Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui motivasi belajar Peserta Pelatihan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Tahun 2018 dan analisis terhadap kelulusan Ujian Sertifikasi Keahlian Tingkat Dasar. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan bentuknya studi kasus pada Diklat Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Pemerintah Angkatan I dan II Tahun 2018 di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi teknik observasi tersamar, teknik wawancara semi-terstruktur, teknik wawancara  dengan pilihan jawaban tertutup varian berganda, teknik dokumentasi dan teknik trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi belajar dengan menggunakan enam indikator menurut Hamsah B. Uno dan berdasarkan observasi peneliti atas perilaku peserta dalam proses pembelajaran menunjukan rekapitulasi atas pernyataan positif:  39,81% sangat setuju, 54,07% setuju, 5,19% kurang setuju, 0,93% tidak setuju. Motivasi belajar katagori sangat tinggi, motivasi ini berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran, namun tidak cukup untuk hasil belajar tinggi karena ada faktor lain yang berpengaruh, berdasarkan Teori Belajar Ausubel, Teori Atribusi dan Teori Keadilan. Rekomendasi penelitian ini diharapkan perencana agar menganggarkan dana terkait bahan/materi diklat, kepada penyelenggara agar mengirimkan materi diklat seminggu sebelumnya, menyiapkan bentuk hard copy untuk materi dan latihan soal,  dan try out  ujian agar bisa disimulasikan dengan komputer. Kepada Stakeholder agar mengindahkan surat pemanggilan dan ketentuannya serta mengirimkan peserta potensial. Kepada narasumber/widyaiswara agar materi dikemas lebih banyak aplikasi di lapangan dan penerapannya serta solusi jika terjadi permasalahan.  The purpose of this research is to know the learning motivation of Training Participant Learning Motivation Goverment Goods & Service Procurement 2018 and the analysis of Basic Sertification Selection Exam. The method that was used in this research is descriptive with qualitative approach and in form of cases study in Goverment Goods & Service Procurement Training I and II Generation 2018 in Denpasar religion training hall. The technique in collocting data covers observation, semi-structured interview, interview with closed multi option answer, documentation and triangulation technique. The result showslearning motivation with six indicator based on Hamsah B.Uno and based on researcher observation,participant behavior while in learning process shows recapitulation of positive statement:39,81% very agree,54,07% agree, 5,19% less agree, 0,93% disagree. Learning motivation catagorized as very high,this motivation effecting in learning process, but not enough for high learning result because there is another factor that effect the result, based on Ausabel Learning Theory,Attribution Theory and Justice Theory. Recommendation for this research is that planner are hoped to budget the fund rated to training material,to organizer are hoped to sending the training material  a week before it start, preparing the material in hard copy form for the exercise, and exam try out so it can be  simulated with computer.To Stakeholder are hoped to heed the callng letter and the stipulation also to send potential participant. To widyaiswara are hoped to pack the material and giving more application in field and the solution when problem happens.

