Abstract

Background of this study was National Health Insurance started on 1st January 2014. Dentist in Primary Health Care as a provider in primary case, these are promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative. This principle as a focus service in national Health Insurance System as gatekeeper. These concepts are credentialing and re-credentialing, four function of primary care these are first contact, continuity, comprehensive, coordination, competit ion and quality and cost control. Aim of this study to determine the impact of National Health Insurance system toward conservative dentistry treatment in Primary Health Care in Surakarta. Methods of this study was observational analytic with cross sectional study. The research subject were dentist who work in Primary Health Care in Surakarta. This research performed at Primary Health Care at Surakarta on February 2019. Instrument of this study were questionnare of National Health Insurance system and conservative dentistry treatment. Result of this study was majority of respondent (92%) have an optimal categorical applying National Health Insurance system and respondent (42%) have a good categorical giving a conservative dentistry treatment. Based on statistical test that has been done there is significant impact on both variables with p<0,05. Conclusion was there is an impact beetween National Health Insurance system and conservative dentistry treatment in Primary Health Care in Surakarta

Abstract

Covid-19 is currently still worrying because an event that is reported in all geographic areas of Indonesia and the emergence of this virus is pathogenic. Transmission of this virus from person to person is mainly caused by droplets from coughing or sneezing, personal contact such as touching and shaking hands, touching objects or surfaces with the virus on them, then touching the mouth, nose, or eyes before washing hands. Hand, in this case, are a source of transmission of the Covid-19 virus, so proper hand hygiene practices can reduce the spread of transmission. This study aims to describe the number of germs on hands to wash hands with running water using soap and wash hands using hand sanitizer. Research Methods: this type of descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected by post-test two-group design and laboratory tests. This study uses two treatments, namely handwashing treatment with soap and water and hand washing medicines using hand sanitizer. Results: Observations from bacterial inoculation showed that respondents who were given handwashing treatment using running water and soap, the average picture of the number of germs on the agar medium were 7.6 colonies, while respondents who were given handwashing treatment using a hand sanitizer were the number of germs. which grew on agar media an average of 18.9 colonies. Conclusion: the average picture of the number of germs from bacterial inoculation on hands that have been washed using running water using soap and washing hands using hand sanitizer is the most germs that grow on hands using hand sanitizers compared to washing hands using water and soap.

Abstract

Parkinson's is a progressive neurodegenerative disease, characterized by several motor symptoms such as tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity or stiffness, and postural instability. Balance problems, or postural instability, are one of the main motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease that usually appear in the later stages of the disease. The purpose of this study is the effect of highly challenging balance training on balance in Parkinson's patients based on the existing literature and to find out the highly challenging balance training exercise in Parkinson's patients based on the existing literature. The method of this research is to use a critical review study. From the results of this study, it was found that 7 out of 156 articles matched the inclusion criteria. In this study, 7 articles were used as the basis for further studies for the appraisal stage. The results of the appraisal show that 6 articles have a Quartile 1 (Q1) value and 1 article has a Quartile 3 (Q3) value. Abstract

Latar Belakang, Kanker kulit adalah dimana kulit kehilangan kemampuan untuk beregenerasi dan tumbuh secara normal. Penggunaan krim dapat menyebabkan kankerkulit karena mengandung bahan kimia yang bersifat karsinogenik. Mahasiswa harusmemiliki pengetahuan dan perilaku yang cukup terhadap penggunaan krim pemutihyang dapat menimbulkan kanker kulit. Penyebab krim pemutih dapat menyebabkankanker yaitu karena krim pemutih yang mengandung bahan kimia yang bersifatkarsinogenik seperti merkuri, hidroquinon dan zat lain yang dapat memicu timbulnyasel kanker karena mudah diserap oleh kulit. Banyak remaja yang menggunakankosmetik krim pemutih dikarenakan adanya keterkaitan gaya hidup, situasi ekonomi,faktor lingkungan dan kebutuhan akan produk kosmetik tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian, Untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentangkandungan krim pemutih penyebab kanker kulit dengan perilaku pencegahanpenggunaan krim pemutih berbahaya pada mahasiswa di Sekolah Tinggi IlmuKesehatan Muhammadiyah Gombong. Metode Penelitian, Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Jumlah sampeldiperoleh sebanyak 30 responden. Uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Univariatdan Bivariat. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuisioner terdiri dari 20 pertanyaandengan menggunakan skala ordinal. Hasil Penelitian, Adanya hubungan yang signifikan tingkat pengetahuan tentangkandungan krim pemutih penyebab kanker kulit dengan perilaku pencegahanpenggunaan krim pemutih berbahaya pada mahasiswa di sekolah tinggi ilmu KesehatanMuhammadiyah Gombong. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan p value = 14,605 dengan nilaisignifikansi 0,06 yang berarti signifikansi > 0,05. Kesimpulan, Semakin baik pengetahuan tentang kandungan krim pemutih penyebabkanker kulit maka perilaku pencegahan penggunaan krim pemutih berbahaya jugasemakin baik.

