Abstract

This article discusses the characteristics and strategies of educational innovation, innovation in education is needed, so that there are changes and provide something new that can improve the quality of education both nationally and internationally. In realizing educational innovation, a characteristic is needed that can provide color in the innovation itself. And in its implementation requires a decision process that is really mature and not in a hurry. Before becoming a decision, the innovation usually starts from a diffusion which is then systematically arranged and designed to conduct a trial which later turns into dissemination, which is a process of applying innovations that already have results and are considered successful. And the success itself requires a strategy so as not to miss the target and can be used as well as possible, so that the innovation itself really becomes something new and has a positive impact.

Abstract

The issue of forming the moral character of students is an issue that continues to be voiced in the world of education. However, students as objects that are formed require assistance from stakeholders. Stakeholders are not only educators such as teachers in schools, but also parents. However, nowadays an educator is in the spotlight, as if he is a milestone that can shape an individual's moral character. Related to the notion of educators as a pillar of individual moral formation, this makes it a challenge to create moral individuals as the Indonesian generation.

Abstract

Humans who live in modern and millennial times like today are really faced with various kinds of tough world tests and temptations. Moral degradation, juvenile delinquency, globalization, westernization, hedonism, consumerism, and materialism are a series of world diseases that undermine human religious values, so that humans are only concerned with the outer aspects, while the inner aspects are eroded away. This research aims to analyze the implications of reciting the book of Ihya Ulumuddin on changes in students' behavior. The methodology used in this study is qualitative research with phenomenological and hermeneutic research types and uses a data analysis approach. According to Imam Al-Ghazali, there are two ways of educating morals, namely, first, getting used to practicing good deeds. Second, habituation is done repeatedly. Imam Al-Ghazali in his efforts to educate children has a special view. He focuses more on efforts to bring children closer to Allah SWT. According to what is contained in the book Ihya Ulumuddin Imam Al-Ghazali on page 154 argues that a student should humble himself to the teacher and glorify the teacher by obeying him, this is done for blessings in studying. The impact felt by the students after participating in the Ihya' Ulumuddin Book of Learning at the Kebon Jambu Al-Islamy Islamic Boarding School, that is, those who initially did not know morals after participating in the Ihya' Ulumuddin recitation became aware and able to apply it in everyday life, many felt positive changes that were originally Less respect for time becomes more disciplined, those who previously lacked respect for knowledge can now respect knowledge, those who were previously indifferent to friends are now more concerned and those who previously did not have a respectful attitude towards their teacher or kyai are now more respectful.

Abstract

In this second semester, students experienced a decrease in learning outcomes. The low student learning outcomes in the block volume of students has been proven by the acquisition of pre-test results of block volume from 16 students in class V SDN 37 Kendari. Based on the students' pre-test results, 6 students or 37.5% of the classical completeness scores were successful in achieving the KKM score. And students who have not reached the classical mastery target are 10 students or 62.5%. The KKM score is 70. Seeing this statement, it can be said that the problem above is the author is interested in researching and testing the extent to which mathematics learning outcomes in block volume material are through discovery learning models. This research method uses class action research methods (Classroom Action Research). This classroom action research was conducted at SDN 37 Kendari Class V. The research was conducted from January 2022 to March 2022. The research subjects were Class V students at SDN 37 Kendari for the 2021/2022 academic year. There are 16 students in Class V. Data collection techniques in this study are observation techniques, interviews and documentation. In the pre-cycle, the classical student learning outcomes were 28.57% in the "very low" category, in the first cycle the percentage was 80.95% in the high category, while in the second cycle the percentage was classically 100% in the "very high" category. In the pre-cycle, the classical student learning outcomes were 25% in the "very low" category, in the first cycle the percentage was 81.25% in the high category, while in the second cycle the percentage was classically 100% in the "very high" category. The results of the evaluation in cycle II experienced an increase compared to the evaluation in cycle I. The results of the evaluation in cycle II found that classical learning mastery reached (100%) with the average final score of students reaching (84.76) previously in the pre-cycle it was known that classical learning mastery reached (25%) with an average final test score of students reaching (64.37) and in cycle I the classical learning completeness reached (81.25%) with an average final test score of students (76.25). From this information it can be concluded that the discovery learning model can be applied to the volume of blocks in Class V even semester at SDN 37 Kendari for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Abstract

