Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the influence of context in increasing interest in visiting tourists at Cypress Beach in Tuban, the influence of communication in increasing interest in visiting Cypress Tuban Beach, the influence of collaboration in increasing interest in visiting Cypress Tuban Beach, the influence of connection in increasing interest in tourist visits to Tuban cypress beach. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. Meanwhile, the sampling technique uses an accidental sampling technique which is then analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis based on Partial Least Square (PLS).  The hypothesis of this research is: Context has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Communication has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Collaboration has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. Connection has an influence in increasing tourist interest in visiting Cemara Beach, Tuban. The research conclusions of this study are (1) Context has no influence on tourist interest in visiting. (2) Communication has no influence on tourist interest in visiting. (3) Collaboration has an influence on tourist interest in visiting. (4) Connection has an influence on tourist interest in visiting.

Abstract

In this study there are 3 variables, namely social media promotion, brand image, and purchase decision. This study uses quantitative methods with the number of respondents as many as 96 people. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sosial media promotion and brand image on purchasing decisions at Batik Mutiara Sendang Lamongan. The results of this study are (1) The promotion variable on sosial media has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (2) The brand image variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing  (3) Promotion variables on sosial media and brand image simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of factors Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Debt To Equity Ratio.The population in this study are all property dan real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 10 companies that became the research sample. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover,  Debt To Equity Ratio together have a significant effect on the price book value with an R Square of 62.6%. While individually, Return On Equity has a negative and insignificant effect on price book value, while Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have a positive and significant effect on price book value.

Abstract

  This research aims to determine the effect of work experience and motivation on the performance of bri branch office employees in bangkalan madura district  by using a knowledge management approach as an intervening variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, namely data is the form of numbers and analysis uses statistics with a sample zize of 96 people. Data collection methods using questionnaires and analyzing the data using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The result of this research show that work experience partially has positive and significant effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, motivation also has partially has a significant positive effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0.000 0.05, knowledge management also has a positive effect and significant value of 0.009 0.05, work experience also partially has significant positive effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,009 0,05. Work experience also partialy has a significant positive effect on employe performance with a significant value of 0,000 0,05 and motivation also partially has a significant positive effect on knowledge management with a significant value of 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the effect of safety climate and safety behavior on work safety. This research was conducted at PT. Sumekar in Sumenep Regency. The method research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is 150 employees with a sample size of 60 employees which is determined based on Slovin’s formula. The data analysis used in this study is a statistical product of SPSS. The results obtained from this study indicate that (1) safety climate has an effect on work  safety with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. (2) Safety climate influences safety behavior with a significant value of 0.000 0.05. (3) Safety behavior has an effect on work safety with a significant value of 0.021 0.05. And (4) safety climate affects work safety through safety behavior with a significant value of 0.000. Keywords: safety behavior; safety climate;  work safety.

Abstract

 Motivation is a mental drive that influences human behavior based on their needs. This study aims to identify the impact of work motivation on employee performance, with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable, among employees of PT Binaya Indo Jaya Jombang. The research method employs a quantitative approach with a population of 115 respondents. The sample uses a probability simple random sampling method, consisting of 89 respondents. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used included multiple linear regression and path analysis. Hypothesis testing involved reliability, validity, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, partial t, simultaneous f, and coefficient of determination (R2) tests. The results of this study are: The study found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t=14.918, p0.05) and organizational citizenship behavior (t=5.725, p0.05).  Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (t=5.927, p0.05). Work motivation indirectly affects employee performance through OCB, with a direct effect value of 14.918 and an indirect effect value of 33.932. Keywords: Work Motivation, Employee Performance, Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

This study aims at determining the effect of emotional intelligence and workload on the performance of inpatient nurses at Bangil Regional Public Hospital. This study employed a quantitative study with a total sample of 59 nurses. This study uses quantitative research methods and sampling techniques in this study using random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research analysis being carried out, the results showed that (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance (2) Workload has a negative and significant effect on performance  (3) Emotional intelligence and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance

Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction and workload on employees performance with financial compensation as an intervening variable in car rental companies Sidoarjo. It used quantitative methods,  sampling  methods, and path analysis. The number of samples as 70 employees in car rental company at Sidoarjo. Using the Path analysis, the result showed that the (1) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on financial compensation with a large effect of 0.29 units for every 1 unit increase in financial compensation (2) Work load has an insignificant effect on financial compensation with a big effect of 0.175 units for every 1 unit increase in financial compensation ( 3) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance with a large effect of 0.791 units for every 1 unit increase in work performance, (4) Work load has a negative effect on employee work performance with a big effect of 0.83 units for every 1 unit decrease in work performance , (5) Financial compensation has an insignificant effect on employee work performance with a large effect of 0.006 units for every 1 unit increase in work performance. Simultaneously (1) Job satisfaction and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on financial compensation with a value of 12% simultaneously on financial compensation (2) Job satisfaction, workload and financial compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance employee work with a simultaneous influence value of 51% on financial compensation. And Path Analysis, (1) Indirectly, the job satisfaction variable has an insignificant effect on employee work performance through financial compensation as an intervening variable so it cannot mediate with an influence value of 0.058 units (2) The workload variable has no significant effect on employee work performance through financial compensation as an intervening variable so it cannot mediate with an influence value of 0.058 units.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of social media advertising on consumer purchasing decisions for onggu honey products in Sidoarjo. The research employs a quantitative technique in its quantitative descriptive investigation. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The data collecting method involves distributing questionnaires to honey consumers much as 97 respondents. Studies indicate that using social media for advertising has a positively and significantly influence on the purchasing choice of onggu honey products in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and service quality through visitor satisfaction and its impact on visitor loyalty. The method used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the sampling technique by considering certain criteria with a total sample of 96 respondents. With the method of multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis.The results of this study indicate that Customer value has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at Hendrosari Lontar Sewu Tourism Edu; The quality of service has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction at the Lontar Sewu Hendrosari Educational Tour; Customer value has a negative and insignificant effect on isitor loyalty at Lontar Sewu Hendrosari Tourism Edu; Customer quality has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Lontar Sewu Hendrosari Tourism Education; Visitor satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty at Hendrosari Lontar Sewu Tourism Edu. Customer value has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Hendrosari Lontar Sewu Tourism Edu. 7) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on visitor loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Hendrosari Lontar Sewu Tourism Edu.