Abstract

Composite resin is one of the dental restorative materials that is currently often used in dental practice. Composite resin is currently widely used for restoration because it has a color that almost resembles the color of natural teeth so that it will produce a very satisfying aesthetic. However, composite resins also have several disadvantages, including cytotoxicity. This literature review aims to determine whether dental composite resin restoration materials are cytotoxic. Methacrylate-based resin monomers such as Bis-GMA, TEGDMA, and UDMA are cytotoxic. Incomplete polymerization of composite resins can produce residual monomers that will come into contact with the oral environment and can cause irritation to the soft tissues of the oral cavity and also the pulp. The composite resin monomer has cytotoxicity. The order of the most cytotoxic composite resin monomers was Bis-GMA > UDMA > TEGDMA

The article presents a website-based design for traditional medicine information that can be traced to its truth value based on scientific literature. The author arranges the application workflow using draw.io online diagram software. Preparation of interface design recommendations using the Microsoft Power Point application. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the formation of students' soft skills through the implementation of Advanced Islamic Education. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive field. Data collection methods used include interviews and research methods. The research was conducted with a psychological approach. Furthermore, the descriptive data analysis method uses the inductive method. The object of research is Muhammadiyah Middle School Al-Kautsar PK Kartasura. The results of this study indicate that Advanced Islamic Education has a good impact and supports the formation of soft skills in students in schools through several aspects, including the learning process, school culture, and extracurricular activities. The soft skills formed include religious, disciplined, independent, cooperative, critical, and creative thinking processes, responsibility, leadership, problem-solving, creativity, and tolerance. Supporting factors in implementing the implementation of advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include the leadership of the principal as a good role model, active communication and collaboration from all school stakeholders, high enthusiasm and commitment from all school stakeholders, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and qualified educators and staff of employees in their respective professional fields. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of advanced Islamic education in forming soft skills include the limited quantity of educators in implementing the program, students who do not obey school rules, lack parental attention and supervision with intensive activity, the rate of development of technology and information is not balanced with the ability of students to filter out positive and negative information.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to reveal Islamic accounting ethics: the ethics of accounts payable and the procedures from an Islamic perspective, as well as the implications of the verse al-Baqarah: 282 is applied. This research method uses qualitative and descriptive research methods, the data source used is a literature study, namely by collecting documents sourced from primary data from al-Baqarah: 282, and secondary sources, the approach used is content analysis, and normative. The results of the study concluded that Islamic ethics in terms of accounts payable include: 1). This verse recommends every human being record every transaction activity. 2). these records are used as written evidence that the debt contract has been made, 3). So that in the future no one will be harmed, except for people who carelessly misuse it, 4). This verse is very interesting because it is also referred to as the basis of Islamic accounting arguments. While the implication of this ethics is, rationally it has an impact on both social and state life, has a major impact on economic benefits both individually and socially, adds comfort, tranquility, honesty, and blessings from the concept of recording and being honest in debt-receivable transactions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether the 18 values in national character education that have been set by the Indonesian Ministry of National Education are following the Qur'anic perspective of character education in Surah Luqman verses 12-19. The data collection method used is literature study, namely by collecting and analyzing documents sourced from primary data from Luqman's letter, and secondary sources from journals, books, proceedings, and various other easily accessible scientific articles. This study uses a qualitative type, with a content analysis approach, and theological normative. The results of the study show that 18 values of national character that have been set by the Indonesian Ministry of National Education are following the wise values contained in the perspective of character education in the Qur'an, Surah Luqman verses 12–19, both explicitly and implicitly, dhohiriyah and substance, so that the eighteen national characters can be implemented for the development of Indonesia's golden generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how M. Quraish Shihab views in his interpretation of Al-Misbah surah Luqman verse 14 about the concept of birrul walidain or God's command to his people to serve their parents. This research method uses a qualitative type, by examining in depth the contents of the interpretation in the Kitab al-Misbah and other books related to the research, the analysis uses analytical content and a religious normative approach. The results of this study indicate that the concept of birrul walidain according to M. Quraish Shibab emphasizes human beings: 1). To always be more devoted to parents after obeying Allah, 2). Devotion to parents is obligatory, and a great sin for those who disobey them, 3). Birrul walidain is a field of charity to enter heaven, 4). Devotion to parents, whether alive or dead by praying for them, 5). Including having to be devoted to him even though different religions and beliefs.
