Abstract

The School Committee is an independent body of institution, formed based on democratic deliberations by educational stakeholders at the level of the education unit as a representation of verious elements responsible for improving the quality of the process and results of education. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Permendikbud Number 75 of 2016 concerning School Committees in the South Sumatra Province Educational Office ( Case Study Article 4 verse 1 in Vocational High School 2 Palembang ), and to find out the factors that support and hinder the implementation of Permendikbud Number 75 of 2016 concerning School Committees at the office of Education in South Sumatra province (Case Study Article 4 verse 1 in Vocational High School 2 Palembang). To clear illustrate the factors that have an important influences on the implementation of Permendikbud Number 75 of 2016 concerning School Committees in the South Sumatra Province Educational Office ( Case Study Article 4 Paragraph 1 in Vocational High School 2 Palembang ), the implementation model according to Marilee S. Grindle, where implementation is influenced by two big variables, namely : Policy Content and Implementation Environment. In this study, researchers used qualitative research. Informants in this study, namely : Chairperson of the School Committee as a key informant, while the Principal, Teachers, and Parents / Guardians of Students as supporting informants. Data collection techniques through : observation, interview, and documentation. Technical data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or data verification. Based on the analysis of researchers found that the implementation of Permendikbud Number 75 of 2016 South Sumatra Province ( Case Study Article 4 Paragraph in Vocational High School 2 Palembang ) in its implementation has been classified as good. Inhibiting factors in the participation of parents of students is still lacking, the difficulty in gathering parents because of the busy schedule of each parents. Supporting factors in the implementation of the School Committee include : strengthening the institutional committee of the School Committee, the organizational ability of the School Committee, establishing cooperation with related institution, and parents’ participation.

Abstract

This research to analyze the recruitment system for prospective employees in accordance with the standards and criteria for employees at PT Grha Humanindo Manajemen. The system used in the recruitment of prospective employees at PT. Grha Humanindo Management is the DISC Personality Test method. This research is descriptive qualitative in order to describe how the process of implementing employee recruitment in accordance with the standards and criteria for employees desired by PT Grha Humanindo Manajemen using the DISC Personality Test method. The results showed the DISC Personality Test method has been running in accordance with the standards set by the company by prioritizing the attitude value in order to achieve employees who have service standards. The results also show this method cannot provide a description of a person's skills and level of knowledge. Considering that this company is engaged in the service sector, the deficiencies in the DISC method are not a priority. DISC Personality Test method can prevent parties who intend to intervene in the recruitment process, including committing bribes or collusion, corruption and nepotism.

Abstract

This study aims for this study to determine how the implementation of human resource management audits in improving employee performance at PT Citra Bumi Sumatera Palembang. This study uses primary data and secondary data by collecting data from observations, documentation and interviews. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative by analyzing the data conducted by the author, the next step is compiling a list of findings in 2012, 2013, and 2014 in connection with the implementation of human resource management audits which will then be given recommendations for these findings. so that it is expected that it will be used as corrective action and material for improvement. The results of the research conducted showed that the Human Resources Audit conducted by PT. Citra Bumi Sumatera Palembang is relatively good enough and the factors of implementing the orientation and placement functions as well as the factors of implementing the training and development functions have not played a role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

College graduates and high school graduates are one of the contributors to the formation of the unemployment rate. The bargaining power of these graduates in the world of work is still low, this is because the quality and ability of young people to enter the world of work is still minimal, so companies are very selective in getting the workforce they need. This study will look at the influence of college graduates and skilled labor on the unemployment rate in Palembang City. This research uses primary and secondary data types. Primary data were collected and researched directly from informal sector migrant workers through structured questions that were collected using a questionnaire. Primary data collected includes aspects of the source of the goods. Secondary data includes data and information obtained from data whose data sources are obtained from: Official publications of the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS), official publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS. South Sumatra Province), National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS), Publications from the Ministry of Energy Work and Transmigration, National Newspaper Media Publications, National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS), and from various papers, journals, scientific papers, literature books deemed relevant to this research. To determine the level of closeness of the relationship between the independent variable simultaneously and the dependent variable, multiple correlation (R) is used. To find out how much the relationship between the independent variables simultaneously to the dependent variable will be seen from R2. Based on the research results, there is a significant relationship between college graduates and skilled workers and the unemployment rate in Palembang City. These results are obtained from testing the hypothesis being tested where the hypothesis can be accepted. Also, there is a significant relationship between college graduates and the level of community unemployment in Palembang City. These results are obtained from testing the tested hypotheses where the hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction at Makrayu Health Center Palembang. The population in this study were people who live in the work area of ​​the Makrayu Health Center and have provided health services at the Makrayu Health Center with a total sample of 100 respondents who were selected using the Simple Random Sampling technique. Primary data collection using a questionnaire and secondary data collection using literature study. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with a significance value of a = 5% (0.05). The results showed that physical evidence, empathy, assurance, responsiveness, and reliability simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially reliability and empathy have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Meanwhile, responsiveness, assurance, and physical evidence have a positive and insignificant effect on community satisfaction as a patient. The Adjusted R Square value obtained through testing the Determinant Coefficient (R2) is 0.341, which means that 34.1% of patient satisfaction as the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variable, namely service quality, while the remaining 65.9% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the amount of tax calculation regarding income tax article 21 on holiday allowances at PT. Potential Vehicle for Palembang. The problem that is taken and raised in this study is how the relationship between the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on holiday allowances received by employees at PT. Wahana Potensi Guna Palembang, how much is the tax payable calculation regarding the calculation of Income Tax Article 21 on holiday allowances received by employees of PT. Wahana Potensi Guna Palembang and financial reporting analysis on the calculation of income tax article 21 on holiday allowances received by employees at PT. Potential Vehicle for Palembang. In this study, the variables used are independent variables in the form of salaries, honoraria and other payments of any name in connection with work, services or activities carried out by individual domestic taxpayers. The population and from this study are employees of PT. Potential Vehicle for Palembang, totaling 12 people. Because the population is small, the entire population is madesample or called saturated sample. The results showed that PT. Wahana Potensi Guna Palembang has not calculated the holiday allowances into tax calculations because the company considers holiday allowances not included in company expenses. The holiday allowance is not included as a taxpayer's income in the calculation of income tax article 21, as a result, the company does not provide for the deduction of income tax article 21 for employees. The total calculation of income tax article 21 on the main benefit is Rp. 3,007,226.00 from the results of calculations based on holiday allowances for employees of PT. Potential Vehicle for Palembang.

