Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a condition where there is progressive and irreversible renal function impairment. The main psychological problem that often occurs in patients with kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis is anxiety. The aim of this study was to describe the results of nursing care for chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with anxiety nursing problems through combination generalist therapy with mindfulness therapy in PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong hospital. The method of this research was descriptive with a case study approach in the form of nursing care for 5 chronic kidney disease patients who experience anxiety with a duration of approximately 20 minutes at each meeting, starting from assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The instruments used are psychosocial mental nursing care format, observation sheet, sign and symptom format, and standard operating procedures for mental nursing actions and HADS (Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale). The results of this case study showed that before the nursing implementation, all patients (5 patients) had experienced signs and symptoms of anxiety. After being given a combination of generalist therapy (deep breath relaxation technique, five finger hypnosis and spiritual technique) with mindfulness therapy, all patients experienced a decrease in signs and symptoms of anxiety as well as an increase in the patient's ability to control anxiety. The most significant decrease in signs and symptoms of anxiety in the fourth patient was a decrease of 6 signs and symptoms (62%). The results of the measurement with the HARS instrument, the patient's level of anxiety before the intervention was given the majority of patients experienced moderate anxiety (60%), while after the intervention, the majority of patients experienced mild anxiety (60%). Meanwhile, the ability of the five patients to reduce anxiety increased from a score of 7 (60%) to a score of 21 (100%). Individual therapy using generalist therapy combined with mindfulness therapy is recommended to be applied by nurses in providing psychosocial psychiatric nursing care

Abstract

In Indonesia, the agricultural sector plays an important role in development and the national economy. One of the agricultural commodities that are needed by the community is rice. Rice is a rice-producing commodity which is the main food crop for the Indonesian population. Rice production in Indonesia in 2019 is estimated at 54.60 million tons of Gabah Kering Giling (GKG). Based on data in 2019, West Java occupies the third position as the highest contributor to rice production in Indonesia. Indramayu Regency is the largest contributor to rice production in West Java Province. The results of rice production in Indramayu Regency from 2015-2019 fluctuated every year. To prevent a decrease in rice production in Indramayu Regency, it is necessary to know the factors that affect rice production. In this study, rice production is the response variable (Y). The independent variables (X) are land area (X1), planting area (X2), and harvested area (X3). The data used is secondary data obtained from the Department of Agriculture and Plantation of Indramayu Regency in 2015-2019. Based on analysis using the Panel Data Regression method with the results of the best model used, namely the Fixed Effect Model (FEM)

The method used is descriptive quantitative exploring the anxiety of mothers who have health toddlers. The sample size in this study was 107 mothers who had children from 0 months to 5 years of age. This anxiety questionnaire was prepared by modifying the HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale). Data collection was carried out by distributing google forms via WhatsApp groups to eight-village toddler classes in the Pekalongan Regency area. The results showed that mothers who had toddlers felt very heavy anxiety (51.4%) due to the covid-19 pandemic. This level of anxiety is related to the mother's working status (-0.0153) and the age of the youngest child (0.0326). This study concludes that the anxiety of mothers who have toddlers is very high due to the covid-19 pandemic. The level of anxiety is influenced by the status of working mothers and the age of the youngest child. The smaller the age of the child, the higher the mother's anxiety about the health of the toddler. Therefore, the role of health workers in providing accurate and fast information during a pandemic is very significant in reducing the level of anxiety for mothers who have toddlers. Abstract

Background: Nurses are one of the health workers from hospital services andbecome a benchmark in determining the quality of hospital health services. Incarrying out nursing duties, nurses must have a professional attitude startingfrom the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects. Watson's theory ofhuman care reveals that caring is a form of relationship that is needed betweenthe giver and recipient of nursing care, to improve and protect patients, whichwill affect the patient's ability to recover. Caring behavior that is not good willhave an impact on decreasing service quality and client satisfaction, especially inhospitals, besides that it can reduce the number of client visits to health facilitiesand can later cause financial losses to health facilities, where the image of theinstitution is determined by the quality of service which will later be able toincrease client satisfaction and service quality. Objective: to determine therelationship between nurse work stress and caring behavior in MuntilanHospital. Methods: this type of research is descriptive correlation, with a crosssectional approach which data collection uses simple random sampling techniqueand the data is processed using the Spearman test with a sample of nurses in theinpatient room of Muntilan Hospital, totaling 47 nurses. Results: Spearman ranktest results show that there is a significant relationship between nurse workstress and caring behavior with a value (p=0.001 and r=-0.450). Conclusion:There is a relationship between nurse work stress and caring behavior withsufficient correlation strength.

Abstract

Background : Mother's milk (ASI) is the most perfect food source for babies because it contains various substances and antibodies that are important for the growth and development of babies. Breastfeeding means providing nutrients with high nutritional value needed for growth and development of nerves and brain, providing immunity against several diseases and creating emotional bonds between mother and baby. The problem of giving breast milk (ASI) to babies deserves serious attention from the government and the community, and the ineffectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding can cause nutritional disorders. The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is caused by mothers who work outside the home and lack of knowledge on how to give exclusive breastfeeding to babies. Exclusive breastfeeding behavior can also be influenced by the so-called facilitation factors (education, knowledge, age, occupation, number of children and breastfeeding experience), supporting factors (family income, availability of time and maternal health), and driving factors (family support). and health worker support). Objective: The general purpose of this literature review is to determine the factors that influence the behavior of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding. Methods: The method used in this study is a literature review design, article searches using a database from a journal, namely Google Scholar. A total of 13 articles met the inclusion criteria. The total sample used in 13 articles is 1310 respondents. The sampling technique in this research is Cross Sectional.
