Abstract

Al-Ma'soem is a large pesantren-based educational foundation that provides and applies conceptual discipline to its students and does not make it a burden for its students. So, if there is a violation then he must bear the consequences of sanctions in the form of weight points. In increasing students' creativity in learning, teachers need to pay attention to several things: providing opportunities for students to choose a topic that will be done in solving a problem, it is necessary to involve students in providing an assessment of their work, and the teacher gives gifts or awards. The teacher's way of mastering the learning atmosphere in the classroom is that the teacher must create and manage learning as effectively as possible so that students are comfortable with the learning process, and make the learning process not boring. This study aims to gain knowledge about how teachers improve student discipline, the role of teachers in improving students' skills/creativity, and how teachers master the learning atmosphere in the classroom. This data retrieval the author uses the method of non-participation observation, question and answer and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that discipline at Al Ma'soem Elementary School is in the form of point weights, in increasing students' creativity in learning the teacher is tasked with evaluating assignments, attitudes and behavior of students who are not good, and how the teacher masters the learning atmosphere in the classroom by creating and managing learning that is effective so that students feel comfortable and not bored.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of social studies learning outcomes through the application of the Discovery Learning model for Class IX.2 students of SMP Negeri 4 Mataram in the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class IX.2 SMP Negeri 4 Mataram with a total of 32 students consisting of 16 male students and 16 female students. The selection of class IX.2 aims to improve and enhance students' learning activities in social studies learning by applying the Discovery Learning model. Based on the results of the research analysis obtained, it will be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning model can improve student learning outcomes, especially social studies subjects. This is evident in the initial conditions with an average value of 70.53% then increased in the first cycle with an average value of 75.41% then increased again in the second cycle with an average value of 79.75. While the completeness of student learning outcomes in the initial conditions was 46.88% while in the first cycle was 68.75% and then increased again in the second cycle, namely 90.63%. In addition to the learning model, Discovery Learning can increase teacher activities in guiding and drawing conclusions from the subject matter. While student activities, students can pay attention to the teacher's explanation during the learning process, students are active in asking questions and answering teacher questions.

Abstract

Perception is an observation process obtained by inferring information and interpreting messages through the five senses into an understanding that forms the basis for experience and knowledge. Welfare is a condition in which a person feels safe, secure, prosperous and can fulfill his life needs accompanied by social appreciation in which he lives. Interest is basically a sense of preference and a sense of attachment to a thing or activity, without anyone telling. This study aims to determine the existence of a positive relationship between perceptions of teacher welfare on PIAUD and interest in becoming a teacher in Senyiur Village. The population of this study is PIAUD teachers in Senyiur Village in 2021, totaling 171 teachers with a sample of 102 respondents. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical method used is descriptive percentage with simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained an R value of 0.729 with a significance level of 0.005. This means that there is a relationship between perceptions of the welfare of PIAUD teachers and their interest in becoming a teacher in Senyiur Village. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the perception of the welfare of PIAUD teachers on the interest in becoming a teacher has a positive relationship. Therefore, if the view of the welfare of an PIAUD teacher is further raised, the interest of PIAUD teachers to become a teacher will also increase. So the government is expected to pay more attention to the welfare of PIAUD teachers who work at PIAUD institutions where the institutions are more advanced/large (urban areas) and if the salary they receive is much higher than the PIAUD institutions which are still small in scale (rural areas). By having the view that the more prosperous the PIAUD teachers who work in the more advanced/larger PIAUD institutions are, the interest in becoming an PIAUD teacher in the individual will increase.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the advantages and learning facilities at the Al-Ma'soem foundation during the pandemic with industry-based education that started from high school and was developed through the principles of discipline and religion. Al-Ma'soem Foundation organizes educational programs at the level of TK, SD, SMP, SMA Full Day/Boarding School (Islamic boarding school for Al-Ma'soem-PSAM students) By looking at how to learn fun at the boarding school-based Al-Ma'soem foundation that can affect the learning intensity of a student with the following tips: 1). Create study groups with roommates, 2). Organize free time or independent study time to the maximum, 3). Organize student rooms to be more effective for the learning process,4). Study in an outdoor area that you think is conducive to learning with good dormitory facilities: 1 room occupied by 4-6 people and bathroom facilities in the room plus a mattress and wardrobe. Al-Ma;soem graduates can certainly memorize juz 30 and This is done so that students get excited again. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parents' perceptions of PAUD in Raudhatul Athfal Darul Abror NW Gunung Rajak. This type of research is correlational with a quantitative approach. Based on data analysis, the correlation coefficient between parents' perceptions of early childhood Islamic education to send their children to school is 0.879 and the coefficient of determination is 0.773. The result is that parents' perceptions of early childhood Islamic education are 87.9% of early childhood Islamic education to send their children to significant levels of 5%. It can be concluded that the perception of parents about having a significant relationship with early childhood Islamic education is 87.9%