Abstract

Kehawatiran akan batas usia pensiun Pengawas Sekolah pada seksi Pendidikan Agama Hindu disampaikan pada Diklat Di Wilayah Kerja (DDWK) Manajemen Kepegawaian di Kementerian agama Kabupaten Bangli, terutama para Pengawas Sekolah yang tidak berlatar Guru. Kehawatiran akan mengembalikan kelebihan gaji dan tunjangan jabatan pasca pensiun dari pejabat Sekolah. Kekhawatiran tidak mencapai batas usia pensiun dan pensiun  atas permintaan sendiri seperti yang dialami oleh beberapa Pengawas Sekolah juga menjadi beban bagi Pengawas Sekolah yang berada di Seksi pendidikan Agama Hindu.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui permasalahan apa yang dihadapi pejabat fungsional Pengawas Sekolah dalam  menghadapi pensiun,  mengapa timbul permasalah pensiun bagi Pengawas Sekolah di Seksi   Pendidikan Agama Hindu Kemenag. Kab. Bangli dan langkah-langkah apa yang telah ditempuh untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan metode deskriptis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan peraturan maka batas usia pensiun bagi pengawas sekolah adalah 60 tahun, namun BUP tersebut implementasinya memerlukan perjuangan dari pejabat yang akan pensiun. Syarat jabatan yang mengharuskan seorang Pengawas Sekolah berasal dari guru atau kepala sekolah merupakan penyebab utama dari ketidakseragaman implementasi batas usia pensiun karena beberapa Pengawas Sekolah tidak memenuhi syarat tersebut,  penyelesaian implementasi BUP yang belum sesuai dengan paraturan dilakukan dengan bersurat Ke Kanwil kementerian Agama Provinsi Bali dan berkonsultasi langsung ke BKN Denpasar. Concerns about the Pension Age of School Supervisors in Hindu Religious Education section were delivered to the Education and Training Center in the Work Area (DDWK) at the Ministry of Religion of Bangli Regency, especially the School Supervisors who were not Teacher based. Concern of profession will return the excess salary and post-retirement benefits from School officials. Concerns that they did not reach the age of retirement and retirement at their own request as experienced by some School Supervisors were also a burden on School Supervisors in the Education Section of Hinduism. This research purposed to find out what problems faced by School Supervisor functional officials in facing retirement, why there was a retirement problem for School Supervisors in the Ministry of Religion Hindu Education Section at Bangli Regency and what steps have been taken to resolve the problem. The data obtained were analyzed by qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that based on regulations, the retirement age for school supervisors was 60 years, but the BUP implementation requires the struggle of retired officials. The terms of office that require a School Supervisor from a teacher or headmaster to be the main cause of disparity in the implementation of the retirement age because some school Supervisors didn’t complete these requirements, the completion of limit of Age pension (BUP) implementation that was not in one line with the Regional Office Ministry of Religious Affair of Bali and consult directly with BKN Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kebermanfaatan kurikulum mata diklat inti dalam Diklat Teknis Substantif Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia di wilayah kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang dan untuk mengetahui jenis materi pelatihan multimedia yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru yang berada di daerah minim akses jaringan internet dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dan tupoksi sebagai tenaga pendidik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan observasi. Disimpulkan bahwa kurikulum mata diklat inti dalam Diklat Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia memiliki tingkat kebermanfaatan 82% dengan kategori bermanfaat. Kurikulum belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru yang berada dalam daerah minim akses sinyal internet di wilayah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang. Materi pelatihan multimedia yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru yang berada di daerah minim akses jaringan internet dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas dan tupoksi sebagai tenaga pendidik di wilayah Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Kupang adalah Microsoft Powerpoint dan Macromedia Flash. Kurikulum Diklat Teknis Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Multimedia perlu dikaji ulang berdasarkan peta topografi ketersediaan jaringan internet dan kurikulum dapat dimodifikasi antara berbasis offline dan online sehingga dapat memanfaatkan aplikasi perancangan media pembelajaran berbasis Multimedia ter-update. This research purposed to determine the usefulness of main materials curriculum training program of Substantive Technical Education and Training of Multimedia-based learning media in the area of ​​Kupang regency Ministry of Religious Affair and to find out the types of Multimedia training materials that highly needed by teachers in areas with minimal internet access to improve professionalism and duty as educators. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observations. From data analysis were concluded that the main materials Curriculum in Multimedia-based Learning Training Media had grade of usefulness 82% with useful categories. The curriculum is not fully suitable with the needs of teachers in areas with minimal internet signal access in Ministry of Religious Affair at Kupang regency Area. Multimedia training material that were greatly needed by teachers in areas with minimal internet access in increasing professionalism and duties as educators in Kupang Regency Ministry of Religious Affair area were Microsoft PowerPoint and Macromedia Flash. Curriculum of Technical Training Media Multimedia-based learning needs to be reviewed based on topographic maps. The availability of the Internet Network and curriculum can be modified between offline and online based, so the materials can utilize the application of updated Multimedia-based learning media design.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya tingkat motivasi widyaiswara dalam menulis artikel pada website Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket yang diberikan kepada 17 orang widyaiswara Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar mendapatkan data motivasi widyaiswara dalam menulis artikel pada website Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar. Data motivasi yang diambil adalah data motivasi widyaiswara setelah diberlakukannya pemberian honor menulis bagi widyaiswara yang mempublikasikan artikelnya pada website Balai Diklat keagamaan Denpasar sejak Tahun 2017. Data motivasi dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan data angket motivasi dengan mencari rata-rata skor motivasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Widyaiswara Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar mempunyai tingkat motivasi yang tinggi dalam menulis artikel pada website Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar dengan rata-rata skor 74,38. Skor motivasi widyaiswara dalam menulis artikel pada website Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar ini dijabarkan lebih lanjut pada tiap aspek motivasi. Aspek Kebutuhan fisik mendapatkan kategori sedang.  Aspek kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan sosial, kebutuhan penghargaan dan kebutuhan rasa ingin berkembang mendapatkan kategori tinggi. Rekomendasi agar Kepala Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar menyediakan anggaran yang lebih untuk memberikan honor menulis untuk meningkatkan motivasi widyaiswara dalam menulis artikel pada website Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar The purposed of this study was to determine the level of widyaiswara's motivation in writing articles on the website of the Denpasar Education and Training Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire technique given to 17 facilitator of Denpasar Religious Training Center to get motivational data for widyaisawara in writing articles on the website of Denpasar Education Training Center. The motivational data taken is the Widyaiswara motivation data after the enactment of giving honorariums to facilitator who published their articles on the website of Denpasar Education Training Center since 2017. Motivational data were analyzed descriptively based on motivation questionnaire data by looking for the average motivation score. The results showed that the Denpasar Religious Education Center Lecturer had a high level of motivation in writing articles on website of Denpasar Religious Training Center with an average score of 74.38. Widyaiswara's motivation score in writing articles on website of Denpasar Education Training Center website is further elaborated on each aspect of motivation. Aspects of physical needs get a moderate category. Aspects of security needs, social needs, rewards needs and the need to develop need to get a high category. Recommendations for head of Denpasar Religious Training Center is to provide more budgets to provide writing honorariums to increase widyaiswara's motivation in writing articles on website of Denpasar Education Training Center

