Abstract

Intisari— Kemasan mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam pemasaran sebuah produk. Colenak Murdi Putra merupakan salah satu UMKM di bidang pangan yang belum memperhatikan desain kemasan produknya dari segi daya tarik visual dan daya tarik fungsional yang mengakibatkan kurangnya minat konsumen di pasaran, sehingga perlu dilakukan perancangan ulang desain kemasannya. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian perancangan kemasan yang dilakukan di Jalan Raya Cibiru Nomor 3, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat dari bulan April 2022 hingga bulan September 2022. Perancangan kemasan ini menggunakan metode Design thinking, dengan tahapan emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, test, prototype II dan test II. Terdapat beberapa pendekatan dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini, meliputi Participatory Action Research (PAR), Focus Group Discussion (FGD), juga penggunaan tools Empathy Map, Customer journey, dan Value Proposition Canvas. Melalui beberapa metode dan pendekatan tersebut ditemukan perancangan desain kemasan colenak yang baru yang memiliki daya tarik visual dan fungsional. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen lebih menyukai kemasan yang menggunakan bahan plastik Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) dengan bentuk rice bowl dan terdapat label kemasan yang dikelilingi seperti ikat pinggang ke kemasan disertai dengan informasi mengenai produk karena dinilai lebih praktis untuk dibawa, tidak mudah bocor, serta desain kemasannya lebih menarik dari kemasan sebelumnya. Abstract— Packaging has a very important role in marketing a product. Colenak Murdi Putra is one of the UMKM in the food sector that has not paid attention to the packaging design of its products in terms of visual appeal and functional appeal which results in a lack of consumer interest in the market, so it is necessary to redesign the packaging design. Therefore, packaging design research was carried out on Jalan Raya Cibiru Number 3, Bandung Regency, West Java from April 2022 to September 2022. The packaging design used the Design thinking method, with the stages of empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, testing, prototyping II, and testing II. There are several approaches in carrying out this research, including Participatory Action Research (PAR), Focus Group Discussion, as well as the use of an Empathy Map, Customer journey, and Value Proposition Canvas tools. Through these several methods and approaches, a new colenak packaging design was found that has visual and functional appeal. The results of this study are consumers prefer packaging that uses plastic Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) material in the shape of a rice bowl and there is a packaging label that is surrounded by a belt the packaging is accompanied by information about the product because it is considered more practical to carry, not easy to leak, and the packaging design is more attractive than the packaging. previous packaging.

Abstract

Intisari— PT Varia Usaha Beton bergerak dalam bidang pengadaan beton dan bangunan mengalami kerusakan pada salah satu mesin Batching Plant yang mengakibatkan terjadinya pembengkakan biaya. Mengatasi hal tersebut, diperlukan adanya perawatan preventive yang dilakukan sebatas pemeriksaan, penggantian, dan pengelompokan komponen mesin menurut proses perbaikan dan fungsinya dengan menerapkan modularity design sebagai metodenya. Tujuannya penelitian ini yaitu menentukan perawatan interval preventif dengan melakukan pengelompokan komponen kedalam modul untuk menghasilkan total biaya perawatan yang lebih minimum. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan total biaya per tahun dengan metode modularity design per tahunnya adalah sebesar Rp 167.584.757,6 ,- sedangkan dengan metode perusahaan yang memiliki nilai sebesar Rp 220.869.687,- per tahun. Dimana biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh metode modularity design lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan total biaya perawatan pada perusahaan setiap tahunnya dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 24,12%. Abstract— PT Varia Usaha Beton is engaged in the procurement of concrete and buildings experienced damage to one of the Batching Plant machines which resulted in cost overruns. To overcome this, preventive maintenance is needed which is limited to inspection, replacement, and grouping of machine components according to the repair process and function by applying modularity design as the method. The purpose of this study is to determine preventive maintenance intervals by grouping components into modules to produce a minimum total maintenance cost. The results of this study obtained that the total cost per year with the modularity design method per year is Rp. 167,584,757.6, - while the company method has a value of Rp. 220,869,687, - per year. Where the costs incurred by the modularity design method are smaller than the total maintenance costs at the company each year with an efficiency value of 24.12%.

