Abstract

Legal protection in the context of occupational health and safety (OHS) is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of workers in the workplace. In Indonesia, legal regulations govern the aspects of OHS in the employment relationship between workers/labourers and employers. This research aims to analyze the legal protection of OHS in Indonesia, its implementation on cleaning service workers at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Salatiga.. This study employs an empirical juridical approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively by merging legal analysis with empirical data. The results of this study showing the legal protection of OHS in Indonesia is based on the 1945 Constitution and legal regulations, including Law Number 1 of 1970 on Occupational Safety and Health. Hospitals must adhere to OHS laws, cleaning service workers need to be more aware of reporting accidents, bipartite negotiations should be considered for dispute resolution, and contracts with service providers must ensure adequate OHS protection.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative approach with field analysis (field research) and phenomenology with observation and interviews. The superior program of tahfidz al-Qur'an at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta is the latest flagship program transformation of the extracurricular program. The research aim to discover how SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta instills religiosity in Merdeka learners through the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an program. The subjects of this research are the Deputy Principal of the Curriculum Section, Tahfidz Program Coordinator Teacher, and students of SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta. According to the results of this study, Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta High School has implemented Merdeka Belajar through the Qur'an memorization program, which has been implemented for about one year and can instillthe religiosity value of Merdeka Belajar. It can be concluded that SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Surakarta is capable and has implemented the first Pancasila Student Profile of Merdeka Belajar according to the Merdeka Curriculum through various programs it implements, one of which is the superior program of tahfidz Al-Qur'an. It is hoped that this research for further research will be able to examine what is still lacking from this research in the sense that the research that has been conducted still requires further upgraded research.

Abstract

Improving education and health plays an important role in improving the quality of human resources (HR) which are very necessary for development. The community service carried out at the Al-Hasan Al-Qur'an educational park (TPA) in Jipang village, Cepu sub-district, Blora district aims to motivate Al-Hasan TPA students to improve their competence, especially in the field of emotional spiritual quation (ESQ), which is very necessary in this era. globalization as it is now considering that children are the nation's next generation. Community service activities are realized in the form of various religious competitions to commemorate Islamic religious holidays. The service was welcomed by parties related to TPA Al-Hasan. This activity is expected to strengthen their Islamic faith and beliefs as the basis for forming their personality and Islamic education. With this effort, it is hoped that it can help improve the quality of human resources so that they have high competitiveness and productivity which is very necessary for the development and progress of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which teachers can apply the basic values of Islamic teachings in general subjects so that it will strengthen students' understanding of Islamic teachings at SDIT Cahaya Insani Parakan Temanggung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Respondents in this study were school principals, deputy school principals and teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation and interview methods. Data analysis carried out was data presentation and verification of observations and interviews. The results of this research are that teachers' skills in implementing the instillation of Islamic values in learning begin to be carried out with good collaboration between the principal and teachers, teachers and teachers who try to develop good teaching quality and make it easier for teachers to manage the class. In instilling Islamic values in general subjects, teachers must hone the basic Islamic sciences so that the Islamic values that are applied become stronger.

Abstract

This study examines teacher performance manajement in an effort to improve the quality of learning which focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating teacher performance manajement at SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo. The research was conducted in December 2022. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The key informants in this study were the principals of SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo with the support of informants from SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo teachers. Data collection uses several guidelines including guidelines for interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The teacher performance improvement program at SD Muhammadiyah Sukorejo has been effectively implemented by the school. This can be seen when the school held a performance planning meeting which was held a few days before the end of the school year. However, based on the implementation of teacher performance improvement manajement, several problems were found, namely external problems and internal problems.

Abstract

A person's level of well-being is measured by many factors, one of which is financial factors. There needs to be basics to help in managing finances so that they can form good financial behavior. The purpose of this study was to find out how knowledge, attitudes, and personality about finance affect financial management behavior. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Yogyakarta were given questionnaires to obtain research data. Research shows that knowledge, attitudes, and personality about finance improve financial management behavior. That way it can be concluded that these three factors can be maximized to form good financial management behavior in running a business.

Abstract

The implementation of PHBS for students at school certainly requires the role of parents and teachers as companions in its implementation. Parents play a role in implementing PHBS activities at home, while the implementation of PHBS in schools is the responsibility of the teacher. Therefore, parents and teachers must understand the various health problems that may arise in children. This is related to the process of preventing and avoiding complications so as to create healthy, intelligent and accomplished Indonesian children. This study aims To find out the relationship between children's knowledge of COVID-19 prevention and healthy living behavior in grades 3-6 Methods: The method used by the researchers in this study was non-experimental with a correlational analysis research design through a cross sectional approach. Sampling for this study was taken by the entire population, namely 84 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire on the level of children's knowledge and healthy lifestyle behavior. Results: The level of knowledge of students in grades 3-6, Kebumen Regency is dominated by the level of knowledge in the good category with a frequency value of 56 respondents (66.5%). Healthy lifestyle behavior Students in grades 3-6 are dominated by healthy lifestyle behaviors in the good category with a frequency of 55 respondents (65.5%). There is a positive relationship between the level of knowledge of children with healthy lifestyle behavior of students in grades 3-6. This means that the better the child's level of knowledge regarding the prevention of COVID-19, the healthier lifestyle behavior of students in grades 3-6 will improve.Conclusion: There is a positive relationship between the level of knowledge of children with healthy lifestyle behavior of students in grades 3-6. Recommendation: It is hoped that students can continue to maintain and increase knowledge about preventing Covid-19 because it can improve habits for carrying out clean and healthy living behaviors for students.

Abstract

The adolescent population in Indonesia is based on the composition of the population by age group and sex with an estimated age of 18-23 years around 74.93% or 74.93 million people. Meanwhile, in Central Java the number of residents by region, generation classification, and gender obtained data that 9.3 million people are groups with an age range of 18-23 years. The number of adolescent population is quite high. The high adolescent population can increase adolescent problems or what is commonly known as juvenile delinquency.Knowing the factors that influence juvenile delinquency using Betty Neuman's theory with the community as partner approach at SMA N 10 Purworejo. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive observational design. The research instrument used a Basic Life Support knowledge questionnaire. Sampling with a purposive sample. The research respondents were 212 people. The results of this study are the physical environment with a high category of 64.4%, health and social services with a medium category of 53.9%, the economy with a medium category of 93.2%, security and transportation with a medium category of 95.5%, politics and government with a medium category of 93.5%, communication with a medium category of 63.9%, education with a medium category of 62.4% and recreation with a high category of 55.4%. Factors that influence delinquency such as the physical environment, health and social services, economy, security and transportation, politics and government, communication, education and recreation with high results, namely the physical environment and recreation. Applying Betty Neuman's nursing theory approach using community as partner can be used to determine the factors that influence juvenile delinquency at SMA N 10 Purworejo.

Abstract

The situation faced by the younger generation today can affect their consumptive behavior. The level of literacy and self-control are some of the variables that can affect a person's consumptive behavior. How financial literacy can affect a person's consumptive behavior is the aim of this study. To obtain research data, students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from various universities in the Special Region of Yogyakarta were given questionnaires. Research shows that self-control has the ability to mediate the effects of financial literacy on consumptive behavior. Thus, it can be concluded that when one's students have high financial knowledge, they are better able to control their consumptive behavior.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of governance and capital structure on company performance. The population of this research is state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2019-2022. The sample for this research consisted of 76 samples using the purposive sampling method. The results of hypothesis testing with Smart PLS show that corporate governance variables and capital structure variables have an effect on company performance.