As for the reality that happened in class III at SDN 69 Kendari, based on daily test scores, especially in Indonesian Language learning, there were several students who had met the KKM scores and most of them had not met the KKM scores. so the number of students who have completed is only 9 students out of a total of 29 students, while those who have not completed are 20 students out of a total of 29 students so students who have not completed are greater than students who have completed. From the results of the pre-action tests and initial observations, the researcher who is also a class III teacher decided to use a varied method which made students not bored and made students enthusiastic in learning, in this case the researcher used the practice method in pairs. This study uses an action research model (action research). This research was conducted in class III SDN 69 Kendari. Researchers conducted research here with the consideration that researchers are teachers in this school. The subjects of this study were class III SDN 69 Kendari, with a total of 29 students. This research was carried out at the beginning of the new 2021/2022 school year, namely January - April 2022. Data collection techniques in this study were testing, observation and documentation techniques. In the pre-cycle, the classical student learning outcomes were 31.03% in the "very low" category, in the first cycle the percentage was 68.96% in the high category, while in the second cycle the percentage was classically 100% in the "very high" category. In cycle I, class activity has an average of 2.85 with the criteria of "good", and in cycle II, it also has an average of 3.21 with the criteria of "good". While the percentage of student activity in the first cycle is classically 75% in the "good" category and in the second cycle the percentage is 85% and the category is "very good". In addition to the percentage of students' activeness, what will also be concluded is the learning outcomes of students. The results of the second cycle evaluation showed that classical learning mastery reached (100%) with an average final score of students reaching (85.88), previously in the pre-cycle it was known that classical learning mastery reached (31.03%) with an average final test score students reached (65.62) and in the first cycle classical learning mastery reached (68.96%) with an average final test score of students (75). The pair practice method can be applied to Information Materials About Changes in Energy Forms because it can solve problems so that activity and cooperation increase and can develop students' motivation in learning the material. From this information it can be concluded that the practice method in pairs can be applied to Information Material About Changes in Energy Forms and can improve learning outcomes in class III Semester 2 SDN 69 kendari Academic Year 2021/2022.

Abstract

This study uses an evaluative research approach whose subject is the teacher of PAI Islam Plus Al Hikam. Information and data are combined through deed analysis, monitoring and debriefing. Based on the research that was tried, the following results were obtained: (1) Assessment of conditions (context), application of the PAI curriculum that had been prepared very well (100%) and the program constraints experienced were the number of study hours which were only 3 JP x 40 minutes or a week , inadequate supporting infrastructure, there are some students who experience delays and difficulty learning, there are no extracurricular activities based on religiosity, lack of good cooperation with the parents of students. (2) Assessment of input (input), 2 views, namely the views of the teacher PAI in fulfilling the upgrading administrative requirements includes making lesson plans (82%), Compendium work (73%), Annual Program completion (92%), Semester Program categorization (90%), PAI teachers have explored one PAI curriculum nursery upgrade. times and in terms of tools and infrastructure in PAI training is not sufficient. (3) Evaluation of the process (process), 3 views are the activity of the upgrading method (87.5%) in terms of monitoring results, the evaluation method includes evaluation of reaching actions (75% ), evaluation of insight (100%), and evaluation of reaching skills (89%) and the existence of student services such as guidance on reading the Koran and prayer applications. (4) Assessment of results (product), related to the results of teaching participants' practice in the form of report cards in it there are values and KKM for PAI subjects at SMP Islam Plus Al Hikam. Categorization and work on KKM has (75%). There is also KKM income in PAI subjects by teaching participants at SMP Islam Plus Al Hikam, which is 32% in very good category, 48% in good category, 16% in pretty good category, and 4% in poor category or there is a need for remedial or enrichment.

