Abstract

Learning at the level of any educational unit will really need communication, because communication plays an important role in the learning process. Without effective communication the learning process will not be optimal. On this basis it is very important for educators to master communication skills so that learning is carried out effectively and achieves the expected goals. Freedom to learn in early childhood education is specified as freedom to play, where students are facilitated with freedom to learn and play so that their growth and development can develop optimally. Language skills for early childhood is one aspect of development that is very important to develop. From this language ability students will be able to develop other abilities such as understanding concepts, interacting with others, developing imagination and creation and so on. These three pillars-communication skills, independent play, and language skills-are things that need special attention in order to improve the quality of early childhood education. In connection with these three pillars, the Early Childhood Education Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya carries out Community Service in the form of Freedom-Based Communication Skills Training, Free Learning to Play, to Develop Children's Language Skills in Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 14 Kindergarten, Surabaya, with the aim improve knowledge and communication skills for teachers to develop children's language skills based on independent learning to play independently.

Abstract

There is a market opportunity to develop papaya fruit to be produced into products of economic value. This community service is carried out with the aim of increasing the knowledge and skills of the community, especially housewives in Helumo Village, Suwawa District, Bone Bolango Regency in utilizing papaya fruit as a processed jam product. The counseling and training methods for making papaya into jam are used by the Service Team. The results of the service show that housewives who are trained can make papaya into processed jam as an alternative product solution that can be produced to increase family income.

Abstract

Model CBT yang ditetapkan Kepala Kelurahan adalah Organisasi Pengelola Desa Wisata dapat memanfaatkan aset milik Kelurahan untuk kegiatan wisata dan melayani paket-paket wisata, sementara Pokdarwis sebagai kelompok masyarakat yang rencananya akan menyediakan unit-unit layanan wisata dari aset milik masyarakat. Untuk memadukan kelembagaan dan kemitraan dengan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat dan multi pihak, maka tim Pengabdian menyusun konsep pendampingan kelembagaan yang diarahkan pada kemampuan menyelenggarakan event rintisan Kelurahan Kalisegoro.Kegiatan Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi Potensi dan pemanfaatan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat untuk Mendukung Rintisan Desa Wisata, pembagian Tugas Pokok dan Fungsi masing-masing kelembagaan dalam rintisan Desa Wisata Di Kelurahan Kalisegoro dan Pembentukan Pokdarwis Keluarahan KalisegoroPelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini secara umum sudah berjalan dengan baik berkat kerjasama antar panitia serta dukungan berbagai pihak. Telah diidentifikasi mengenai potensi dan pemanfaatan kelompok-kelompok masyarakat untuk mendukung rintisan Kawasan Wisata. Kelurahan Kalisegoro sebagai kawasan wisata telah disepakati pembagian tugas pokok dan fungsi dari masing-masing kelembagaan, dalam kelembagaan POKDARWIS tergabung beberapa grup yang merupakan unit produktif yang menghasilkan produk kuliner, kesenian maupun agro wisata. Abstract

Emotion regulation is an individual's ability to regulate emotions. Everyone does emotional regulation to be able to control his life. This dedication is based on the low student learning outcomes that are influenced by emotional regulation. The purpose of this service is to describe emotion regulation, learning outcomes, and identify the relationship between emotion regulation and learning outcomes for class VII students at SMP Negeri 3 Mojolaban. The data collection method for this service is teaching and discussion. Informants or subjects in this service were teenagers with class VII status at SMP Negeri 3 Mojolaban. The result of this dedication is that students have emotional regulation, there are some subjects who are lazy to study so that learning outcomes are low where all subjects can or try to control and resolve emotions which arise when the level of intensity is right to achieve a goal. Conclusion: from the dedication carried out by the resource persons it can be explained that several grade VII students at Mojolaban 3 Public Middle School still cannot find ways to process their emotions, find it difficult to control themselves, and have low learning abilities.

Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan salah satu masa yang dilewati dalam setiap perkembangan individu. Salah satunya pada remaja SMA, Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) telah memasuki masa remaja yang memiliki rentang usia antara 15-18 tahun. Sikap kepercayaan diri dalam diri remaja merupakan perwujud dari puasnya diri remaja terhadap kualitas kemampuan dirinya yang nyata. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah ceramah dan diskusi. Informan atau subjek dalam pengabdian ini adalah siswa- siswi SMAN 2 Karanganyar kelas 11 IPS 1. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan motivasi dan dukungan kepada remaja untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh narasumber dapat dijelaskan bahwa remaja sudah memiliki sikap kepercayaan diri yang tinggi meskipun ada beberapa yang masih belum yakin terhadap dirinya sendiri.

Abstract

Communication, Information and Education (IEC) is a process of delivering messages of exchange of thoughts or information in order to create a sense of mutual understanding and mutual trust for the realization of a good relationship between one person and another. In addition, it can positively influence public health behavior, by using various principles and methods of communication, both using interpersonal communication and mass communication. This is influenced by the limited contraceptive options available, the fear of experiencing side effects, knowledge, attitudes and actions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of Communication, Information and Education (KIE) with the lecture method and leaflet media on the decision making of Fertility Couples (PUS) in choosing contraceptives in the working area of Bangun Rejo village , Tanjung Morawa sub-district. This type of research uses a quasi-experimental with re-treatment design (Pretest and Posttest Group Design), where this design uses the first observation group (Pretest), the sample used is 40 people in the group Lecture method, and goup leaflet. The results of the T-test showed that the post-test knowledge of the lecture method was 11.87 and the post-test knowledge of the leaflet method was 10.47 where the lecture method was more effective in increasing the knowledge of respondents about choosing contraceptives, the attitude test of the lecture method was 39.33 and the post-test attitude. leaflet method is 31.53 where the lecture method is more effective in increasing the knowledge of respondents about the choice of contraceptives,. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and actions pretest and posttest after being given intervenes with lecture and leaflet methods. Suggestions are expected that good cooperation in order to achieve effective decision-making begins with the BKKBN which provides socialization to health workers on contraceptives

Abstract

The use of digital technology has permeated various aspects of daily life, even in remote villages such as Desa Larangan Luar Pamekasan. In addition to providing significant benefits, these technological advances also bring new challenges related to privacy and data security. This research aims to raise awareness of digital law and privacy protection in Larangan Luar Village through a structured educational approach. Involving village youth as the main target group, the community service programme included digital law education sessions, workshops on digital privacy and security, and interactive discussion forums. Pre- and post-programme surveys showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of digital law, with an average increase of around 35%. In addition, the evaluation also revealed that approximately 85% of participants had adopted new digital security practices after participating in the programme.

Abstract

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy encourages the growth of economic communities in tourism villages based on the creative economy. Since being declared as a creative village in 2022, Bojong village, Kuningan Regency has been encouraged to develop. The problem faced by the creative economy community is that it is not yet popular, product packaging has not met the criteria of the creative economy. This community service activity aims to help increase the popularity of Bojong creative village and standardize MSME products towards creative economy products. The service method is carried out through socialization, FGD, and training. This activity has succeeded in increasing the understanding of the economy community from 50% to 80%, increasing popularity through TV and online media coverage, improving the quality of packaging, export packages and promotional fliers, and obtaining two achievements, namely the district level and provincial level in the culinary field.

Abstract

In community development, inclusive leadership is crucial for empowering and involving young people. This research uses a participatory approach to understand how inclusive leadership positively affects communities and the unique contributions of young individuals. The findings shape an implementation program, including leader training and strategies for enhancing youth participation. Continuous evaluation ensures the program's success and adaptability. The discussion highlights the need for collaboration, community education, and ongoing evaluation. In conclusion, inclusive leadership is essential for creating a fair, sustainable, and innovative society, prioritizing positive changes and strengthening the role of young people in sustainable development.
