Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on the brand trust of the Prince City Padang Hotel. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods by conducting an online survey of Instagram followers at the Prince City Padang Hotel, totaling 184 samples. The method used in sampling is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, quantitative descriptive analysis, assumption test (normality test, linearity test, and coefficient of determination test). The results of this study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand trust. By looking at the beta value in the unstandardized coefficients column which is 0.874 and the t test it is known that the calculated t value is 6,282 which is greater than the t table with 1.658. The R square value is 0.615, meaning that 61.5% of brand trust that occurs can be explained by social media marketing variables.

Abstract

The general objective of this research was to determine the level of importance and need for halal attributes in Kota Pariaman hotels. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. This research was conducted on halal attributes with the IPA method at the Shafira Syariah hotel and the Al-Madinah hotel, Pariaman City. The time of this research was March - April 2023. Based on the description and results of the level of importance and halal requirements for the attributes of the Shafira and Al-Madinah hotels, Pariaman City, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method which has been stated above, it can be concluded in general, as many 52% of guests stated that the halal attribute was very important at the Shafrira Syariah and Al-Madinah Hotels, Pariaman City.

Abstract

Existence head of Madrasah in the institution education have very important role in develop and lead institution quality education. because therefore, it takes a strategy for the principal in the madrasah increase quality education in schools to be quality and religious schools. As for goals study This is First, describe and analyze the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs NW Penakak. Second, describe and analyze factor supports and factors inhibitor in increase quality education at MTs NW Penakak. Study This use approach qualitative. Method data collection used researcher includes: Observation, interview, and documentation. Findings study show that: First ; the steps of the madrasa head strategy in increase quality education at MTs NW Penakak is with method increase teacher professionalism, do activity coaching special For participant educate achieve, optimize facilities and infrastructure education, implementation supervision in a manner routine, intertwine harmonious relationship with participant students, teachers, and with society. Abstract

The VAR (Vector Autoregressions) model is one of the analytical models that can be used for time series data analysis. The VAR model in this study does not need to classify endogenous or exogenous variables in its analysis. The variables used in this research are economic growth, income inequality, and poverty. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of economic growth on income inequality and poverty in Indonesia, the data used is annual data from 1996 to 2022. The stationarity test in this study shows that the data is not stationary at levels using the ADF (Augmented Dickey Fuller) test method. ) and the data shows stationary when the first differentiation is performed (First Difference). The results of the Johansen Test cointegration test show that the data is cointegrated or has a long-term relationship between variables so that the appropriate analysis model to use is the VECM (Vector Error Correction Model) model because the non-cointegration requirements are not met. The causality test was carried out using the Causality Granger method between variables showing that there is causality between the variables of economic growth and poverty.

Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy for the Implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the Regional Public Library of South Labuhanbatu Regency. This study aims to determine the TQM planning process at the Regional Public Library of South Labuhanbatu Regency, to determine the process of organizing TQM at the Regional Public Library of South Labuhanbatu Regency, to determine the process of implementing TQM at the Regional Public Library of South Labuhanbatu Regency and to determine the process of TQM supervision at the Public Library. South Labuhanbatu Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The techniques used in data collection are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis technique went through three stages, namely, data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) at the Regional Public Library of South Labuhanbatu Regency has been going well, both in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating, but libraries should be able to apply more TQM to improve quality in library services.

Abstract

The general objective of this research was to seek and discover the communication strategy of BAZNAS for Batu Bara Regency in carrying out agricultural productive loan programs. The specific objective of this study was to see how the efforts or efforts were made by BAZNAS of Batu Bara Regency in introducing a productive agricultural loan program to farmer groups in Sumber Tani Village, Datuk Tanah Datar District; obstacles that occur in the implementation of the program; and the benefits felt by the community while participating in the agricultural productive loan program from BAZNAS. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of obtaining an in-depth description of the data. The research results obtained showed that in the process of implementing the agricultural productive loan program: (1) The planning that was built by BAZNAS of Batu Bara Regency to run the program used a personal approach to someone who was considered to have influence in farmer groups. In addition, BAZNAS also conducts socialization activities which are carried out simultaneously with the distribution of zakat from the farmers' harvest to farmer groups. (2) The obstacles experienced by BAZNAS of Batu Bara Regency in implementing the program are seen from two perspectives. First, the process of providing assistance and returning assistance to BAZNAS has never experienced any problems. Second, in the program introduction process, farmers still have doubts about participating in making loans. (3) The benefit felt by the community from the implementation of the program is that farmers have institutions that can provide interest-free loans so that farmers' crops can be sold to any party.

Abstract

In the hospitality industry, facilities are important because the decision to choose a hotel is influenced by both online promotions and word of mouth. The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of facilities and word of mouth on the decision to stay at the Al-Istiqamah Hotel, West Pasaman. This research is a quantitative research using causal associative method. In this study, to collect data using questionnaires to guests who have stayed at the Al-Istiqamah Hotel, West Pasaman. The questionnaire can be in the form of a statement to the respondent. Testing the reliability of research using reliability analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.00. From the results of this study the independent variable that has a large influence is word of mouth with a coefficient of 0.420 followed by facilities with a coefficient of 0.362. The t test results from the facility (X1) obtained t count of 5.301 from a significance of 0.05 obtained t table of 0.2061 and the results of the t test for word of mouth (X2) obtained t count of 5.647 from a significance of 0.05 obtained t table 1.987 which can be concluded that t count> t table. Thus the first hypothesis can be accepted, namely that there is a significant influence of the facilities and word of mouth variables on the decision to stay at Hoel Al-Istiqamah, Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is a work structure for professional work. The goal of this final project is to design an SOP that is applied when handling guests at Pandan View Mandeh. The design of the work is carried out with the stages of the process and the application of the implementation methodology with the stages of 1) Time and place of implementation of the work, 2) Design of the work design, 3) Validation, 4) Materials and Tools, 5) Work steps, 6) Budget Plan, 7) Implementation of Works. The work that has been carried out by observing, interviewing, and documenting the implementation of guest services at Pandan View Mandeh is the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that is applied at Pandan View Mandeh.

Abstract

The background of this research is because of the many positive and negative reviews written by guests about Fave Hotel Olo Padang via the internet. Testing how much influence electronic word of mouth has on the decision to purchase a room at the Fave Olo Hotel Padang is the aim of this study. There were 1093 respondents in this study, but only 204 samples using purposive sampling method. The questionnaire uses a Likert scale to collect this data information. To ensure its accuracy, the questionnaire has been tested for validity and normality. Simple regression analysis was used for hypothesis testing. SPSS 20.00 software was used to perform the analysis. The results are, (1) electronic word of mouth has a fairly good value, namely 41%, and (2) the decision to buy a room has a fairly good value, namely 30%. The calculated f value is 64,048 which concludes that Electronic Word of Mouth and purchasing decisions have a significant effect with a Sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the R square value of 0.241, 24.1% electronic word of mouth influences purchase decisions while 75.9% is influenced by other factors.