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Manajemen Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Simdiklat). Seluruh admin unit di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar menjadi populasi penelitian. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 49 admin unit di Kantor Kementerian Agama, Kantor Wilayah Provinsi, dan Perguruan Tinggi di wilayah kerja Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar yaitu Provinsi Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tengara Timur. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa (1) kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem, (2) kualitas informasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem, dan (3) dukungan manajemen puncak tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of system quality, information quality and top management support on user satisfaction in the Education and training management information system (Simdiklat). The population of this research are all admin units in the work area of ​​the Denpasar Education Training Center. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of research samples are 49 admin units in the Ministry of Religion Office in the district level, Provincial Regional Offices, and Universities in the work area of ​​the Denpasar Religious Training Center namely Bali, West Nusa Tenggara and East Nusa TenggaraProvince. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that (1) the quality of the system has a positive effect on system user satisfaction (2) the quality of information has an effect on system user satisfaction, and (3) top management support has no effect on system user satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian evaluatif dengan model CIPP bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kualitas inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar tahun 2018. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan kualitas inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar tahun anggaran 2018 ditinjau dari komponen context berada dalam kategori baik atau positif dengan frekuensi skor standar ≥ 50 yaitu f(+) = 9 > f(-) = 7. Kualitas inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online ditinjau dari komponen input berada dalam kategori positif atau baik dengan frekuensi skor standar ≥ 50 yaitu f(+) = 86 > f(-) = 53. Kualitas inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online ditinjau dari komponen process berada dalam kategori positif atau baik dengan frekuensi skor standar ≥ 50 yaitu f(+) = 11 > f(-) = 5. Kualitas penyelenggaraan inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online ditinjau dari komponen product berada dalam kategori positif atau baik dengan frekuensi skor standar ≤ 50 yaitu f(+) = 70 < f(-) = 53. Kualitas penyelenggaraan inovasi penyelenggaraan ujian dan penilaian online pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar tahun anggaran 2018 ditinjau dari komponen context, input, process, dan product adalah pada kategori positif atau baik. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa inovasi penilaian online pada Diklat Tenaga Teknis Keagamaan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Denpasar Tahun 2018 pada kategori sangat  baik. This study was evaluative research with CIPP model, with purposed to explain the quality of innovation in conducting on-line examinations and assessments at Religious Education and Training Centre of Denpasar in 2018. The results of data analysis showed the quality of the implementation of on-line examinations and assessments at Religious Education and Training Centre of Denpasar in 2018 in terms of components context were in the good or positive category with a standard frequency score of ≥ 50 which was f (+) = 9> f (-) = 7. Quality of innovation administering the test and online assessment in terms of Input components were in positive or good category with the standard score frequency ≥ 50, namely f (+) = 86> f (-) = 53. Quality of innovation in administering examinations and on-line assessments in terms of components processes were in positive or good category with a standard score of ≥ 50 ie f (+) = 11> f (-) = 5. Quality of implementation innovation in conducted examinations and on-line evaluations in terms of product components in positive or good category with a standard frequency score of ≤ 50 which was f (+) = 70 <f (-) = 53. Quality of implementation of innovation holding examinations and on-line evaluations in Denpasar Religious Education and training center on 2018 in terms of context components, input, the process, and the product were in the positive or good category. Thus it can be conclude that the innovation of online assessment on Training Technical Staff of Religious Education and training Center of Denpasar on 2018 in excellent category