Abstract

The student body is one of the most important assets in a nation, especially in an era where information is disseminated very easily and quickly through the internet or digital media. But unfortunately, that ease has brought not only positive but also negative effects, such as the hoax easily spread especially when it is not accompanied by an understanding of digital literacy. It is a challenge that will then require students not only to grow with the times, but it must be wise not to become one knowingly or unknowingly spreading the hoax. In conclusion, in the use of social media, critical behavior becomes one of the principal things to prevent unnecessary communication from reading information and its origins. Hence in this post, the author mentions some things or attitudes that students can do to be clever and wise in digital media to counter the spread of hoaxes that are so dangerous to the nation, based on digital literacy.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of social learning theory which aims to determine the application of the social concept of the Albert Bandura theory at Al-Wafa Ciwidey Junior High School in Bandung, the supporting factors for the application of the Albert Bandura social learning theory at Al-Wafa Ciwidey Middle School Bandung, the inhibiting factors for the application of Albert Bandura social learning theory at SMP Al-Wafa Ciwidey Bandung. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive with a phenomonological approach. Retrieval of data through the method of observation, interviews. The data source is the teacher of Islamic religious education subjects. After that, it is analyzed by drawing conclusions. The results of this study, the application of social learning theory with the concept of modeling principles in Islamic religious education learning at Al-Wafa Middle School have been applied to aspects of attention, retention, production, and motivation. And the supporting factor in the application of social learning theory is the ability of teachers which includes pedagogic, professional, personal and social skills in guiding, directing and encouraging students to be active during the learning process as well as interesting learning media. While the inhibiting factor is the low motivation of students to learn and less varied learning media. The impact of the application of social learning theory at SMP Al-Wafa Ciwidey Bandung is that students become more ready to learn because at the initial stage the attention stage has been carried out. Then finally students become more motivated because of the reward and punishment system and usually students will be more motivated when learning is packaged in activities such as games.

Abstract

This study aims to find out various issues ranging from the history of the establishment of the Abbassid dynasty to the development of modern Islamic education, the Islamic world again reached its peak of glory during the reign of the Abbasid Daula which was centered in Baghdad, five and a half centuries since its establishment in 132 H (750 AD). until the destruction of Baghdad by Hulagu Khan in 1268 AD (656 H). The sovereignty of the Muslims in this era has reached the peak of glory, both wealth, progress, or power. Even in this era, various Islamic sciences have been born and developed and various important sciences have been translated into Arabic. It seems that reforming ideas about the education system always get the attention of every reformer thinker. This is because education is an arena of study that never runs dry, because the main problem being discussed is about humans and all their aspects. In addition, the way to achieve the goal of thinking is done, both through formal and non-formal education.

Abstract

Islamic education is currently experiencing problems regarding quality and negative cycles. Many studies show that leadership is an influencing factor in an effort to change the negative cycle into a positive one, schools that do not yet have good quality can be turned into quality schools in this case also require support from within Islamic education. In this article, we will discuss spiritual leadership and its significance in improving the quality of education which is currently in decline. In the descriptive analysis method, this article argues that the stagnant education system is partly due to the concept of a purely Western-based education that offers spiritual leadership as an alternative.

Abstract

This research aimed at knowing the impact of e-learning on students’ achievement. The method used in this study was a quantitative research with one group pre-test and post-test design. The number of students were 43 students and the number of sample was the whole sum of the population (population sampling). The data collection was done by administring pre-test and post-test to the sample of the study. F test used to analyze the impact of e-learning method on students’ achievement in english. The statistical analysis has described that the mean score of pre-test and post-test was 71.63 and the mean score of post-test was 80.23. by using F test at the level of significance 5% the present researcher got F> F table. It’s mean that e-learning method was impact on students’ achievement in english. Furtheremore, by using Tukeys HSD continued test, the researcher got average score from pre-test and post-test were increased. It was suggestted to conduct research using e-learning method with other media such as zoom app or microsoft team.