Abstract

This research was carried out to develop methods or steps for social studies learning in class V SD Negeri 6 Kendari by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model. This research is a classroom action research in the form of collaboration with other teachers which was carried out for two cycles in the odd semester of 2019. The main objective of this research is to formulate cooperative learning steps for social studies with the STAD type. In addition, it also aims to determine the impact of implementing these main objectives, namely 1) teacher activities in implementing cooperative learning, 2) student activities in cooperative groups, 3) student perceptions of the application of cooperative learning models, and 4) student achievement in mathematics taught by cooperative learning. This research provides benefits in increasing the ability to research teachers in schools, especially for teachers in developing classroom learning through action research. The results of this study indicate that student learning activities in the first cycle of learning interaction are still lacking, this has implications for their learning achievement, but in the implementation of the second cycle, the frequency of students helping each other and asking other students so that it has implications for their learning achievement. The results of this study showed that students' mathematics learning achievement increased significantly with an average score of 76.83 in cycle II and this was better than the average score of 60.75 in cycle I. In cycle II there were also 34 students (85%) who have achieved learning mastery. As the implications obtained from the results of this study, it is suggested that social studies learning is student-centered and carried out with STAD type cooperative learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the various strategies or methods used by teachers in teaching early reading in elementary schools. Qualitative research methods are used in this research. Respondents in this study are educators who teach in elementary schools with the criteria of teachers teaching in grade 1 elementary schools. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to teachers who teach in grade 1 elementary schools. The results obtained in this study are as follows: Some students often forget to remember letters, so teachers have problems in teaching early reading to students, such as there are some students who have low IQ, are lazy, have low learning motivation, and also have student difficulties. to remember and understand letters. Therefore, there is a need for a strategy that must be implemented by the teacher in guiding students to learn to read at the beginning. These strategies include: syllable method, alphabetic method, SAS method, and spelling method. Each of these methods has its advantages and disadvantages. As a teacher, you must be smart in choosing the strategy to be applied whether it is suitable or not. Thus the strategy implemented by the teacher cannot be separated through collaboration between educators and parents of students, because in learning to read at the beginning it requires the role of parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana industri kreatif diimplementasikan pada pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) di SMK, dan manfaat industri kreatif bagi peserta didik SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Subyek penelitian adalah guru dan peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam riset ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan analisis dokumen. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis interaktif dari Miles and Huberman. Untuk uji keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi metode dan sumber. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) gambaran industri kreatif dalam pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan di SMK, dan 2) mengetahui manfaat industri kreatif bagi peserta didik di SMK. Dalam penelitian, peserta didik mampu mempelajari perkembangan pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan baik jika peserta didik mengikuti pelajaran tersebut. Selain hal tersebut bisa dipahami bahwa pembelajaran kewirausahaan butuh kompetensi yang sebenarnya. Diharapkan industri kreatif bisa dikaitkan dengan pelajarankewirausahaan, dan bisa dipahami bahwa pesertadidik maupun tenaga pengajar SMK harus memahami serta memanfaatkan industri kreatif pada pelajaran produk kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK).

Abstract

The implementation of gesture communication is an important aspect in various contexts of human communication. Gestures, facial expressions, and body language as a whole can convey powerful messages, reinforce social interactions, and influence the perceptions of others. In this abstract, researchers will discuss the implementation of gesture communication for Islamic Guidance and Counseling students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, the purpose of this study is to find out how gesture communication can be implemented for Islamic Guidance and Counseling students in their daily lives. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques, namely using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that gesture communication such as how he stands, walks, hand movements, touching actions, faces position, and eye contact when communicating has a significant impact on the effectiveness of gesture communication in Islamic Extension Guidance students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Gesture communication is also considered more reliable than verbal communication because the nature of nonverbal communication or gestures is a direct reflex or response.
