Abstract

Education is the main key to the formation of human resources which is a component in building the nation. Education has a very urgent role to ensure the development and continuity of the life of a nation. Education is also a benchmark for advancing a nation, and a reflection of people's personality. Competencies that must be possessed by an Islamic religious education teacher like other teachers include: Pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, social competence. This study aims to determine 1) The role of Islamic Religious Education in increasing student learning motivation. 2) To find out the supporters of student motivation in studying Islamic education. This research is a type of literary research, namely research that uses literature (books) as a reference material. The methods used in this study are: 1) Inductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from things that are specific to things that are general in nature. 2) The deductive method, this method uses ways of thinking from general things to specific things. 3) Correlation Method, this method uses ways of thinking by looking for correlations (relationships) between one thing and another.

Abstract

Academic supervision needs to be carried out to provide technical assistance to teachers and other employees in carrying out the learning process, or to support the learning process which aims to improve the professional abilities of teachers and improve the quality of learning effectively. the purpose of this research is to find out 1). Definition, goals, objectives and principles of educational supervision, 2). Teacher supervision that can be done to improve the quality of education. Teacher performance is related to the quality, quantity of output, and reliability that the teacher has in carrying out his duties. Teachers who do not have high performance can reduce the quality of education, so supervision is needed to overcome this. This study used qualitative research methods. Data obtained based on literature study. The essence of the dimension of academic supervision is in the context of fostering teachers to improve the quality of the learning process. The target of academic supervision of the implementation of the learning process, which consists of the subject matter in the learning process, preparation of syllabus and lesson plans, selection of learning strategies/methods/techniques, use of media and information technology in learning, assessing learning processes and outcomes as well as classroom action research. Therefore, the teacher has an extraordinary role in the world of education. The low quality of education in a country is determined by the performance of teachers. Teachers who have high performance will produce high quality graduates.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the psycholinguistics that occurs in children aged 3 and 4 years in everyday language at the Tahfidz Al Husna House. This study uses a descriptive analysis method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study were four-year-old Fiko, four-year-old Afaf, and 3-year-old Hiroshi as research subjects. Data collection techniques using non-participant observation techniques and recordings. The data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely (1) data reduction stage, (2) data presentation stage, and (3) conclusion stage. The results of this study indicate that (1) the forms of sentences that are often spoken are in the form of declarative, imperative, interrogative sentences which are based on the reaction of the answers given either "yes" or "no" sentences. (2) there are sentences that function as exploratory functions to explain a matter, case, and situation and there are sentences that function as persuasion to influence or invite other people to do or not do something well.

Abstract

Based on the initial assessment that the author did at SDN 70 KENDARI, the average student achievement at SDN 70 KENDARI was quite high. High learning outcomes are of course influenced by several factors, one of which is the teacher's ability factor. Teachers who have high abilities in managing learning, as in the case of using instructional media, of course, will make it easier for students to understand the subject matter presented, which directly results in high student achievement. Starting from the thoughts above, the principal wants to improve teacher competence in applying learning media through learning supervision. This research is a school action research (School Action Research). This research will be conducted at SDN 70 KENDARI. The research will be conducted in semester 2 of the 2022/2023 Academic Year. Data collection methods in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. In the pre-cycle the researchers just observed how much the teacher's competence was in applying learning media and it turned out that the results were very low, namely getting an average score of only 6.4, meaning that the teacher's competence in applying learning media was not good. In view of the observation results, there was an increase in the average score from pre-cycle to cycle I, where the results of the average pre-cycle observation score only reached a score of 6.4 while in cycle I it reached 11.4, which means that the teacher's competence in applying learning media is good . Furthermore, in cycle II, the observation results reached a score of 15.8, meaning that the teacher's competence in applying learning media was very good. Supervision of learning at SDN 70 KENDARI can be done through observing and monitoring the school principal in supervising learning. From the results of the analysis it was found that, Supervision of learning is very effective for increasing teacher competence in applying learning media, because teachers have the opportunity to discuss together to study and solve problems based on conditions in the field, then can improve them or carry out follow-up in the next cycle automatically. continue if the problem is not resolved..

In thei prei-cyclei thei reiseiarcheirs just obseirveid how much thei teiacheir's compeiteincy was in compiling eind-of-seimeisteir eixam queistions and it turneid out that thei reisults weirei veiry low, nameily geitting an aveiragei scorei of only 4.75, meianing that thei teiacheir's compeiteincei in compiling eind-of-seimeisteir eixam iteims was not good. In vieiw of thei reisults of obseirvations, theirei was an increiasei in thei aveiragei scorei from prei-cyclei to cyclei I, wheirei thei reisults of thei prei-cyclei obseirvation aveiragei scorei only reiacheid a scorei of 4.75 whilei in cyclei I it reiacheid 9.15, which meians thei compeiteincei of thei teiacheir in compiling teist iteims good eind of seimeisteir. Furtheirmorei, in cyclei II thei obseirvation reisults reiacheid a scorei of 11.2 meianing that thei teiacheir's compeiteincei in compiling eind-of-seimeisteir eixam iteims was veiry good. Workshops in improving teiacheir compeiteincei in compiling eind-of-seimeisteir eixam queistions at SD Neigeiri 11 Keindari can bei carrieid out through obseirvation and monitoring by thei school principal. From thei reisults of thei analysis, thei reisults show that workshops arei veiry eiffeictivei for increiasing teiacheir compeiteincei in compiling eind-of-seimeisteir eixam queistions, beicausei teiacheirs havei thei opportunity to discuss togeitheir to study and solvei probleims baseid on conditions in thei fieild, thein theiy can correict theim or carry out follow-up in thei cyclei. neixt continuously if thei probleim has not beiein reisolveid.

