<![CDATA[Inclusive education is about the equal rights that every child has. Inclusive education is a process of removing barriers that separate students with special needs from normal students so that they can learn and work together effectively in one school. This research aims to determine PAI learning management in inclusive schools. In this research the author analyzed the data using qualitative analysis techniques. The method used in this research is qualitative research based on research libraries (library research). There are four results from this research, among others (1) planning PAI learning for ABK in an inclusion setting (2) implementing PAI learning with various strategies (3) Evaluation of PAI learning results (4) Obstacles faced in planning, implementing and evaluating PAI learning in inclusive schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Elementary schools with inclusive education programs pose challenges for principals and teachers in educational institutions. Inclusive education in elementary schools needs to receive more attention because elementary school students still need full attention from educators, along with the presence of students with special needs. Of course, achieving learning goals is not easy. The aim of this research is to observe and describe the phenomena that occur during the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, analyzing the factors that support and hinder the implementation of inclusive education in elementary schools, thus concluding that teachers need to know more about the factors that support and hinder the implementation of inclusive education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The results of this research show that educational service institutions and the community must work together to provide appropriate services to students in general and children with special needs to improve the quality of educational services in schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Speaking skills require students to be able to communicate with other students. Many students still have difficulty speaking in public. They may not even be confident in expressing ideas or opinions either in class or in public. Therefore, in Islamic religious education, students must be trained in public speaking skills and self-confidence. This can be achieved at school by using the presentation method of learning public speaking.To build students' public speaking skills and self-confidence by using presentation methods in the Islamic religious education learning process, there needs to be support from various school components, especially teachers, in carrying out learning in class.1. This research focuses on discussing presentations in building student public speaking which focuses on what is the concept of presentation methods in learning Islamic religious education at SMAN 1 Mojotengah Wonosobo? 2. <![CDATA[Curriculum renewal is a reality that is currently occurring in educational development in Indonesia. One of them is the Independent Curriculum which is currently being developed. The concept of independent learning was initiated by Nadiem Makarim which can be a solution or problem that teachers have been facing. In implementing the Independent Curriculum, it is important for every educator to emphasize the freedom, independence and creativity of students. It is important to understand this emphasis approach to the study of fiqh. Learning fiqh is important because a student’s ability to understand and laearn religion is not only related to understanding. With the Merdeka Curriculum, it is hoped that fiqh lessons can be understood more easily and have more fun. The purpose of this research is to: 1) to determine class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 2) to find out the implementation of the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo; 3) to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing the independent curriculum in class X fiqh learning at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Wonosobo. The method used in this research is descriptive. Data collection techniques use observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods.]]>

<![CDATA[In the learning process, strategy is a determining factor in the success ok learning. With this strategy, it is hoped that learning can achieve optimal results as desired. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that the Islamic Religious Education learning strategy at SDN Loksado, Loksado District, Hulu Sungai Selatan Regency, can be said to have not been implemented well. This can be seen from the absence of strategies used by teachers in learning, and there are still factors that are less supportive, such as incomplete facilities, a school environment that is less supportive, and students' interest is still lacking.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the framework behind the problem that the writer put forward, the author focuses on the case of the impact of the talaqqi procedure on the motivation to practice for students in the XI MAN 06 West Pasaman category. The aim of this research is to identify whether or not there are effects of mahfuz using talaqqi procedures to encourage students' practice in learning the Al-Qur'an, the words of the Prophet, category XI at MAN 06 West Pasaman. This research is correlational research with a tendency towards quantitative information. The illustration of this research is students in category XI IPS at MAN 06 West Pasaman, totaling 55 people. There is also a sampling technique used, namely overall sampling considering the number of samples is less than one hundred. Before trying the experiment, it is assumed that the researcher has carried out the required experiments in the form of a normality experiment and a homogeneity experiment. After that, continue with the assumption experiment using a simple linear regression experiment. The research results display analysis and reviews of research information as a result of testing assumptions from the coefficients chart to obtain sig numbers. equal to 0.000 ≤ 0.05, as a result it can be concluded that the elasticity of talaqqi procedures (X) influences students' motivation to practice (Y). it is known that tcount is 3.168 ≥ ttable 2.006, so it can be concluded that the elasticity of talaqqi procedures (X) has a positive and important influence on the elasticity of motivation to practice (Y) Ha is obtained. As a result, it can be concluded that the impact of mahfuz using talaqqi procedures is on encouraging students to practice in learning the Al-Qur'an, the words of the prophet, category XI at MAN 06 West Pasaman.]]>

