variables simultaneously had an effect on employee performance variables

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environmental awareness, consumer attitudes and prices towards and prices on purchasing decisions for eco-friendly tumbler bottles. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection methods distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Madura. The sample 97 respondent. Data analysis techniques were performed using descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion of prices, the t value of the environmental awareness variable with sig. 0.515 where 0.05 does not have a significant influence on the purchasing decisions. The t value of consumer attitude variable with sig. 0.003 where 0.05, consumer attitudes have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The value of the price variable t value with sig. 0.000 where 0.05, the price has a significant influence on the purchase decision. Simultaneously, Environmental Awareness, Consumer Attitude and Price have a significant effect on Purchase Decision, with an F-count of with a significance value of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation, and brand image on product purchasing decisions smartphone OPPO on Trunojoyo Madura University students. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method through a questionnaire. The population in this study were students at Trunojoyo Madura University who had purchased the productsmartphone OPPO. The sample used in the study was 100 respondents using techniquespurposive sampling. The data analysis technique used to prove the hypothesis was compiled using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation has no effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image influences purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion and distribution on purchasing decisions in UMKM Sabar Menanti Chips in Sumenep District. The research method used in this research in quantitative method. This research technique used purposive sampling with a total sampleof 97 respondents. For data collection instruments used in the form of questionnaires distributed to consumers who have bought sabar menanti chips patiently waiting. The independent variables in this study are product, price, promotion and distribution, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision.

Abstract

The tourism industry is a key player in the global economy, generating billions of dollars in revenue and providing jobs for millions of people around the world, contributing more than $6 trillion annually, employing more than 250 million people, and generating 7% of global GDP (World Travel Tourism Council, 2018). However, as the industry grows, comes the responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of employees and tourist visitors. Safety is critical in maintaining the reputation and sustainability of the tourism industry, while employee safety is critical in ensuring a productive and positive work environment. In recent years, there has been growing concern about safety practices in the tourism industry, prompting researchers to investigate the factors that contribute to safe behavior among employees. This research focuses on the impact of safety knowledge and safety behavior in the tourism industry so that it has an impact on reducing the number of accidents. The aim of this research is to provide insights that can help improve safety practices and ensure a positive and safe experience for employees and tourists at destinations in Madura and reduce accident incidents.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Shopee e-commerce live streaming, online customer reviews, and free gifts on purchasing decisions for MS Glow by Mirza. The research method uses quantitative methods. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 100 respondents. This research uses a purposive sampling method and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 29 program. Partial test results show that live streaming has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, online customer reviews have no significant influence on purchasing decisions, and free gifts have no significant influence on purchasing decisions. For simultaneous tests, it shows that live streaming, online customer reviews, and free gifts have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value is 0.665, meaning that the regression model obtained is able to explain that the variables live streaming, online customer reviews, and free gifts can influence purchasing decisions for MS Glow by Mirza products by 66.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.5% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems with one of Indonesia's local cosmetic products, namely Wardah cosmetic products. The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) on the decision to purchase Wardah cosmetic products, to explain the effect of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) on the Brand Image of Wardah cosmetic products, to explain the effect of Brand Image on purchasing decisions Wardah cosmetic products, to explain the influence of Electronic Word Of Mouth (E-Wom) on purchasing decisions for Wardah cosmetic products through Brand Image. This study used a quantitative approach using the method of path analysis (path analysis), with a total of 96 respondents. The results of this study are (1) Electronic Word Of Mouth has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on brand image (3) Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (4) Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant on purchase decision through brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the factors that influence asking to buy flying fish at the archipelago fishing port in Brondong sub-district, this research uses quantitative research methods using primary and secondary data sources. In this study using factor analysis techniques using SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study show that sequentially the factors that influence the decision to buy flying fish at PPN Brondong are distribution factors, product factors, price factors, professional factors, service factors, location factors, and nutritional factors, therefore the dominant factors in influencing fish buying decisions overpass in the Brondong PPN is the distribution factor.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to determine the effect of competency and self-efficacy on the mosques administrators performance in Pakong, Pamekasan Regency, partially and simultaneously.This analyzes includes the independent variables are competence and self-efficacy variables, and the dependent variable is the mosques administrators performance. It used the Likert scale to measure the indicators of each variable. It has 870 people or employees as population, while the number of samples used in this study were 90 mosques administrators. It used the f test to determine the effect of Competence and Self Efficacy on mosques administrators performance simultaneously, while used the t test to determine the effect of Competence and Self Efficacy on mosques administrators performance partially.So the research type is quantitative research. Using the multiple linear regression analysis, the results showed that the competency has a positive effect on the mosques administrators performance partially with a positive beta value of 0.695 and a significant value is 0.000 and the tcount is 6.067 1.98761. Self-Efficacy also has a positive and significant effect on the mosques administrators performance partially with a positive beta value is 0.527, and a significant value is 0.000 and a tcount is 3.601 1.98761. Then, it is known that the independent variables (Competency and Self Efficacy) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (mosques administrators performance) simultaneously with a positive beta value is 0.619 or 61.9%, and a sign value is 0.000 0.05. Keywords: Competence, Self Efficacy, Mosques Administrators (Takmir) Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Rizky Bakery Bangkalan, either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used the non-probability sampling technique with the sampling method using the purposive sampling method which obtained as many as 80 respondents. The population used in this study are consumers who have purchased Rizky Bakery Bangkalan products. The results of this study indicate that price, product quality and brand image have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. Price, product quality and brand image have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions.
