KREASI: Jurnal Inovasi dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menjadi wadah ilmiah untuk pengabdian, dengan nomor terdaftar P-ISSN dan E-ISSN. KREASI adalah jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh BALE LITERASI yang merupakan lembaga riset, pelatihan & edukasi, sosial dan publikasi. Penerbitan jurnal ini akan dilakukan dalam satu tahun, mulai tahun 2021 terbit sebanyak tiga kali terbit yaitu pada bulan April, Agustus dan Desember. KREASI: Jurnal Inovasi dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat memfokuskan pada masalah umum atau masalah yang terkait dengan layanan masyarakat. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide dan hasil penelitian yang telah dicapai di bidang pengabdian masyarakat. KREASI: Jurnal Inovasi dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, berisi berbagai kegiatan dalam menangani dan mengelola berbagai potensi, hambatan, tantangan, dan masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Implementasi kegiatan layanan juga melibatkan partisipasi masyarakat dan mitra. Kegiatan pelayanan diorganisasikan menjadi kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstract

Internship programs are a form of experiential learning designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge acquired in academic settings and practical experience in the workplace. This study aims to describe the implementation of internship activities and analyze the role of students in supporting administrative and operational activities at the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of East Lombok Regency. The method used in this study is a descriptive approach, utilizing observation, direct practice, and documentation techniques during the internship period. The results show that students actively contributed to administrative activities, including data entry of customer information, billing records, and monitoring customer receivables through the existing system. In addition, students were involved in field activities such as direct billing to customers, which enhanced their communication and interpersonal skills. The use of digital administrative systems also provided valuable insights into the importance of accuracy and data management. The internship experience significantly improved both technical and soft skills of students, such as administrative competence, communication ability, and work discipline. Therefore, internship programs are proven to enhance students’ work readiness while also contributing to the operational performance of the institution.

Abstract

Menganalisis kontribusi mahasiswa magang di Pegadaian Syariah pada bidang marketing di Kabupaten/Kota Mataram, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. mahasiswa magang berperan aktif dalam kegiatan pemasaran dan operasional, seperti membantu promosi produk (rahn, tabungan emas, dan logam mulia), memberikan informasi kepada nasabah, serta menyelesaikan tugas administratif. Kontribusi tersebut mampu meningkatkan efektivitas kerja karyawan, mempercepat pelayanan, dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran. Namun, terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya pengalaman, keterbatasan komunikasi, dan adaptasi lingkungan kerja. Kendala tersebut dapat diatasi melalui bimbingan, komunikasi yang baik, dan kerja sama tim. Dengan demikian, kegiatan magang memberikan manfaat bagi mahasiswa dan instansi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi serta efektivitas operasional.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to improve community creativity and skills in producing educational toys for children using pinalo-based environmentally friendly digital design approaches. The program was motivated by the limited utilization of local eco-friendly materials as educational media for children and the lack of community competence in developing creative products through digital design technology. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach through several stages, including needs assessment, digital design training, educational toy workshops, production assistance, and program evaluation. The educational toys produced included alphabet puzzles, educational blocks, counting games, and color recognition media made from pinalo materials designed using simple digital applications. The results showed an improvement in participants’ skills in transforming local materials into educational products with economic value and environmental sustainability. Furthermore, participants demonstrated enhanced competence in utilizing digital design for creative product development. This program contributes to the development of environmentally based creative industries and supports children’s learning through safe and eco-friendly educational toys.