Abstract

Intisari— Kegiatan produksi pada industri kecil menengah (IKM) Tahu X meliputi berbagai macam proses mulai dari proses perendaman bahan baku tahu kedelai hingga proses pemasaran tahu. Dalam pengerjaanya, pabrik masih menggunakan metode tradisional dan tenaga manusia sebagai operatornya. Berdasarkan pengamatan, postur kerja saat bekerja dapat menimbulkan berbagai keluhan musculoskeletal pada pekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagian tubuh manakah yang berpotensi mengalami cidera musculoskeletal dengan memanfaatkan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assesment (RULA) dan Quick Exposure Check (QEC) serta memberikan rancangan perbaikan yang sesuai dengan hasil yang ditemukan. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengolah informasi berupa data postur tubuh pekerja di stasiun kerja tertentu yang kemudian diolah menggunakan metode standar RULA dan QEC. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah adanya postur kerja yang berbahaya yaitu pada Stasiun Penyaringan dan Stasiun Pencetakan dengan nilai RULA masing-masing adalah 7 dan 6 dengan kategori resiko tinggi, dan nilai QEC masing-masing 60,79% dan 64,2% dengan kategori resiko sedang. Setelah diberikan usulan perbaikan terdapat penurunan pada skor RULA di Stasiun Penyaringan dan Stasiun Pencetakan menjadi masing-masing adalah 5 dan 5 dengan kategori resiko sedang. Abstract— Production activities at small and medium industries (SMEs) Tofu X include various processes ranging from soaking the raw materials of soybean tofu to the marketing process of tofu. The factory still uses traditional methods and human labour as the operator in the process. Based on observations, work postures can cause various musculoskeletal complaints in workers. This study aims to determine which parts of the body have the potential to experience musculoskeletal injuries by utilizing the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and Quick Exposure Check (QEC) methods and provide an improvement plan that is by the results found. This research method is carried out by processing information in the form of body posture data of workers at specific workstations, which are then processed using the standard RULA and QEC methods. The results obtained are the presence of dangerous work postures at the Screening Station and Printing Station with RULA values of 7 and 6 in the high-risk category, and the QEC values, respectively, 60.79% and 64.2% in the medium-risk category. After being given the improvement model, there was a decrease in the RULA score at the Screening Station and Printing Station to 5 and 5, respectively, with a moderate risk category.

Abstract

Intisari— UPT XYZ adalah salah satu instansi yang berada di bawah Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Jawa Timur dan bergerak di bidang jasa penyamakan kulit. Dalam menjalankan proses produksi di UPT tersebut, memiliki kemungkinan terjadi kecelakaan kerja yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian pekerja maupun dari lingkungan tempat kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan identifikasi hazard yang timbul untuk setiap aktivitas pekerjaan yang dilakukan dan juga memberikan skor untuk pengelompokan kategori risiko. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode HAZOP. Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menganalisis kemungkinan kecelakaan kerja per aktivitas sekaligus memperlihatkan deviasi yang mungkin terjadi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan terdapat dua risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko rendah, sembilan risiko masuk dalam kategori risiko sedang, delapan risiko masuk dalam kategori tinggi, dan tujuh risiko masuk dalam kategori ekstrim. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan berkaitan dengan aktivitas yang masuk dalam kategori ekstrim adalah penggunaan APD yang sesuai dengan area kerja untuk meminimalkan risiko cidera saat bekerja, mengatur pencahayaan agar lebih baik di area pemotifan sehingga meminimalkan terjadinya luka bakar akibat terkena mesin pemotifan. Usulan perbaikan lainnya juga diberikan untuk risiko posisi janggal pekerja yang menyebabkan low back pain yaitu melalui sosialisasi dalam bentuk poster yang dipasang di area bekerja. Usulan perbaikan ini diberikan karena low back pain terjadi pada beberapa proses produksi penyamakan kulit. Abstract— UPT XYZ is one of the institutions under the East Java Industry and Trade Service in the field of leather tanning services. In the production process, there is the possibility of work accidents caused by negligence of workers and the workplace environment. The purpose of this study is to identify the hazards that arise for each work activity carried out and also provide a score for grouping risk categories. The method used is the HAZOP method. This method can analyse the possibility of work accidents per activity and can show deviations that may occur. Based on the results of the analysis, there are two risks in the low risk category, nine risks in the moderate risk category, eight risks in the high category, and seven risks in the extreme category. Recommendations are given for activities in the extreme category, such as use of appropriate PPE in the work area to minimize the risk of injury while working, rearrange the lighting in the patterning area so as to minimize the occurrence of burns due to being hit by a patterning machine. Recommendations are also given for risks arising from inappropriate work postures, namely through outreach in the form of posters posted in the work area. This proposed improvement is given because low back pain occurs in several leather tanning production processes.

