Abstract

This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an educational game-based learning media named "Budalo" for teaching descriptive texts in 7th at MTs Negeri 4 Jembrana. The media integrates the local cultural wisdom of Loloan Timur, Jembrana, into a game to enhance learning outcomes and foster cultural appreciation among Generation Z students. The research employed the ADDIE model with a mixed-method approach. Media validation results showed a feasibility score of 88.89% (very feasible). Implementation with 31 students demonstrated improved learning outcomes, with an average N-Gain score of 0.58 (moderate category). Cultural appreciation scores reached 78.1% (high category). Budalo is effective and relevant in improving students' learning achievements and cultural awareness

Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan faktor krusial dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah. Berbagai studi menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru memiliki peran signifikan dalam memengaruhi kinerja tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Artikel diperoleh dari beberapa sumber seperti Google Scholar, Research Gate, dan Education Resources Information Center (ERIC). Artikel dibatasi pada rentang 2019 hingga 2025. Sebanyak 20 artikel ilmiah, baik nasional maupun internasional, yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2025 dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan dan temuan utama terkait topik tersebut. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, instruksional, demokratis, partisipatif, suportif, situasional, dan visioner secara konsisten berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan kinerja guru. Sebaliknya, gaya kepemimpinan otoriter dan laissez-faire cenderung memiliki dampak negatif atau tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Motivasi kerja guru juga ditemukan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kepala sekolah dalam mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan konteks dan kebutuhan guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, meningkatkan motivasi, dan mendorong kinerja optimal. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan dan pengembangan kepemimpinan bagi kepala sekolah yang menekankan pada gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan partisipatif guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara keseluruhan.​

Abstract

This article explores the phenomenon of online game addiction in digital society through the lens of Erich Fromm’s theory of necrophilia. Fromm interprets necrophilia not merely as a sexual disorder but as a personality orientation that favors the dead, static, and mechanical. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with a humanistic analysis, this study investigates how game addiction reflects social necrophilic symptoms and affects interpersonal relationships and psychosocial life. Findings indicate that game addiction is not only a behavioral issue but a sign of modern human alienation from authentic and living relationships. Fromm proposes biophilia—a love of life—as a counterpoint, highlighting the importance of human connection, empathy, and life values. The study recommends value-based education and the development of a healthy digital culture as both preventive and curative strategies against game addiction. Abstract

Pendidikan integratif merupakan gagasan visioner KH. Ahmad Dahlan yang menekankan pentingnya penyatuan antara ilmu agama dan pengetahuan umum dalam satu sistem kurikulum terpadu. Namun dalam praktiknya, integrasi tersebut belum sepenuhnya terealisasi di sekolah-sekolah Muhammadiyah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi implementasi kurikulum integratif di sekolah Muhammadiyah, dengan menelusuri kesenjangan antara dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan praktik pedagogis di ruang kelas. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui telaah dokumen, observasi kelas, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru dan kepala sekolah di beberapa sekolah Muhammadiyah di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun unsur integrasi agama dan sains telah dicantumkan dalam dokumen RPP, implementasinya belum tampak dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru cenderung menjalankan pendekatan sektoral, sehingga nilai-nilai keislaman tidak terintegrasi secara epistemologis dalam pelajaran sains maupun sebaliknya. Selain itu, belum ada upaya strategis untuk membangun branding sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam berkemajuan yang mengusung integrasi keilmuan sebagai identitasnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan pedagogi integratif melalui kolaborasi dan diseminasi Praktik Baik melalui komunitas belajar, redesain kurikulum aplikatif, evaluasi dan monitoring berkelanjutan serta reformasi manajemen sekolah berbasis nilai sebagai strategi transformasi pendidikan Muhammadiyah ke depan.

Abstract

This is a reflective study conducted by the researcher in regards of the position as a human resource analyst at the General Administration, Planning, and Finance Bureau of the I Gusti Bagus Sugriwa Hindu State University Denpasar. This reflective study was carried out on the basis that this religious Hindu state university is still in its early stages of development because the regulations governing its change of status are relatively new. One of the current issues is how to implement talent management and knowledge management for its employees. Career development, job rotation, and placement for certain positions have far been routine and have not fully adopted the mandates of the Law and its derivative regulations. This study was conducted using a literature review and scientific exploration as primary data, including legal sources, policies, and other relevant literature. In addition to regulatory analysis, interviews and observations were also conducted as supplementary data. The results of this study indicate that both of these management practices are indeed regulated in laws and regulations, and the previous studies also suggest that if talent management and knowledge management are applied well, they can optimize employee performance and contribute to achieving the institution's goals.

Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is a technology that has the potential to increase efficiency in organizing interactive and non-boring learning so as to attract students to be more actively involved and contribute to the learning process. This study aims to descriptive quantitative with data analysis using percentages. The research subjects were IAKN Kupang students and Nusa Cendana University students class of 2025 totaling 104 respondents. Data collection with a questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale distributed using Google form. The results of the ChatGPT research are most widely used by students, in the aspect of feeling happy, students feel happy to use GenAI. In the aspect of interest, students are interested in using GenAI. In the awareness aspect, student feel that they are not very accomplished in using GenAI but they are eager to involve GenAI in class discussions and in the learning process, and the concentration aspect, students do use GenAI to find course material but they cannot remember the material longer. In assignments buat does not really make students exel because students are more likely to remember the material longer. In conclusion, GenAI is very liked and helps students in completing assigments buat does not really make students exel because students leave more assignments to be completed. Therefore, lectures need to design student learning tasks or activities that can improve learning achievements by using GenAI.