Abstract

Dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, yang dapat menyebabkan kemampuan kognitif siswa terhambat sehingga hasil belajar siswa mengalami penurunan. Salah satu kemampuan kognitif yang dikembangkan adalah inkuiri ability siswa kelas IX semester ganjil Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Ma’arif Bebandem tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Dalam penelitian ini yang akan dilihat adalah kemampuan inkuiri siswa dalam beberapa aspek inquiry ability. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek yang diteliti sebanyak 26 siswa dan diberikan soal sebanyak empat. Siswa diminta menjawab soal tersebut dalam bentuk uraian yang akan dianalisis konten, melalui prosedural dan konseptual dalam menjawab soal, dengan kriteria jawaban yaitu jawaban benar, jawaban salah, dan tidak menjawab. Dari data yang diperoleh dan hasil pengolahannya dapat terlihat bahwa kemampuan inkuiri analitis siswa masih kurang baik, yang dapat dilihat pada aspek kemampuan menarik kesimpulan sebanyak 42% dan 69% aspek menyusun bukti siswa memberikan jawaban salah. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan inqury ability pada siswa masih belum mengalami peningkatan dalam menganalisis konsep yang menyebabkan siswa belum mampu memahami konsep pembelajaran. Inkuiry ability pada siswa dapat kita tingkatkan dengan memberikan stimulasi yang tepat yaitu baik berupa model maupun metode dalam pembelajaran daring. During Covid 19 pandemic, learning was carried out by using online leaning system, this system can cause students’ cognitive abilitiy to decrease. One of the cognitive abilitiy that are developed is inquiry ability of the first semester of ninth grade students of Ma’arif islamic junior high school of Bebandem in the academic year 2020/2021. In this research, result that will be seen is the students’ inquiry ability in some inquiry abilities aspect. This research using a qualitative approach, the subjects are 26 students and they were given 4 questions. The students should answer the test in the essay form which will be analized the contents. By procedural and conceptual in the answering the questions, which consists of true, false and not answering the questions given. From the data obtained and after processing the data, can be seen that the students’ analytical inquiry abilities are still not good enough, it can be seen from their ability in concluding got 42% and 69% compile evidence aspect, the students gave the wrong answer. From these results, it can be concluded that the students’ inqury ability has not improved in analyzing the concept which cause the students can not understand the learning concept. The students’ inquiry ability can be incresed by giving the right stimulus, it can be done by model or methods in online learning system.

