Abstract

Loading and unloading labor is one of the most important factors in supporting the success of loading and unloading activities at the port. The availability of loading and unloading labor with sufficient skills and with the right amount is always the goal of the loading and unloading. The formulation of the problem to be discussed is how the labor loading and unloading work system by the Unloading Labor Cooperative at the Boom Baru Port of Palembang. This research is a qualitative study using primary data through field observations and interviews with qualitative descriptive analysis. Unloading / Loading Workers or Unloading Workers at Boom Baru Palembang have a work system consisting of two shifts, with a count of 1 shift will work for 8 hours cut 1 hour rest ie shift 1 from 08.00 to 16.00 WIB and shift 2 from 16.00 to 24.00 WIB, and wages will be paid after the loading and unloading works are completed.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence level of motivation and work satisfaction on teacher’s performance based on the certification status at Vocational High Schools in Sukarami district Palembang. There were two problems in this study (1) Is there any influence of motivation and work satisfaction simultaneously on teacher’s performance based on certification status at Vocational High Schools in Sukarami district Palembang, and (2) Is there any influence of motivation and satisfaction on the teacher’s performance partially on teacher’s performance based on certification status at Vocational High Schools in Sukarami district Palembang. According to the test results based on multiple linear regression showed that (1) There was a positive influence and significant correlation between the variables of motivation and work satisfaction on teacher’s performance based on certification status, (2) There was a positive and significant influence between the variables of motivation on teacher’s performance based on certification status, (3) There was no positive and significant influence between the variables of work satisfaction on teacher’s performance based on certification status, (4) Certification status gave a positive and significant impact on teacher’s performance.

Abstract

Innovation is a potential that is very meaningful for one's life. Through innovation, a person will be able to find ways to solve the problems they face effectively and efficiently so that they are more likely to succeed in the future. The purpose of this study will look at the relationship between motivation and human behavior with innovations carried out in organizations or work. Based on research that has been done, the hypothesis that states there is a positive relationship between motivation in innovation can be accepted. Motivation contributed 28.78% to innovate. This means that the higher the motivation, the higher the innovation. The hypothesis which states that there is a positive relationship between human behavior / self-concept can be accepted in innovation. Human behavior / self-concept contributes to innovation by 40.58%.

Abstract

Warehousing is a process of logistical activities / goods in warehouses, both administrative and operational that are related to administration, work procedures and spatial planning, starting from receiving, recording, importing, storing, storing, regulating, accounting, maintaining, spending and distribution activities that end on the warehouse manager's accountability report. The series of activities is to support a work unit system in order to achieve the overall effectiveness goals of the organization's efficiency body. This study is to see how the role of warehouses in the service of goods in port by PT. Fauhan Logistics Palembang and How is the mechanism of quality and quantity when the goods / cargo are in the warehouse by PT. Fauhan Logistics Palembang, This research is a qualitative descriptive study that is an evaluation research that aims to assess the extent to which the variables studied are in accordance with the specified benchmarks. In the service of goods provided by PT. Fauhan Logistics Palembang is transporting rubber from factories to then be stored and shipped to the destination country. In service, the warehouse plays a very important role during the preparation of goods, namely as a distribution center for goods to be sent, requires a place to store before it can be sent. The quality and quantity mechanism when the goods / cargo is in the warehouse starts from Before carrying out the accumulation of goods / cargo in the warehouse, the shipper must show the documents required by the warehouse. Warehouse documents that must be prepared include but not limited to incoming Delivery Order and Shipping instructions, which explain everything about the item in full, ranging from type of goods, quantity of goods, size of goods, shipper, loading and unloading company, name of ship, port of destination , then the goods will be piled into the warehouse and will wait for the process to be shipped according to the specified schedule. Handling of goods activities in the port stacking warehouse, namely receiving goods, storing goods in accordance with its requirements, maintaining goods, maintaining cleanliness of the space where the goods are stored and removing goods according to the needs.