Abstract

The subject matter of this discussion is the analysis of the structure of the service system and the level of arrival and the character of the queues at the Pangkalan Balai SPBU. The objectives to be achieved from the results of this study were to determine the structure of the service system and the arrival rate and character of the queues at Pangkalan Balai SPBU.The method of analysis used in this research is this research uses qualitative methods, namely analyzing and observing existing data and adjusting it to the theories and then concludingThe results showed as follows: (1) The structure of the gas station service system is that customers enter the service area, then form a queue at each existing facility. Customers wait until it is time to get service at the facility, this stage is the time that is calculated as the waiting time in the system after the transaction process is complete, the customer leaves the area, the time required for each facility to provide different forms of service for each system, because customer needs are different at the same time, this is what can cause queues. The base station gas station operates 24 hours every day with the division of shifts into 3, namely the morning shift from 06.30-14.30 WIB, afternoon shift at 14.30-21.30 WIB and night shift at 21.30-06.30 WIB. During the break, the pangkalan balai gas station remains open, because the existing facilities take turns serving customers until the sales break, so that when the break time has finished all the facilities return to carry out their duties so that at break time the customers meet their needs. (2) The highest level of customers was at 12.00-18.00 hours with an average number of 284 motorbikes, while the lowest level of arrival was at 18.00-00.00 hours with an average number of 143 motorbikes. (3) The characteristics of the queuing system at the base station of the hall are as follows (a) Unlimited population, (b) Queuing discipline, (c) Arrival pattern, (d) Unlimited queue length.

Abstract

The purpose of writing is to find out and analyze the role of accounting information in increasing the growth of MSME performance in cafe in Palembang. The data analyzed are the results of the interview method with 5 informants namely the owner of UMKM in the culinary field in the form of a restaurant. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that accounting information has a role in increasing the growth of MSME performance. This result can be seen that some MSMEs have used accounting information in running their business. From a number of MSMEs studied also showed that they took business actions and decisions using accounting information in accordance with accounting theory, only they were unaware of it. This is because the owner does not have an accounting education background. The improvement in MSME performance growth can be seen from the increase in sales, cost reduction, and the addition of assets to MSMEs that have used accounting information well.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of new product development Wardah to customer satisfaction and to determine how much influences to the development of new products Wardah towards customer satisfaction at PT. PTI Palembang. The object of this research was whether the effect of new product development Wardah, with the scope of services provided in the company. The experiment was conducted using descriptive research method analitif, the research methods to gather information about the facts, symptoms, from the factual part of the population (sample) to represent the entire population, and aims to find the relationship between variables. The results of the analysis states on new product development undertaken by Wardah effected to customer satisfaction. This can be seen with a statistical test by using Pearson correlation analysis, that the effect of new product development to customer satisfaction juice products Wardah was very strong as evidenced by the results of calculations that showed that the effect of new product development to customer satisfaction by 0798 with a significant level 0, 60 < 0.78. New product development for variable magnitude of the coefficient of determination was 63.68% and the remaining 36.32% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. From the results of this study found that cosmetics sales growth was also driven by the rising trend in the use of cosmetics by men. In the past they were not interested in buying beauty products and treatments Wardah, but now their interest are pretty high.

Abstract

Cash Flow merupakan kegiatan merencanakan keuangan terkait transaksi cash inflow dan cash outflow yang digunakan selama periode akuntansi tertentu yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan operasi, investasi dan pendanaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian yang ingin dicapai adalah memahami pengetahuan dasar terkait financial controlling, termasuk cara kerja cash flow secara lebih komprehensif kepada pelaku UMKM dan masyarakat desa di Desa Kerinjing. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tutorial, dan diskusi. Temuan pengabdian ini adalah pengelolaan cash flow pemilik usaha tidak balance antara cash inflow dan cash outflow sehingga terlihat nilai pengeluaran yang membengkak. Akibatnya bisa menyebabkan kerugian usahanya. Uang kas biasanya dikeluarkan untuk membeli bahan baku, menggaji karyawan dan pengeluaran lain. Semenjak era pandemi ini, penggunaan uang kas digunakan belanja sehari-hari rumah tangga, pembayaran biaya pendidikan dan biaya transportasi. Diharapkan pelaku UMKM harus menyiapkan langkah efisiensi seperti menurunkan produksi barang/jasa, mengurangi jam kerja dan jumlah karyawan dan saluran penjualan/pemasaran.