Abstract

Intisari—Proyek Bendungan “Y” yang saat ini dikerjakan oleh PT. ABC terdiri dari dua aktivitas besar, yaitu Proyek Pabrikasi dan Proyek Instalasi. Saat ini proyek Pabrikasi sudah terselesaikan dan akan segera dilanjutkan Proyek Instalasi Komponen Hidromekanikal Bendungan “Y” yang berlokasi di Konawe, Sulawesi Tenggara. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan dari Wawancara dengan Manajer Proyek, diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan Proyek Pabrikasi Bendungan mengalami keterlambatan 30 hari dalam pelaksanaannya. Hal ini tentu menjadi sebuah peringatan sekaligus acuan bagi tim Proyek untuk memastikan bahwa untuk proyek lanjutan yaitu Proyek Instalasi Bendungan, jangan sampai terjadi keterlambatan seperti yang terjadi pada proyek sebelumnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat perencanaan dan penjadwalan Proyek Instalasi Komponen Hidromekanikal Bendungan “Y” menggunakan pendekatan Critical Path Method (CPM). Metode tersebut ditujukan untuk menganalisis aktivitas kritis yang dapat menjadi acuan untuk mengetahui durasi total proyek keseluruhan, dimana pada aktivitas kritis tersebut tidak boleh ada keterlambatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa Proyek Instalasi Komponen Hidromekanikal Bendungan “Y” memiliki jumlah aktivitas sebanyak 58 aktivitas, dan 29 diantaranya tergolong dalam aktivitas kritis yang tidak memiliki waktu longgar (slack time) untuk terjadinya penundaan atau keterlambatan. Total durasi Proyek Instalasi Komponen Hidromekanikal Bendungan “Y” secara keseluruhan yang diperoleh dari pendekatan CPM adalah 209 hari. Abstract—The “Y” Dam Project which is currently being carried out by PT. ABC consists of two major activities, namely Fabrication Project and Installation Project. At present the Fabrication project has been completed and will soon be continued by the "Y" Dam Hydromechanical Component Installation Project located in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi. Based on the data obtained from the Interview with the Project Manager, it is known that the implementation of the Dam Manufacturing Project has been delayed by 30 days in its implementation. This certainly serves as a warning as well as a reference for the Project team to ensure that for the follow-up project, namely the Dam Installation Project, there should not be delays as happened in the previous project. The purpose of this research is to plan and schedule the "Y" Dam Hydromechanical Component Installation Project using the Critical Path Method (CPM) approach. This method is intended to analyze critical activities which can be used as a reference to determine the total duration of the entire project, where there should be no delay in these critical activities. Based on the research results, it is known that the "Y" Dam Hydromechanical Component Installation Project has a total of 58 activities, and 29 of them are classified as critical activities that do not have slack time for delays or delays. The total duration of the overall “Y” Dam Hydromechanical Component Installation Project obtained from the CPM approach is 209 days.