Abstract

Business strategy in digital era is refers to consumer satisfaction that should be a concern for companies to attempt in business. Consumer satisfaction is determined by the quality of service provided by the company in order with consumer expectations. Consumer satisfaction is the expectation and performance carried out on demand. Consumer satisfaction means that the company's performance is the same as with the expected by consumers. One effort that can be done by companies to find out the services provided is by analyzing the level of consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction is a measure of the company's success in providing services. The implementation of marketing products and services is inseparable from the satisfaction of consumers / customers. The measurement process starts from determining who will be served, then monitored from the desired quality level and made a marketing strategy. This research was conducted at the Anisyah Rasyid Florist, with the object of research in Anisyah Rasyid Florist consumers. The method used is interview, observation, and questionnaire. Analysis data used the descriptive quantitative analysis, using the equation method: IKP = PP-EX, respondent characteristics and analysis of the consumer level suitability that is by comparing the level of consumer expectations with the level of real performance on Anisyah Rasyid Florist. The results, that all service quality indicators get positive scores. All respondents showed great expectations for all indicators used in measuring the quality of services provided. The conclusion is from the nine indicators of consumer service quality used the level of satisfaction is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cointegration and the causal relationship between Islamic banks’ financing to economic growth in the province of South Sumatera.This research is used quarterly data from bi.go.id from 2010-2019. Research data were estimate by unit root test, Johansen cointegration test, VAR analize, impluse response, variance decompositionand Granger causality using Eviews program 6.The results of this research by Johansen cointegration test, it is found that there were no long-run equilibriun relationship between Islamic banks’ finance to economic growth in South Sumatera. The results of this research by Granger causality test, it is found that there were no causal relationship Islamic banks’ finance to economic growth in South Sumatera using critical value of 5 per cent, because of the probability values generated exceeds a critical value of 5 per cent or 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of promotions carried out by companies in increasing sales and also to find out whether promotional costs have an influence on sales volume. The analysis technique used Linear Regression results of calculations Y = 904.45 + 1.10 (X) From the calculations above the increase in promotional costs will increase sales volume. Correlation Analysis Results can be r = 0.8772 or close to 1 this means the relationship between promotional costs and the number of sales has a strong and direct relationship or in other words the promotional costs incurred by the company affect the number of sales.

Abstract

Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Indonesia (LP3I) Palembang Potensia is an educational institution that aims to provide good service to its customers. In this study looked at the effect of service quality on student satisfaction at the Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Indonesia (LP3I) Palembang. Based on the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Index that refers to KEPMENPAN Number KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2/2004, an index number of 35.00 is obtained at intervals of 20.00 - 40.00. Based on the service quality index, the service quality of the Lembaga Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Indonesia (LP3I) Potensia is at the level of "D". This shows that the LP3I Potensia Palembang services in 2019 overall quality of service included in the category of not good.

Abstract

The raw material is the most important factor or can be regarded as a major element in a production process but without the supply of raw materials and monitors, a good planning will be the bottleneck in the production process. Problems of planning and supervision to determine the investment in inventories of raw materials is an important issue in any company because it has a direct effect on the company’s material. The production process in the company can not run optimally. Ordering supplies and raw materials should be adjusted to the magnitude of the needs. Calculation Economic Order Quantity is expected to finish due to the excess and shortage of raw materials, so that the company can make the production process optimally. The results showed that the planning and supervision greatly affect the production process at CV. Permata. Total purchases of invitation papers were decline leads to a lack of raw material inventory in the warehouse and the lack of planning and supervision of the production process and raw materials, so that in the event of sudden demand, unexpected consumer company could not meet the demand. The results of the analysis of the correlation method with causal and time series methods seen that the production and sales amount in 2009 decreased, which affected the company's revenue.

Abstract

Based on the results of the study showed that the PUAP program in the City of Prabumulih, in general has been implemented according to procedures established by the Ministry of Agriculture, The influence of external environmental factors (environmental factors) namely cultural, social and political factors at one target group location, which causes delays in the distribution / realization of PUAP BLM funds, found factors that strengthen the implementation of the program include: Communication about the substance of the program delivered with both through socialization activities, Availability of field implementor human resources (advisors and PMT), Existence and self-help in Gapoktan sourced from principal savings, mandatory savings and voluntary savings, are strengthening community capital in Gapoktan institutions in addition to BLM PUAP stimulant funds, Team Resources resources authority Strong PUAP technique, High commitment and motivation from field implementation and found factors that weaken PUAP program implementation which include: Limitation of Gapoktan management human resources, Lack of budgetary resources, Limited resource authority for instructors, Lim sumberdaya limited information resources related to reporting mechanisms and the importance of reporting implementation even though our reporting technical has been consulted by PMT and the Provincial PUAP Guidance Team and declared no problem, Inadequate facility resources (supporting facilities) inhibited Fragmentation due to lack of coordination between the teams.
