Abstract

The Field Work Practice Program is one of the programs to support aspects of the expertise of every tertiary student. Field Work Practice is a form of direct activity in the world of work. This program is expected to increase knowledge about activities that occur within a company and can also support theoretical knowledge from lecture material. Field Work Practices are carried out at PT Intercon Terminal Indonesia with the hope of obtaining information and knowledge in the field directly according to the chosen field. The author records data and inputs data to the company's website based on transactions that occur in the company sent via company email. In addition, after participating in Field Work Practice activities, you can also add insight into how the actual accounting cycle in a company is. Provide new experiences for students about how the world of work actually is, interact with many people, how to discuss to solve problems, and also provide knowledge that is very useful for students when they are already in the world of work

Abstract

In any business, whether it is a large-scale enterprise or a small and medium-sized business (MSME), it is essential to calculate the Cost of Production to determine the selling price accurately. The purpose of providing assistance in determining the cost of production and selling price to the entrepreneurs of processed fish products in Karang Anyar village is to increase their knowledge and improve the profits of the "krupuk bandeng" (processed milkfish crackers) business. These entrepreneurs face various challenges, such as limited supply of raw milkfish due to the timing of the harvest, as the fish breeding areas are located in salt fields. This situation affects their potential income negatively. So far, these entrepreneurs have been determining the cost of production using traditional methods, where they accumulate all the costs of purchasing raw materials without considering labor costs, or they estimate it as best as they can. Additionally, when setting the selling price, they merely follow the prevailing market prices. Through this assistance, they will acquire fundamental knowledge in determining the cost of production and selling price of their processed fish products, even during non-harvest seasons of milkfish.

Abstract

This community service aims to implement Android-based learning by using Flutter to make youth youth organizations RT 01 RW 05 get good results. Lots of teenagers. For this reason, we provide the best solution in utilizing face-to-face meetings which must be carried out effectively, efficiently, and easily accessible to the students who are mentored, especially for Karang Taruna Youth. By utilizing applications that are in accordance with the needs of supervisors and students not closing teaching and learning activities in Flutter based on Android, namely providing an understanding in making android applications, ready or not, the Flutter method needs to be carried out according to their abilities so that the teaching and learning process continues and the foundation needs to prepare children under his guidance to be creative, smart, and innovative..

Abstract

Banking is a business entity trusted by the public to collect and manage their savings. In banks, there are many types of transactions and activities provided for community services that called customers. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia is the intended business entity to implement economic science and a form of community service through banking services. Implementing Merdeka Learning Campus Program at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Branch A. Rivai Palembang as a form of community service through banking services such as printing bank statements, unblocking pension customer accounts, managing Non-Tax State Revenue, People's Business Credit programs, and managing bank administration. The method of implementing the MBKM program follows procedures from the university and the bank, namely filing and cooperation agreement (MoU). The result of the implementation of MBKM is that the author gets an expansion in knowledge in the field of banking which can then be evaluated as an initial step in self-development and preparation for the world of work in the future.

Abstract

The background of this research is to find out and analyze how to implement local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri. This study uses a case study method with a type of qualitative research. Researchers use this type of qualitative research, because this type of qualitative research is a method that focuses on the involvement of the interpretation of researchers who try to interpret stakeholder behavior in a phenomenon that they experience. In this case, the application of local wisdom-based character education management in developing local potential at MTs Nurul Fajri shows that character education has such a big impact on stakeholders in the school environment. So that all stakeholders in the school environment are expected not only to learn and know about science, but also to be able to shape the personality of students who have character values based on local wisdom.

Abstract

This Community Service was carried out at Pondok Ranggon 04 Pagi Elementary School. Partner problems, namely: Teachers do not understand to find a focus on problems in PTK, Teachers are not yet motivated in making scientific work, especially in class action research, Teachers have not designed PTK Proposals properly and correctly. Solutions to partner problems namely: Providing delivery of material to teachers about Classroom Action Research (PTK), Providing assistance to teachers regarding the study of Classroom Action Research (PTK) proposals that have been made by teachers as an effort to improve teacher abilities, Increase teacher understanding and motivation in designing work scientific especially in Classroom Action Research. The planned community service activities are carried out in two online days and one offline day in the form of training using lecture methods, demonstrations and practice of writing PTK proposals as an effort to improve teacher abilities. The stages of implementing community service that will be carried out are as follows: Preparation Stages, Implementation Stages, Monitoring and Evaluation Stages, Publications, PKM Reports, Post Program Follow-ups.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi dan pemanfaatan lahan wilayah Kelurahan Kalisegoro sebagai daerah yang mandiri di dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan bahan pangan di wilayahnya juga untuk menyangga wilayah dan pembagian tugas pokok serta fungsi dalam memilih hasil tanaman yang akan menjadi budi daya tanaman yang bisa dikonsumsi masyarakat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik berkat kerjasama antar panitia serta dukungan berbagai pihak. Telah diidentifikasi mengenai potensi tanaman yaitu Urban Farming yang banyak memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dan kelompok-kelompok tani guna mendukung rintisan Urban Farming di Kelurahan Kalisegoro Kecamatan Gunungpati Kota Semarang

Abstract

MSIB is part of the Kampus Merdeka program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the lecture classroom. There are many partners who participate and contribute in honing student knowledge, one of which is the Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta or commonly known as DIY UKM DISCOP. DIY Cooperative and SME Office Certified is an activity designed to solve problems in Cooperative and SME Assistance in the 2023 Modern Cooperative Pilot. It is expected that after participating in this program, participants will master how to identify a cooperative in order to better utilize the presentation of data. Students who graduate in this program are expected to be able to also compile plans in business development in a company.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan pemanfaatan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat untuk mendukung rintisan kawasan wisata. Tujuan selanjutnya adalah pembagian tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing kelembagaan dalam rintisan Kawasan Wisata Kelurahan Kalisegoro.Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik berkat kerjasama antar panitia serta dukungan berbagai pihak. Telah diidentifikasi mengenai potensi dan pemanfaatan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat untuk mendukung rintisan Kawasan Wisata. Kelurahan Kalisegoro sebagai kawasan wisata telah disepakati pembagian tugas pokok dan fungsi dari masing-masing kelembagaan, dalam kelembagaan POKDARWIS tergabung beberapa grup yang merupakan unit produktif yang menghasilkan produk kuliner, kesenian maupun agro wisata. Kedepannya diupayakan terbentuk unit produksi, akomodasi dan aksesibilitas

Abstract

Village administrative governance is very important in the administration of village governance. Because the village government will be able to carry out its duties properly and correctly if it is supported by good village administrative management. This research was conducted to explain the administrative governance of the Kalisegoro village, Ngijo Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang. By using a qualitative design, it was found that transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, as well as equality and fairness are aspects that need to be carried out in realizing administrative governance of the Kalisegoro sub-district, Ngijo Gunung Pati sub-district, Semarang.
