The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, communication as independent variables on the performance of employees of the resin work unit production section at PT. PBI. The form of research in this study is descriptive statistics and causality with multiple regression analysis methods to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and used 112 respondents who were permanent employees at PT. PBI, and the data of this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale. The results of this study show that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance, while communication has no influence on the performance of PT employees. PBI part of resin work unit production. This is possible because the work pattern of employees in the production section of the resin work unit is mechanistic which can eliminate the role of communication. Leadership and discipline factors for companies are important aspects to improve performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of satisfaction, job satisfaction, and career development on employee retention at PT. X. The population in this study are employees of the operational division of PT. X as many as 128 employees. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, namely sampling with consideration according to the desired criteria. The sample in this study amounted to 107 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data, it shows that the effect has no effect on employee retention, job satisfaction has an effect on employee retention, career development has no effect on employee retention

The objective of this study is to examine the effect of fashion luxury consumption such as brand equity ( there are brand loyalty, perceived quality, and brand knowledge), face saving and social influence. empirically, this study examines the effect of the dimension of brand equity on customers willingness to pay apremium price through an affective attitude, in addition to testing face saving and social influence on customer’s willingness to pay a premium price on the millennial generation in Jakarta, a total of 211 respondents in both online and offline surveys with Structurl Equation Modeling (SEM). This technique is used to test the causal relationship between contract in a structural model. The findings show that perceived quality and brand knowledge have an effect of affective attitude. Affective attitude, face saving, and social influence also have an effect of willingness to pay a premium price for luxury brands, while brand loyalty has no effect of affective attitude. Research limitations in this study are only tested on the luxury fashion industry and only tested for millennials generation. To research the effect of willingness to pay a premium price, further researcher should add other dimensions such as the brand association and to be carried out in all other luxury industries and all generations in Indonesia

XYZ Company is a company engaged in transportation and forwarder services. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect and nature of the relationship between employee performance and three influences, namely internal communication, organizational support, and work environment at XYZ Company . The population and sample in this study were 71 employees. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis method in this study is multyple linear regression processed. The results of this study are internal communication, organizational support and work environment affect employee performance.

This research has a purpose, and that is to determine the effect of return on equity, debt to equity ratio, current ratio, total asset turnover, and price to book value on stock return. This research use Mining Companies that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2012–2020 period as the population. In this research, the sampling method that used is a purposive sampling method with a total of 11 companies. Causal research is implemented in this research to determine the effect between the independent variables and dependent variables. This research uses multiple linear regression to process the data. Based on the test result, Return on equity, Debt to equity, Current ratio, Total asset turnover and Price to book value does not have effect on stock return.

This research has the purpose to evaluate and analyze the effect of stock prices in mining companies. The factors tested are ROA, ROE, Company Size, PER, PBV, CR and DER and Stock Price. The research sample used is mining companies listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2019. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling to obtain 13 mining companies that meet the criteria in this study. The analysis method of this research uses multiple regression analysis.. The results showed that Price Book Value had a positive effect on stock prices. This is because investors have confidence in the prospect of mining companies in the future so that the demand for shares in this sector increases, as a result stock prices increase. The ROA, ROE, firm size, PER, CR, DER have no effect on stock prices.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing Activities through Value Equity, Brand Equity, and Relationship Equity, on Customer Loyalty on customers of the Zalora Indonesia e-commerce site in Jakarta. The research method used in this research is through a survey. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively and used a causal research design. The sampling method used in this research is to use Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. The total sample used in this study was 297 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that Social Media Marketing Activities through Value Equity, Brand Equity, and Relationship Equity have a significant influence on Customer Loyalty. This research is expected to provide input or advice to e-commerce companies, especially Zalora Indonesia, which is the object of this study how to increase the Brand Loyalty of its consumers, because it can have an impact on increasing the market share of e-commerce companies in Indonesia.

This study aims to determine the effect of food quality, price, location and environment, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction at Mc Donald's in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method and the sample size is 150 respondents. Respondents are domiciled in Bekasi City and are McDonald's customers in Bekasi City with a minimum requirement of having purchased and used Mc Donald's services in Bekasi City twice or more in the past month. The data in this study will be analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS software version 7.0. The results of this study indicate that food quality, price, location and environment, service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and there is a positive and significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at McDonald's restaurants in Bekasi city.

This study aims to analyze the influence of employee engagement, training and development and shared leadership on work productivity. The object used in this study is PT.Sayap Mas Utama (Wings Corporate) production unit. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with a total sample used as many as 75 respondents. The technique of collecting data by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, data were analyzed by testing research instruments, testing classical assumptions and testing models using statistical software program. The result of the study showed that employee engagement, training and development and shared leadership had an effect on work productivity of production unit employees

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of organizational culture, motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of production department employees at PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor Plant Tambun II. Sampling using probability sampling technique with a total sample used as many as 104 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The method of data analysis in this study is using multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, data were analyzed using research instrument testing, classical assumption testing and model testing using statistical software programs. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance. While job satisfaction has a negative effect on employee performance
