Abstract

UMKM is a trading business that is managed individually. And from the survey results, it can be seen that there are more than 20 SMEs with various types of existing businesses. Most of the businesses that are run are designing or grocery stores. Apart from that, there are also many umkm with processed food. Of the many SMEs, many still lack knowledge about branding and bookkeeping. Therefore, the purpose of this service is to help SMEs in Tegalrejo Village, especially UMKM Bila Catering and UMKM Tahu Tempe Pantura in the business development process in the form of product branding and digital bookkeeping. The methods used are survey methods, socialization, and mentoring. The result of this activity program is that MSME actors understand and understand more about what needs to be done in the business development process. As well as MSME actors can develop the next product branding and can record finances easily and quickly independently by using digital bookkeeping through the shop book application.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses run by small people with limited capital and applying fairly simple technology. One of the UMKM in Tegalrejo Village is Pak Sugik's UMKM Tahu Tempe "Pantura". Based on the results of a field survey, it was shown that in terms of business financial management, UMKM Tahu Tempe Pantura Pak Sugik had not kept bookkeeping. Therefore the purpose of this community service activity is to increase the understanding of Mr. Sugik's "Pantura" Tahu Tempe UMKM regarding the importance of keeping bookkeeping records and understanding how to carry out simple bookkeeping records. The method used in writing this journal is the survey method, the lecture method and the mentoring method. The results of this program of activity are that the UKM Know Tempe "Pantura" Mr. Sugik can be more aware of the importance of keeping bookkeeping records and can keep bookkeeping records independently either by using manual record keeping or digital bookkeeping.

Abstract

Tourism in a regional area has an influence on the economy of the regional community which can cause externalities, an externality is an activity of one party that affects another party without any accountability from the first party, this understanding is a negative externality which describes an impact that is not desired by other parties. The purpose of this service is to know the externalities that occur and efforts to overcome the externalities that occur. This trial was conducted using the Participation Action Research method. The results of this service are the positive externalities that occur in the Sumbergondo village tourism object, namely an increase in community income, employment, increased quality of life for the community, reduced unemployment, increased village income, development of MSMEs. The negative externalities that occur are noise, damaged infrastructure, traffic jams and social inequality or disparities and the community's expectations for the negative externalities that occur, namely the distribution of development considering that there are natural resources that need to be utilized properly.

Abstract

The Kucur Aren swimming pool is a tourist attraction located in Wonokerto Village, Wonosalam District, Jombang Regency. The Covid-19 pandemic caused this tour to be abandoned for approximately three years. This community service activity aims to provide waste bin facilities by recycling paint bucket waste as an appropriate technology that can support the revitalization process and develop the tourist attraction of the Kucur Aren swimming pool. The method used in this research is Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) which involves the community as partners and emphasizes the values of social transformation, collaboration, and community empowerment. The result of this activity is the reopening of the Kucur Aren swimming pool as a tourist destination equipped with various supporting facilities.

Abstract

The Merdeka Campus Program is intended for students from various majors and tertiary institutions throughout Indonesia. The Teaching Campus Program at SDN 03 Kranggan was attended by 5 students from Malang State University and Malang Islamic University. One of the programs held by students is training in the use and application of technology for teachers at SDN 03 Kranggan, Ngajum, Malang. This activity was carried out on May 27 2023 in a class 5 room at SDN 3 Kranggan. This activity was attended by 9 school teachers and campus students teaching as presenters. The response from the teachers seemed enthusiastic in participating in this activity. Based on the results of the training on the use and application of technology, it showed an increase in teacher competence before and after training. application of technology, it showed an increase in teacher competence before and after training.

Abstract

Publication of scientific papers is one of the demands of a continuous professional development model for teachers. The obligation of scientific publications enhances the tradition of a teacher's scientific culture. This is also related to the increase in the teacher's functional position and the credit score. But in reality, scientific publications for teachers are still in the sufficient category. The partner for this community service activity is SDN Sumerwelut III, where the problem faced is the teacher's lack of knowledge in technical terms of publishing scientific papers. In addition, it is a new thing for SDN Sumerwelut III to publish in OJS-based scientific journals. This PKM activity provides a solution for partners in the form of OJS-based scientific work publication training so that teacher professionalism increases. The objectives of this activity: (1) Provide teachers with an understanding of the urgency of scientific research and publication as part of the teacher's professionalism obligations in developing knowledge; (2) Provide additional knowledge about the publication of scientific papers; (3) Introducing OJS-based online scientific journals as a forum for teachers to publish scientific papers. Activities are carried out through intensive training and mentoring methods.

Abstract

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a strategy for a company or organization that aims to manage interactions with customers. The benefit of implementing CRM is to maintain reciprocal relationships with customers so that they can increase benefits for the company and increase customer satisfaction itself. In the context of public services and population administration, residents are considered as customers. One agency that implements CRM in its service process is the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district. CRM helps manage the relationship between the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district and residents so that it can improve service quality and citizen satisfaction in terms of population administration. The forms of CRM carried out by the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district are by conducting services at RW halls, utilizing the use of social media, putting up leaflets, and conducting outreach. The method used in this journal is a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research results were obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and the author's observation of the events that occurred. The conclusion of this journal is that the CRM method implemented by the Wonorejo Rungkut sub-district has an impact on increasing the satisfaction felt by residents when managing population administration. Abstract

Education as one of the fields that plays an important role in improving the progress of the nation. In order for the education and learning process to run effectively, management is needed in educational units starting from elementary to secondary education, which is school-based management. The process of forming exam anxiety can be described by the presence of a stimulus in the form of an image of a potential threat or danger that appears just before the exam. Triggers of anxiety before exams are influenced by irrational thoughts, for example not being able to answer exam questions, getting grades below school competency standards, answer sheets not being scanned by a computer and not believing in one's own abilities. According to Soetartawi, the trigger for anxiety before exams is irrational thinking in students so that it gives a negative response to students. Research shows that 80% of success is determined by emotional factors, while intellectual factors only play a role of 20%. The main problem with emotional barriers in facing exams is a lack of self-confidence. As soon as you enter the exam room, you suddenly feel like going back, anxious, nervous, too cautious and afraid of being wrong. This makes students think that all questions look difficult. School exams are one of the requirements for grade promotion and graduation for students. Handling the level of anxiety before exams can help students increase their confidence in their abilities and prevent students from failing when taking school exams. The method of this service is carried out by means of lectures which are attended by class 9A from SMP N 1 Juwiring. The result of this dedication is obtained in the form of an informant's understanding related to how to overcome anxiety or anxiety management when individuals experience anxiety.

In the digital era, which is inseparable from social media among teenagers, it provides a great opportunity for content creators to be creative by making it a business field. The purpose of community service is to motivate teenagers in Banjar Kemuning Village to create business opportunities as content creators. Methods used with lectures. The result of community service is that the training of creator business opportunities among millennial teenagers provides a way to earn income by becoming content creators on social media.