Abstract

The quality of Madrasah education, especially at MAN 2 Majalengka at the present time is still not very promising, it is even considered to be stagnant and has not experienced improvement, so an appropriate and correct step is needed from the Principal in managing Madrasah one of which is managing its human resources so that good quality education is achieved. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, namely research into the field and then studied for implementation of corrective changes through established regulations. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of education at MAN 2 Majalengka through more optimal human resource management. So that the results of his research show that one of the factors in improving the quality of education is the active and effective role of the head of the Madrasah in managing his human resources so that the active role of human resources in advancing and improving the quality of education is created.

Abstract

Continuous professional development is an important part of the teacher's education. This does not just happen, but must be planned and pursued through various opportunities. One way that teachers take is to become members of professional organizations and attend professional meetings whose agenda usually reflects the needs and interests of teachers. In this case the researchers found research results, namely: 1) Development of Teacher Management in Indonesia 2) Effective Teacher Management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Abstract

Social emotional development of early childhood needs to get the focus of parents and teachers so that children can be accepted by their social environment. This study aims to determine the assessment of social emotional abilities of children aged 5-6 years at Immanuel Kids Kindergarten Medan Amplas. This research method uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In this study the assessment used was statistical data analysis techniques. The instrument used in this study used an observation sheet. With a rating scale in the form of BB (Not Developing), MB (Starting to Develop), BSH (Developing According to Expectations). The findings show that as many as 5 children with MB criteria (Beginning to Develop), 2 children with BSH criteria (Developing According to Expectations) and 8 children receiving BB criteria (Not Yet Developed). So it can be concluded from the social emotional assessment carried out in Immanuel Kids Kindergarten that needs to be developed. Because there were 8 children with BB criteria (Not yet Developed) out of 15 children who were observed. And got a score of 53.3%.

Abstract

Learning motivation plays a crucial role in all aspects of education. Therefore, this research aims to determine the impact of understanding the Word of God on students' learning motivation within the context of a Theological College. The Word of God holds a key role in cultivating students' learning motivation, as it is understood as the voice of God. The Word of God is also used for educating in truth, rebuking, and improving the lives of every individual. The objectives of this study are to understand the influence of understanding the Word of God on learning motivation, to determine the significance between learning motivation and student achievement in the Theological College environment, and to explore the influence of students' understanding of the Word of God on the improvement of learning quality within the Theological College. This research utilizes a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The method not only mentions the research itself but also includes the subjects/objects and analysis. The study results indicate that students who rely on the Word of God will experience an impact on their learning motivation and achievement. Therefore, to enhance the quality of Theological students' learning motivation, students must have a good ability to rely on the Word of God to create a compelling and optimal learning atmosphere, thus improving the quality of education in the Theological College.

Abstract

This paper aims to discuss and analyze the factors that cause Al-Qur'an illiteracy and the steps to liberate it. Al-Qur'an is the holy book revealed by Allah SWT to be a life guide for Muslims. On the other hand, the Al-Qur'an is also a blessing for the entire universe, so that its contents are always appropriate and can be used as a guide for human life anytime and anywhere. Al-Qur'an is not only the pages that are read, but must always be understood and practiced, it's just that you need to know that reading the Al-Qur'an also has a practice that gets rewards for its readers. Therefore, besides understanding the Qur'an, learning to read the Qur'an is also very important, or what is referred to in this paper as eradicating Al-Qur'an illiteracy. The eradication of Koran illiteracy has actually become a national program for the Indonesian people. However, the program on a national scale does not seem to have achieved satisfactory results. This is shown by the tests carried out on 3,111 Muslims, where 72.25% were categorized as unable to read the Al-Qur'an properly. In fact, coaching on reading and writing Al-Qur'an has been going on for a long time, but these efforts have not been able to touch people's awareness to learn to read Al-Qur'an. The Koran teacher coaching activities seem less exciting for the community. The problems that will be presented in this paper will discuss the factors that cause many people to be illiterate in the Qur'an, and alternative educational efforts as liberation from illiteracy in the Qur'an which is expected to provide solutions for the community so that they can continue reading and writing activities Al-Qur'an.
