Abstract

Language is a communication tool for every human being in everyday life to establish interactions in the social environment. This research is a case study that discusses the analysis of language varieties in Papua. The type of research used in compiling this research is using descriptive qualitative with the inclusion of a literature review method. Furthermore based on the resulth of research that has been carried out, it was found that there are more than 300 regional languages in Papua, and the object of regional language revitalization in Papua in 2023 consists of 9 languages. Therefore to connect communication between the people, the use of Indonesian implemented among the Papuan people, however its implementation, has its own characteristic, because the Papuan people want fast andconcise language use.

Abstract

Drugs are an item that is often misused by irresponsible people. From year to year the problem is increasingly widespread. There are many factors that cause people to become infected with drug abuse. Starting from teenagers to adults with different causes and reasons. Basically, everyone who is aware understands that drugs are illegal, there are consequences both from a legal perspective and the impact they will have on the body of the person who uses them. Therefore, optimal roles and high self-awareness are needed from various parties in dealing with this drug problem. In particular, the family's role is very vital in protecting and educating their families about drugs.

Abstract

This research aims to determine student learning outcomes on the material of arranging vowels and consonants into meaningful words using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in class I of YPPK Keakwa Elementary School. This research was carried out at YPPK Keakwa Elementary School. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of several cycles until indicators of success in the action can be achieved. The research subjects were 24 class I students. The instrument used was to collect data in this research using an observation test. The test used was a description. Based on the results of the research data processing, it was found that in cycle I it showed that student learning outcomes when implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model were obtained on average 73.33 with the highest score of 90 obtained by 1 person and the lowest score of 50 obtained by 4 people with a completion percentage of 78.38% after the teacher reflected and corrected several deficiencies so that student learning outcomes in cycle II increased to 100% with an average score of 85.0 with the highest score of 100 obtained by 2 people and the lowest score of 70 obtained by obtained by 7 people and have reached the standard of learning completeness. So it can be concluded that by implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model the material for arranging vowels and consonants into meaningful words in Class I of YPPK Keakwa Elementary School has improved significantly so that it can be used as an alternative in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia through the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media. The problem in this research is the low mathematics ability of students in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The subjects in this research were all 27 class I students at SD Cordova Indonesia. The indicator of success in implementing the action is that students achieve a minimum of 70% completeness with an average learning outcome score of at least 70 from the total number of students. Based on data processing from research results, the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle was 54.44, then after the first cycle actions were carried out it increased to 63.70. The first cycle action was then continued to the second cycle action and obtained an average score of 71.85 with student completion reaching 74.10% of the total students who took the learning outcomes test. Based on the results in cycle II, it shows that the application of the trade a problem learning model assisted by concrete media is effective in improving students' mathematics learning outcomes in class I at SD Cordova Indonesia.

Abstract

Auctions always end with a lawsuit by the Debtor. The basic of his lawsuit is always the classic reason that the Debtor still seeks to pay, that the auctioned object is of low value. This is the trigger for the lawsuit made by the Debtor. The minutes of the auction were not enough for the winner of the auction to stop the Debtor from challenging the verdict. This led to a dispute in court. As the winner of the auction of course it is a matter that is not easy, auction winner needs final legal certainly. The absence of a separate court for the auction lawsuit is a difficult thing for the parties to get a settlement quickly and effectively. Legal protection against the auction winner has been set pasal 6 (UUHT) and Pasal 4 Undang Undang Hak Tanggungan (UUHT) said “apabilah Debitur cidera janji, Pemenang Hak Tanggungan pertama mempunyai hak untuk menjual obyek Hak tanggungan atas kekuasaan sendiri melalui pelelangan umum serta mengambil pelunasan piutangnya dari hasil penjualan”. From the auction results of the execution of Pasal 6 UUHT, the auction official issued an excerpt of the auction minutes which served as an authentic deed of transfer of right. However, this legal protection still open up opportunities for debtors to sue.