Abstract

Intisari—Pembangunan infrastruktur pada proyek smelter Gresik membutuhkan banyak sekali precast spun pile, dimana saat ini kapasitas pabrik tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan supply harian di proyek. Untuk melayani Kapasitas produksi yang dibutuhkan adalah 80 unit/hari sedangkan kapasitas saat ini masih di bawah 50 unit/hari. Lini produksi saat ini masih menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan output dari masing-masing stasiun kerja yang ada, hal tersebut mengakibatkan adanya permasalahan delay, bottle neck dan proses produksi menjadi tidak efektif dampaknya kapasitas menjadi menurun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Line Balancing, melakukan survey langsung dengan metode Time studi, Process Activity Mapping (PAM), selanjutnya dianalisa menggunakan RCA (Root Cause Analysis) dengan wawancara terstruktur dalam mencari pemasalahan dan usulan perbaikan. Dengan metode tersebut bisa mengetahui kondisi eksisting masing-masing stasiun kerja, mengetahui aliran proses produksi, mengidentifikasi adanya pemborosan, dengan mengelompokkan tahapan proses produksi menjadi aktivitas yang Value Added (VA), Non Value Added (NVA) dan Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) dan mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi untuk dapat diberikan solusi perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan. Untuk memenuhi kapasitas produksi 80 btg per hari maka nilai Takt Time adalah 15 menit/btg. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan kondisi awal terdapat 4 stasiun kerja yang memiliki nilai Station time diatas 15 menit/btg dan memiliki nilai NVA sebesar 14,71%, setelah dilakukan analisa dan perbaikan kepada 5 variable penelitian yaitu Lini produksi, Flow Produksi, Prosedur kerja, Ketersediaan Alat dan Orang, nilai NVA dapat diturunkan menjadi 4,58% dan keseluruhan Station Time memiliki nilai dibawah 15 menit/btg sehingga target kapasitas produksi 80 btg/hari dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk evaluasi kapasitas produksi spun pile dan juga precast di pabrik lain yang ingin melakukan peningkatan kapasitas produksi agar peningkatan yang dilakukan tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan. Abstract—Infrastructure development for the Gresik smelter project requires a lot of precast spun piles, where the current factory capacity is unable to meet the project's daily supply needs. To serve the required production capacity is 80 units/day, while the current capacity is still below 50 units/day. The current production line still shows an imbalance in the output of each existing work station, this results in problems with delays, bottle necks and the production process becomes ineffective resulting in decreased capacity. This study used the Line Balancing method, conducted direct surveys using the Time Study method, Process Activity Mapping (PAM), then analyzed using RCA (Root Cause Analysis) with structured interviews to find problems and suggestions for improvements. With this method you can find out the existing conditions of each work station, know the flow of the production process, identify waste, by grouping the stages of the production process into activities that are Value Added (VA), Non Value Added (NVA) and Necessary but Non Value Added (NNVA) and know the problems that occur to be able to provide solutions for improvements that need to be done. To fulfill a production capacity of 80 units/day, the Takt Time value is 15 minutes/unit. The results of this study indicate that the initial conditions are 4 work stations that have a Station Time above 15 minutes/unit and have an NVA value of 14.71%, after analysis and improvement of 5 research variables, production lines, flow production, work procedures, availability Tools and Man Power. The NVA value can be reduced to 4.58% and the overall Station Time has a value of under 15 minutes/bob so that the production capacity target of 80 units/day can be fulfilled. This research can be used as a reference for evaluating the production capacity of spun pile and also precast in other factories that wish to increase production capacity so that the increase is carried out appropriately and as needed.

Abstract

Intisari— UKM Ikan Bandeng merupakan sebuah usaha kecil dibawah naungan BUMDES di Desa Muara Baru, yang mayoritas bekerja sebagai nelayan. Pada proses pengolahan ikan bandeng kemasan, membutuhkan waktu 8 jam tanpa waktu istirahat dan kondisi ini semakin diperparah posisi berdiri merupakan posisi yang sering dilakukan dalam pengolahan ikan bandeng, sehingga menimbulkan cidera ergonomi pada postur kerjanya dapat menyebabkan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis risiko cidera pada postur kerja pekerja industri didasarkan atas keluhan yang terjadi dengan menggunakan kuesioner NBM (Nordic Body Map), dan dilakukan penilaian postur kerja dengan menggunakan metode REBA. Metode REBA merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk penilian postur kerja yang berfokus pada seluruh bagian tubuh. Proses yang dilakukan saat ini merupakan yang berisiko dan jika dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dapat menimbulkan cidera. Didapatkan secara umum kondisi setiap stasiun kerja pada UKM Ikan Bandeng memerlukan perbaikan. Dengan keluhan paling banyak dialami oleh bagian pencucian & pemotongan serta pengolahan terjadi di tubuh bagian atas, tengah, dan bawah. Skor REBA terbesar pemisahan ikan bandeng dengan jeroan sebesar 11 pada indikator ke 4. Yang lainnya pada indikator ke-3. Maka, diberikan usulan berupa penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam memperbaiki postur kerja, serta sistem kerja yang ada pada setiap stasiun guna mengurangi musculoskeletal disorders. Abstract— SMEs Ikan Bandeng is a small business under the auspices of BUMDES in Muara Baru Village, the majority of which work as fishermen. In the process of processing packaged milkfish, it takes 8 hours without rest time and this condition is further aggravated standing position is a position that is often done in milkfish processing, resulting in ergonomic injuries in its work posture can cause musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study was conducted to analyze the risk of injury to the work posture of industrial workers based on complaints that occurred using the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire, and an assessment of work posture was carried out using the REBA method. The REBA methods are methods used for the assessment of work postures that focus on all parts of the body. The current process is risky and if done repeatedly can lead to injury. With the most complaints experienced by the washing & cutting and processing parts occur in the upper, middle, and lower body. The largest REBA score of the separation of whitefish with offal was 11 on the 4th indicator. The other is on the 3rd indicator. Thus, proposals were given in the form of the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in improving work posture, as well as the existing work system at each station to reduce musculoskeletal disorders.

