The function of the inspectorate as an internal auditor will be very important in detecting fraud and resolving fraud so that corruption can be prevented. This study aims to analyze the audit process carried out by the DIY Inspectorate in detecting fraud to resolve one of the audit findings and then analyze the case using the fraud triangle theory. The research was conducted at the DIY Inspectorate with a case finding on UPTD in 2017. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using interviews, and document analysis. In this study, the data validity test will use triangulation procedures, member cheking and data reliability. The first result of this study is that the DIY Inspectorate audit process begins with a routine inspection, then the auditor finds fraud through interviews with UPTD employees. The case is followed up by holding a case expose and formulating a solution to the case. The case was then resolved by the UPTD and the DIY Inspectorate. The second research result is a case analysis using the fraud triangle, case pressure because the vendor owner ordered employees not to pay the employment BPJS deposit. The opportunity occurred because the UPTD did not routinely check the employment BPJS payments of vendor employees. The rationalization in this case is that the vendor wants to get more profit than the employment BPJS money that should be paid.

Background: Menarche is the beginning of reproductive development in children to adolescents. Lack of knowledge about menstruation can affect children's readiness to face menarche and cause anxiety. The attitude of parents can affect the child's readiness to face menarche. Knowledge about menstruation can help children prepare themselves better so as to reduce anxiety when facing menarche. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about menstruation and the level of anxiety in facing menarche in school-age children in Central Magelang District. Method: The research methodology used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 67 female students in grades IV, V, and VI who were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires about the level of anxiety facing menarche and the level of knowledge about menstruation which were filled in directly. Results: The results showed that most female students (59.7%) had a good level of knowledge about menstruation. Meanwhile, most female students experienced anxiety in facing menarche, with a moderate level of anxiety (47.8%). Spearman Rank correlation test results obtained p value (0.002) ? (0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge about menstruation and anxiety facing menarche. Conclusion: It can be concluded that good knowledge about menstruation can also affect the level of anxiety in children. Thus it is suggested to increase knowledge about menstruation through appropriate sexual education in schools and involve the role of parents in providing accurate information about menstruation to their children.

Background: Hospitalization can cause anxiety in some children. The level of anxiety due to hospitalization in most preschool-age children is moderate to severe anxiety. Puzzle play therapy is a therapy that can reduce anxiety in preschool-aged children. Purpose: Identify anxiety due to hospitalization in preschool-aged children before and after playing puzzle therapy, identify the effect of playing puzzle therapy on hospitalization anxiety in preschool-aged children. Method: The method used in this study was a literature review design by collecting secondary data from Google Scholar and ScientDirect using the keywords "Preschool-aged children AND puzzle play therapy AND anxiety of hospitalization", as many as 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria with the publication year range 2019-2023. Results: The anxiety experienced by preschool-aged children at the time of hospitalization before being given puzzle play therapy experienced mild-severe anxiety, and after being given puzzle play therapy the child's anxiety level decreased to mild-moderate anxiety. Conclusion: this proves that there is an effect of playing puzzle therapy to reduce anxiety levels in preschool-aged children due to hospitalization.

Background: Smoking behavior among adolescents in Magelang Regency has increased significantly. Many people say that Junior High School (JHS) youth are more often seen in groups and smoke with their friends after school. This has also been confirmed by the school. At JHS Secang Subdistrict, many of them were students from outside the area who moved for one reason or another, such as their parents' jobs. Schools have followed up on smoking cases at school, but many parents pay little attention to their children's behavior and some even allow their children to smoke. Purpose: To determine whether there is a relationship between parenting style and smoking behavior of adolescent boys in JHS Secang District. Methods: The research method uses a correlational quantitative descriptive method to test whether there is a relationship between parenting styles and smoking behavior. Results: The majority of respondents were light smokers with a total of 66 of 98 students (67.3%) and the parenting style used was authoritarian parenting with a total of 45 students (45.9%). Based on the Spearman statistical test, the results obtained were p value = 0.001. This shows that there is a relationship between parenting style and smoking behavior in young boys at Secang District JHS with the strength of the relationship or the correlation coefficient of 2 variables, namely parenting style and smoking behavior has a moderate relationship (0.320). Conclusion: There is a relationship between parenting style and smoking behavior of male teenagers at JHS Secang District.

