Abstract

This study objectives is to find out is there any effect from motivation, job satisfaction and human resource development on to employee performance of head office workforce at PT X in Jakarta. Decreasing number of sugar production at 2020 compare to 2021 is a significant phenomenon background of why this research need to be executed. The population in this study are 56 employees of PT X’s head office. Using a non-probability sampling technique, which called saturated sampling method, the data is gathered by questionnaire with Likert Scale. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. Before testing the hypothesis, the data were analyzed by testing the validity and reliability of research instruments, classical assumptions testing and model’s fit testing using a statistical software programs. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that motivation does not effect employee’s performance, job satisfaction does not effect employee’s performance, and human resource development effects employee performance of PT X.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence Debt To Equity Ratio, Return On Asset, Size, Earnings Per Share, Cash Position and Total Asset Turnover towards Dividend Payout Ratio. The object used in this research are Mining Companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from year 2015 to 2020. The research type of this study is quantitative method. This study uses secondary data. The population for this study is 33 sector Mining Companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from year 2015 to 2020. The data were analyzed using multiple regressions analysis method to determine the model of research. The result of this research is that Debt To Equity and Return On Asset negatively affect the Dividend Payout Ratio. Then Size, Earnings Per Share, and Total Asset Turnover have a positive effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. Meanwhile, Cash position does not affect the Dividend Payout Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work discipline, job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance at Kerjasama PT. XYZ.The sample in this study were 75 employees. This research uses saturation sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents and using a Likert scale. The method of data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. Prior to testing the hypothesis, the data was analyzed by testing the research instrument, and testing the classical assumptions. Based on the results of the analysis of hypothesis testing data in this study, it shows that work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction shows the results negative on t-test calculations but has no significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, company must pay serious attention to improving the work discipline and work motivation of their employees

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand positioning, brand image, and perceived price on repurchase intention for certain products. The design of this thesis research uses descriptive research and causality research, measurement of each variable using a Likert scale with 5 points. This research takes primary data by collecting questionnaire data. This study used a purposive sampling method and obtained 252 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence on brand positioning, brand image, and perceived price on repurchase intention for certain products of fast food.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Price, Product, Promotion, Place, Cultural Influence, Social Influence, Personal Influence, and Psychological Influence on Purchase Intention of Wardah Lipstick Product in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is through a survey. The data analysis was done quantitatively and used a casual research design. The sampling method used in this study is to use Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling technique. All sample data obtained by distributing questionnaires totaled 136 respondents and will be processed using SPSS 25 software. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Social Influence, Personal Influence, and Psychological Influence have an influence on Purchase Intention. But Price, Product, Promotion, Place and Culture Influence have no significant impact on Purchase Intention. This research is expected to provide input or suggestions to cosmetics companies especially Wardah Cosmetic on their Lipstick Products which is the object of this research, is to be able to increase its competitiveness and market share in cosmetic products in Indonesia.

Abstract

With advances in technology, there has been a shift in people's behavior, which previously shopped at traditional markets, now has shifted to shopping online through e-commerce. Therefore companies need to build a strong brand in order to show the value of the product or service they offer. This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association and brand loyalty on purchase decisions among Tokopedia consumers in DKI Jakarta. In this study using primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires using five Likert scale as a variable measurement. This research uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The researcher used the multiple linear regression analysis method to find out the causal relationship between variables. This study collected 124 respondents using the Tokopedia application in DKI Jakarta and the distribution was carried out online via the Google form. The results of this study state that there is an influence of brand association and brand loyalty on purchase decisions, whereas there is no influence of brand awareness and perceived quality on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Celebrity Endorsement on Purchase Intention of Clear shampoo customers in Jakarta. The population in this study was the customers of Clear shampoo who living in Jakarta. The samples were 141 respondents by purposive sampling method. The Assessment of each variable used five points of Likert Scale. Data processing used SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence effect of Brand Image, Brand Trust and Celebrity Endorsement on Purchase Intention of Clear shampoo customers in Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, work discipline, communication as independent variables on the performance of employees of the resin work unit production section at PT. PBI. The form of research in this study is descriptive statistics and causality with multiple regression analysis methods to test hypotheses. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and used 112 respondents who were permanent employees at PT. PBI, and the data of this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using Likert scale. The results of this study show that leadership and work discipline affect employee performance, while communication has no influence on the performance of PT employees. PBI part of resin work unit production. This is possible because the work pattern of employees in the production section of the resin work unit is mechanistic which can eliminate the role of communication. Leadership and discipline factors for companies are important aspects to improve performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the factors that influence dividend policy. The independent variables in this study consist of return on assets, current ratio, debt to equity, company size, total asset turnover, and asset growth. The data for this research are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2020 period. This study used 10 companies and 70 samples and the sample selection procedure used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple panel regression. Return on assets and firm size has a positive effect on dividend policy. Its because the return can used by company to share the dividend to shareholders and bigger the company means more assets that could converted into cash. Debt to equity has a negative effect on dividend policy because the company have to pay their obligation, so the company cannot pay the dividend. Meanwhile the other variables have no effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect and nature of the relationship between work enthusiasm and three influences, namely communication, motivation and physical work environment on work enthusiasm. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of The Directorate General of Housing, Ministry Of PUPR. The research method used in this research is descriptive research and causal research. The sample in this study found 54 employees using non-probability sampling technique. Where the data comes from primary data collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. And the data analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Communication, Motivation and Physical Work Environment had a positive effect on Work Enthusiasm.