Abstract

Abstract This action research aimed at knowing of the implementation of portofolio teaching model on English writing ability MTs.N 2 Jembrana students, grade three, semester one, in the academic year 2018/2019. The subject of this action research is the third class of MTs.N 2 Jembrana in the academic year 2018/2019, covers 29 samples, 11 males and 18 females. This research used observation method of the group result portofolio and the writing test of procedure text. The result of the study shows that, there was a significant improvement of the implementation of portofolio teaching model on the studentts’ English writing ability with 69 percent of students’ English writing ability in the cycle 1 to 81 percent of students’ English writing abilit in the cycle 2. The implication of this study is the use of portofolio teaching model is an alternative to improve result of students’ writing ability in studying English. Key Words: Portofolio Teaching Model, and Students’ English Writing Ability ABSTRAK Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran portofolio dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa Inggris kelas IXA MTs. N 2 Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IXA MTs.N 2 Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 29 orang yang terdiri dari 11 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengamatan yang berupa portofolio hasil kerja kelompok dan tes menulis yaitu membuat teks prosedur, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan tes soal essay membuat teks prosedur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model portofolio terbukti dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis bahasa Inggris, yakni rata-rata kemampuan menulis siswa 69% pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 81% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran model portofolio terbukti efektif dan menjadi alternatif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan kemampuan menulis bahasa Inggris.

Pd Jabatan Guru Muda Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Jembrana email: widyadewata.bdkdenpasar@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui penerapan model keramba berbantuan e-learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti pada materi membiasakan kejujuran dalam kehidupan di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Negara Tahun 2020/2021.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, mengadopsi model (Stephen Kemmis dan Robert McTaggart) dengan dua siklus. Subyek penelitiannya siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Negara berjumlah 34. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Terdapat penerapan model keramba dengan berbantuan e-learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas belajar pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti pada materi membiasakan kejujuran dalam kehidupan di kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Negara tahun 2020/2021, terbukti dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus 1 sebesar 66,76% (Cukup Efektif) ke siklus 2 sebesar 81,18% (Efektif) dengan peningkatan 14,32% dan adanya peningkatan aktivitas belajar dari siklus 1 sebesar 69,93% (Cukup Efektif) ke siklus 2 sebesar 94,35% (Sangat Efektif) dengan peningkatan 24,42%. This research is a classroom action research, adopting a model (Stephen Kemmis and Robert McTaggart) with two cycles. The research subjects were 34 grade X students of SMK Negeri 3 Negara. The data were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are as follows: There is an application of the keramba model with the help of e-learning to improve learning outcomes and learning activities of Islamic religious education and character on the material to familiarize honesty in life in class X SMK Negeri 3 Negara 2020/2021, as evidenced by an increase learning outcomes from cycle 1 of 66.76% (Effective Enough) to cycle 2 of 81.18% (Effective) with an increase of 14.32% and an increase in learning activities from cycle 1 of 69.93% (Effective Enough) to cycle 2 of 94.35% (Very Effective) with an increase of 24.42%. Abstract

Abstrak The study of qualitative research results on Jehovah's Witnesses in Malang City with data collection methods carried out through interviews, observation and literature study to explore the phenomenon of SSY evangelism in Malang City. The research findings explain the existence of a sect in Christianity that is still controversial. The mainstream church refused to include SSY as part of Christianity because of its conflicting theological views. SSY has constitutional rights stipulated in the Law which confirms their position as a sect in Christianity. As a religious community, SSY, like other denominations in Christianity, has the right to worship and has the right to get a place of worship, as long as it meets the requirements required in PBM (Joint Regulation of the Minister of Religion and Minister of Home Affairs) NO 9 and 8 concerning the Construction of Houses of Worship.