Abstract

Marriage is something sacred and noble, marriage must be based on mutual trust and love between the two and carry out the rights and obligations as it should. In principle, this marriage agreement is the source of various forms of property in a marriage. The marriage agreement is made before the marriage takes place with the aim to make a deviation from the unity of the property unanimously between husband and wife provided that it does not conflict with the moral code. A marriage agreement is an agreement made by two prospective husband and wife before their marriage takes place, to regulate the consequences of a marriage involving wealth or outside it. The implementation of the marriage agreement after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 at the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registry Service examines the procedural procedures before and after the decision and concerning the analysis of the implementation in the field relating to legislation and looking at the number of registrants in terms of This implication of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 69 / PUU-XIII / 2015 covers various matters both in the field or for related parties. Regarding the ratification of the marriage agreement it should still be carried out by the Registrar of Marriage even though the marriage agreement was made with a notarial deed so that no other party outside of the husband and wife is harmed later on.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the differences in social studies learning outcomes between regular and boarding school students. This research uses a quantitative approach with comparative methods. Data collection techniques use tests and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the t test. From the results of calculations that have been carried out using the t test with a significance level of 5%, the calculated value of tcount ≤ ttable or 1.462 ≤ 2.005746 is obtained. So Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted. It can be concluded from the results of these calculations that there is no significant difference in social studies learning outcomes between regular schools and boarding schools. This is proven by the R2 obtained which was only 2.9% while the remaining 97.1% was influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This research provides a deep understanding of the transformation of preaching or dawah communication styles in the digital era. Against the backdrop of technological advancements, preaching is no longer confined to conventional methods but has evolved into multi-directional communication that is more interactive and responsive. Preachers now adopt various strategies to enhance the effectiveness of preaching in the digital world. The research results highlight the shift in preaching communication styles from traditional lectures to utilizing social media, video platforms, and instant messaging applications. Prominent preachers in Indonesia, such as Abdul Somad, Adi Hidayat, and Khalid Basalamah, serve as successful examples in reaching audiences through digital channels. Various strategies for enhancing preaching in the digital era are identified, including mastering various digital platforms, developing storytelling skills, understanding online audience trends and habits, collaborating with digital content creators, implementing interactive technology, optimizing search and online visibility, and maintaining branding and messaging consistency. In conclusion, the utilization of digital technology can create preaching content that is more dynamic, relevant, and easily accessible to audiences increasingly connected through technology. Thus, this research provides practical guidance for preachers and researchers to enhance preaching communication in the digital era, making preaching more effective and relevant in the face of the dynamic developments in communication technology.

Abstract

Migrant workers or often known as Indonesian workers are workers who are facilitated to find work abroad and of course facilitated by the government. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the amount of remittances, determine the workload obtained, and determine the correlation between the level of workload and the amount of remittances and the utilization of remittances. This research uses observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods in the data collection process. The theory used in this research is Rational Choice from James. S. Coleman. The technique of determining informants using purposive with the criteria of factory workers who live in Jambul View apartments. The results showed that there are several factors that influence the amount of remittances, namely family dependents, daily needs of migrant workers, and workload. In addition, the utilization of remittances is used to meet family needs, pay debts, pay for siblings education, and to save.

Abstract

As stated in Article 4 of the Preamble to UUD 4445 of 1945, achieving quality education is one of the goals of the Indonesian nation. Apart from that, education is also a very important element for the development of civilization. Improving the quality of education. The purpose of writing this article is to reveal the role of Islamic inclusive education and Islamic education. Islamic and Western theoretical collaborators agree that inclusive education is consistent with Islamic teachings and values. This is because Islamic teachings themselves require obligations and opportunities in seeking knowledge, and do not discriminate between differences in ethnicity, skin color, flag, skin color, etc., as well as differences in human physical conditions. it requires careful attention. When writing this article, the author used a research library-based research method, or it could also be called library research. This literature includes research, such as the use of media to collect library materials, books, journals and articles that can support this study in solving problems. The method is to collect library materials and then analyze the different materials found according to the questions asked. The results of this research show that the existence of inclusive education, both in Islamic educational institutions and in various other communities, supports children with special needs and creates creative conditions and environments that do not discriminate between normal children and children with special needs.