Background: A common problem often faced by patients post fracture surgery is often sleep disturbances. Factors that influence sleep disorders in fracture patients are pain and anxiety. Sleep disorders can affect the quality of sleep in patients. Research Objective: To determine the relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in post-operative fracture patients in the Inpatient Room at PKU Muhammadiyah Gombong Hospital. Research Method: The research method is correlational with a cross-sectional approach. The author took data from 61 patients taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques were interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis in this research includes univariate analysis (descriptive analysis) and bivariate analysis using the chi square test. The results of the study state that there is a relationship between anxiety and sleep quality in post-op fracture patients, p value (0.001). Recommendation: Future research provides interventions to overcome sleep disorders in post-op fracture patients.

Operational performance is one of the Company's ongoing supports. The goals to be achieved by the company can be influenced by operational performance, so it is mandatory for the company to maximize its operational performance. The purpose of this study is to determine how the components of total quality management represented by customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, continuous quality improvement, and fact-based management affect operational performance. Employees at Bank Mandiri in Yogyakarta were given a questionnaire to obtain research data. The results showed that customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, and continuous quality improvement were proven to have a negative influence on operational performance. While fact-based management in this study is proven to have a positive influence on operational performance. That way it can be concluded that increasing customer satisfaction, employee empowerment, and continuous quality improvement actually reduce operational performance, while management based on facts shows the opposite results that are able to improve operational performance.

Organization experiences job vacancies due to various factors and decides to recruit new employees; the initial step to be taken is to identify the job characteristics and competencies required from individuals capable of performing the tasks. Employee performance motivation is heavily influenced by the enthusiasm and work actions of the leaders. If a leader demonstrates genuine dedication and full commitment to a task, it directly triggers the enthusiasm of employees or subordinates to actively assist the leader in achieving the organizational goals. To enhance the performance and competitiveness of MIM PK Wirogunan towards becoming an excellent madrasah, highly committed and loyal teachers are required, necessitating a better concept of human resource management. Every educational institution must plan the sustainability of its programs. During the operational process, every educational institution faces several challenges and issues. The changing conditions of competition, shifts in demand, and educational needs in society need to be managed attentively. To support the performance of MIM PK Wirogunan, training in human resource planning (job analysis), salary formulation, and teacher career development are essential.

This study aims to determine (1) the quality of academic services, (2) the level of student satisfaction, (3) the level of student achievement, (4) the influence of academic services on student satisfaction, (5) the influence of the quality of academic services on student achievement, (6) the effect of satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) the influence of the quality of academic services on student achievement through student satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive-correlational quantitative approach method. In this study, the population was 90 students. Sampling using purposive sampling techniques and startifien sampling obtained 36 respondents. Statement questionnaires are used to collect data. Then for data analysis using path analysis. The results showed that: (1) the level of academic service quality was in the very good category, (2) the level of student satisfaction was in the very satisfied category, (3) student achievement was in the good category, (4) there was no significant effect on quality academic services on student satisfaction, (5) there is a significant effect of academic services on student achievement, (6) there is a significant effect between satisfaction on student achievement, and (7) there is a low significant effect of the quality of academic services on student achievement students through the variables of student satisfaction at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Alternative Magelang City.

Currently, payment systems have evolved into digital-based payment systems. It is known that this system brings various kinds of benefits to its users, both business owners and consumers. However, it is still a matter of debate whether this system is able to increase sales intensity or not, and it is also still a matter of debate in the academic world whether the tendency of business people to adopt this system is based on their level of financial literacy. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the direct and indirect correlation between the adoption of the QRIS payment system on the sales and repurchasing intensity of MSMEs in the creative economy sector and the level of education as a mediator. The population in the study were MSMEs in Surakarta City, Central Java Province. The sample for this research was 30 MSME supervisors, selected using the accidental-purposive sampling method. This research's quantitative primary data was collected through online and offline questionnaire surveys, then analyzed using the multiple regression method. The research results indicate that QRIS adoption has a direct and indirect relationship to sales intensity with the level of financial literacy as a mediating variable which has a significant positive and negative relationship.

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media attractiveness and brand value on the level of people's purchase trust. From the study, 100 samples were obtained from the general public who use social media to buy a product. The method in this study is a quantitative method with the results showing that the variables of attractiveness, brand value, trust, and parasocial relationships have a significant effect on people's purchase intentions. The limitation in this study is the presence of indicators that do not have a significant effect on the level of public purchasing trust through social media.