<![CDATA[This type of research is Pre-Experimental research with a pre-test and post-test group design which aims to determine student learning outcomes after implementing the expository model assisted by miniature media on student learning outcomes in class VI of SDN No. 3 Tinambung Majene Regency. The sample for this research was 29 class VI students. This research was carried out in 6 meetings, and the material presented during the research was the solar system. The data analysis technique used in this research uses descriptive statistical analysis.The research results showed that the average pretest score was 52.24 and the average posttest score was 86.55. Apart from that, N-Gain analysis shows that the average normalized gain of 0.70 is in the high category. From these results it can be concluded that the application of the expository model assisted by miniature media on the science learning outcomes of students in class VI of SDN No. 3 Tinambung Majene Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the history of Nyai Walida's services as a female figure who fought for women's equality and early childhood education in the 20th century through the organization she founded (Aisyiyah) with KH Ahmad Dahlan. Therefore, the research method used is historical study. This research uses a literature study approach. The data collection technique uses library study techniques which are guided by heuristic understanding. The results of this research show that the existence of Nyai Walida has a strong contribution in providing the foundation for the values of early childhood education in Froebel Kindergarten including independence, integrity, and Nyai Walida's ideas which have survived to this day. So that Nyai Walida became a national education figure.]]>

<![CDATA[In conducting a Notary position, the Notary is required to be able to know the responsibilities and authority of the Notary in performing his/her position in accordance with the Notary Position Law. One of them is the authority of the Notary in Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Notary Position jo Law Number 2 of 2014 in Article 15 paragraph 2 letters a and b "Notaries are also authorized: to certify signatures and determine the certainty of the date of letters under hands by registering in a special book; book letters under hands by registering in a special book;" But in the current era, Waarmerking has become a loophole for a Notary to be guilty. Therefore, this research will discuss the extent of the Notary's responsibility for letters under the hand registered in the Notary's special book. This research uses normative legal research methods, data sources come from positive law, laws and books. The results show that in addition to being authorized to make authentic deeds, notaries are also authorized only to register letters under the hands registered in a special book.]]>

<![CDATA[Transfer of rights is a legal event in which the ownership rights of one party are transferred to another party preceded by certain conditions or agreements justified by law. Marks as assets in the form of intangible objects can be transferred according to the provisions of Article 41 paragraph 1 Law number 20 of 2016 concerning Marks and Geographical Indications. There are additional arrangements regarding the process of transferring rights contained in the provisions of article 41 paragraph 8, namely the transfer of rights to a mark can be carried out at the time of application for a mark. As is well known, marks that are still being applied for at the Directorate of Marks and Geographical Indications may not necessarily be registered in the General Register of Marks, so that applications for marks being transferred do not yet have a strong basis of rights as the object of the transfer agreement. Notary is a position that is given the authority to make an authentic deed. Based on article 1 number (1) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning Notary Offices Of course, with this authority, the Notary Office is expected to be able to fulfill the interests of the appearers to realize their interests stated in the deed, especially making agreements trademark transfer that is still being applied for. In this study, the authors focus on the validity of the trademark transfer agreement that is still being applied for and the legal consequences for the notary who makes the agreement if the applied mark cannot be registered in the General Register of Marks based on the trademark laws and regulations on the position of notary public and other applicable laws. interrelated and based on research conducted by the authors.]]>