Abstract

Abstract— The existence of the internet provides significant changes in people's lives, one of which is shopping activities. In 2023, Shopee occupies the first position with the most number of visitors. Shopee has a shipping service, namely Shopee Express Drop Point. Complaints from customers have been increasingly volatile, causing a decline in the company's reputation. This research needs to be conducted to find out the dimensions that significantly influence customer satisfaction and loyalty and to provide improvement guidelines for the company. The research was conducted quantitatively using a questionnaire with a sample of 223 respondents. Sampling was done using a random sampling technique. The tools used in processing the data are PLS-SEM. The results of this study are the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, accessibility, security, and empathy that have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at Shopee Express Drop Point, while customer loyalty is influenced by the dimensions of accessibility, security, and empathy. The results of this study were correlated with suggestions from respondents and review on Google Reviews to obtain a repair guide for the Shopee Express Drop Point company.

Abstract

Abstract— Solo Technopark as one of Science and Technology Area and also called STP develops economic potential and investment attractiveness in Surakarta through the presence of partners and tenants with offices in the area. Partners and tenants have the potential to become Surakarta’s revenue boosters through a lease and grant mechanism. STP has tried to maintain the satisfaction of partners and tenants, but there are still complaints from partners and tenants. It is necessary to improve the quality of service so that partners and tenants trust and stay at STP. This study uses Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) methods to overcome these problems. The entire population became respondents in this study, there are 15 partners and tenants companies with offices at STP and were determined through purposive sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaire and interview methods for the measurement period January-March 2023. The novelty of this research is combination of five dimensions of SERVQUAL, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy with technology and security factors. Through gap analysis, as many as 84% of 31 valid and reliable service quality attributes were stated by partners and tenants to be dissatisfied. The research results is eight priority service attributes to develop service quality improvement proposals. The four designs plan for improving service quality are investing in the latest technology and information, providing skilled and trained technical teams, recruiting social media specialists, and more active and creative management. Implementation of these action plan will increase partner and tenant satisfaction, but there are time and cost adjustments that need attention. This research also provides an understanding of attributes of science park services, provides guidance and recommendations in developing strategies or policies in the field of science park for managers and the government.

Abstract

Intisari— PT ABC adalah perusahaan Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) yang memproduksi dan mendistribusikan empat kategori produk berupa produk kecantikan, makanan, home care, dan personal care. Terdapat dua channel customer yaitu modern trade (MT) dan distributive trade (DT). Permasalahan terjadi pada proses bisnis order fulfilment di customer MT yaitu adanya peningkatan lead time pembayaran sejak tahun 2019 hingga 2022. Proses bisnis order fulfilment terdiri dari delapan sub proses dimulai dari sub proses customer order hingga sub proses pembayaran customer, sehingga tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor yang menimbulkan risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment, merancang model mitigasi risiko, dan menentukan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko pada proses bisnis order fulfilment tersebut. Pemetaan kejadian dan sumber risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) melalui proses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) bersama dua orang pakar, dilanjutkan penentuan langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan metode HOR 2, dan penentuan prioritas langkah mitigasi risiko menggunakan Analytical Network Process dengan kriteria Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, dan Risk (ANP BOCR). Penelitian ini menghasilkan 16 sumber risiko dan 17 langkah mitigasi risiko yang dikelompokan ke dalam lima kluster yaitu prework, eksekusi, monitoring, regulasi, dan otomasi. Hasil ANP BOCR menunjukan bahwa kluster eksekusi menjadi prioritas utama pada implementasi langkah mitigasi dengan skor 38.57. Abstract— PT ABC is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company that produces and distributes products in four categories: beauty products, food, home care, and personal care. There are two customer channels, namely modern trade (MT) and distributive trade (DT). The issue arises in the order fulfilment process for MT customers, specifically an increase in payment lead time from 2019 to 2022. The order fulfilment process consists of eight subprocesses, starting from the customer order subprocess to the customer payment subprocess. Therefore, the objective of this research is to identify factors that cause risks in the order fulfilment process, design a risk mitigation model, and determine the priority steps for risk mitigation in the order fulfilment process. Mapping of events and risk sources is conducted using the House of Risk 1 (HOR 1) method through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving two experts. This is followed by determining the risk mitigation steps using the HOR 2 method, and determining the priority steps for risk mitigation using the Analytical Network Process with the criteria of Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk (ANP BOCR). This study identifies 16 risk sources and 17 risk mitigation steps, which are grouped into five clusters: prework, execution, monitoring, regulation, and automation. The results of ANP BOCR show that the execution cluster is the top priority in implementing the risk mitigation steps, with a score of 38.57.
