Information Technology services in banking business which is very dynamic and advanced makes the bankers must adjust to the presence of this technology. In this paper, the authors will explain the role of Mobile banking technology which is provided by CIMB Niaga in servicing its customers for banking transactions. The methodology used in this paper is quantitative with the purposive sampling one. Instrument used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as developed by Parasuraman and Davis by modifying them to fit the state of the research object. This research was conducted in Jakarta and several other places. Research and data collection took 6 months from November 2015 to April 2016. The variables included trust, perceived use (PU), perceived ease of use (PEU), attitude toward use (ATU), Intent to use (ITU), and actual use (AU). After the data were collected, the regression analysis was performed. From the analysis result it was found that trust and perceived use (PU) variables did not positively and significantly influence the intent to use (ITU) variable, as well as the perceived use variables (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEU) which have no significant and positive effect on attitude variable on usage (ATU). For that case, the authors propose an improvement strategy to maintain and grow this business forward.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of institutional image on students loyalty trough word of mouth at Sultan Agung Islamic University. The type of research used in this study is hypothesis testing. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. After distributing the relevant questionnaires among 99 students, all usable questionnaires are returned. Then the data collections are analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research findings show that institutional image has a positive significant effect on word of mouth and students loyalty. Then, word of mouth has a positive significant effect on loyalty. The research has given description well that Institutional Image and word of mouth variables still give positive contribution toward students loyalty in Sultan Agung Islamic University.

This study develops the role of service quality both internal and external service quality to improve customer satisfaction at shariah banking service office in DKI Jakarta province. This study discusses the study on two areas of science namely Human Resource Management and marketing management science. The target in this study was 121 shariah banking service offices. Sample is selected using purposive sampling. The liniear Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was adopted to verfy the model. The results are (1) internal service quality has a positive significant and direct influence on external service quality (2) external service quality has a positive significant and direct influence on customer satisfaction (3) internal service quality has significantly positive influence on external service quality, which in turn affects the customer satisfaction in a significant and positive manner. In summary, the external service quality has a partially mediating effect.

The objective of the study was to analyze the growth of the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia based on emprical data of the last 12 years to forecast the number of domestic passenger for 2016-2021 by using panel data modeling with random effects model technique. The research using independent variable air traffic, ticket prices and per capita income has never been done in the Indonesia’s aviation industry, but research with the same model ever done in the industry of electrical household. The results of the study are useful for strategic planning for companies in developing the market and government of Republic of Indonesia to determine the right public policies needed to support the aviation industry development which able to accelerate economic growth, ensure the safety and convenient of air transport passengers and the sustainability of aviation industry. The results of this study indicate that the variable number of air traffic can be explained by ninety one point eleven percent by variable number of air traffic, yield and per capita income and has a close relationship to the number of domestic passengers in Indonesia.

Turnover intention has been an important issue in any organization; management has long recognized that low turnover intention of employees is helpful for consequently obtaining high organizational performance and avoiding the potential costs related to recruiting and training new employees. This study aims to examine the impact of work life policies, work life conflict, job stress dan loneliness on turnover intentions at a private university in Batam. A total of 101 completed responses were collected in the survey. The sampling method in this research is done with the approach of non-probability sampling with the convinience sampling. The data analysis technique used was the technique of multiple regression analyisis. The findings of this research showed that work life policies and job stress have negative and significant impact on turnover intentions. Work life conflict and loneliness have positive and significant impact on turnover intentions. The managerial implications of this research have several limitations such as taking only one university and some faculties of full time lecturer which become the object of research. Moreover, researcher was not able to spend a lot of time at the organisation for collecting the data from the respondents. This research suggest that further investigation needs to be expanded by taking some of the objects that are similar research at the education industry or other industries, and by increasing the sample size to improve the results of consistency.

Based on preliminary studies it was found that employee performance has not been optimal. Some of an important factor that was found supposedly competency and organizational culture is an important factor that is most dominant. As a prominent factor of employee performance, organization culture and competency has been given much attention, as well as the influence of competency and organizational culture to employees performance either partially and simultaneously. Research method used in this research descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sample in this research is employees of PT PLN (Persero) Area Karawang. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional method whereas the method of analysis used is path analysis. The result of research shows that there is a strong correlation among competency and organizational culture. The hypotheses for the partial impact of competency and organizational culture toward employee performance employee are all accepted. Simultaneous influence competency and organizational culture toward performance of employee gives a significant effect.

This study uses credibility, informative, hedonic/ pleasure and good for economy to analyze the effect of the consumers' attitude towards advertising. Methodology of data collection is done by attitude scale using questioner with the number of respondents as many as 300 sheets distributed. The results showed that credibility, informative, hedonic/ pleasure and good for economy simultaneously have significant effect on the consumers' attitude towards advertising. Credibility has positive and significant effect on consumers' attitude towards advertising. Informative has positive and significant effect on the consumers' attitude towards advertising. Hedonic/ pleasure has positive and significant effect on the consumers' attitude towards advertising. Good for economy has positive and significant effect on the consumers' attitude towards advertising.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of philanthropy responsibility and ethical responsibility towards customer purchase behavior and customer loyalty on fast food restaurants. The research was conducted by using quantitative research design and hypothetical testing to explore philanthropic responsibility, ethical responsibility, customer purchase behavior, and customer loyalty variables. Samples were taken from 186 respondents of employee population in Jakarta. Structural equation modeling was used in order to test the proposed hypotheses. Research result showed the positive and significant impact of philanthropic responsibility towards customer purchase behavior. On contrary, there was no positive ethical responsibility impact found towards customer purchase behavior. These findings are supported by the fact that the majority of consumers purchased fast food base on impulsive buying and not driven by the fast food restaurants ethically responsible behavior. However, the research does show a positive and significant impact of customer purchase behavior on customer loyalty. Further research recommendation should be taken from more respondents in a broader population area. Companies are suggested to approach a strategic and relevant caused-related marketing and caused promotions in relation to philanthropy responsibility to increase customer purchase behavior.

This study aims to identify and measure the influence of knowledge management process on job performance mediated by knowledge management performance. The number of non managerial employees amounted 112 people as respondents. The method to collecting the data uses census by distributing questionnaires to all respondents. The design of the study is hypothesis testing with structural equation modeling (SEM) as a tool of analysis. The findings are that the knowledge management process has a positive influence on knowledge management performance, knowledge management performance has a positive influence on job performance, knowledge management process has positive effect on job performance, and knowledge management process has positive effect on job performance mediated by knowledge management performance. Managerial implications are the departments in which employees work should appreciate employees who provide new ideas and knowledge to the company. In addition, the management should provide an opportunity for employees to share knowledge with other employees and solve existing problems.

This study aims to explore the effect of job demands on turnover intention with job stress as mediating variable on employees that have been working less than sixth years. Sampling method used is the purposive-non probability sampling, where 100 employees of head office PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk were taken as respondents. Method of data analysis used is path analysis, the simple mediation model. Data were processed with macro and syntax from Preacher-Hayes 2013. The results of this study indicates that the effect of job demands on turnover intention was not mediated by job stress. Job demands and job stress influence significantly toward turnover intention, but job demands have no significant impact on job stress.
