This paper describes the dimensions of Human Right (HAM) enforcement in the Constitutional Court decision of number 46/PUU-VIII/2010. Two important things which are considered because law discourse development, especially the law of marriage in Indonesia resembling Constitutional Court's decision of number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 that affirmed protection of human rights of all citizens backgrounds without primordial. The result of the analysis is expected to create a comprehensive understanding of the human rights dimension of the Constitutional Court's decision of number 46/PUU-VIII/2010 and create an objective and comprehensive understanding that the decision was not contrary to the provisions of Islamic law.

This paper discusses the participation of women education in the perspective of human rights. The research is field study with a sample distribution from elementary school to college with the scope of research on aspects of illiteracy, formal education, and non-formal education. The research showed that the cause of gender disparity in education is closely related to religious, social, economic, cultural, and geographical factors. Although from legal aspect and educational policy, men and women are given equal access, but the various constraints restrict women's struggle to obtain equality of educational opportunities.

Para teolog Indonesia menyatakan bahwa negara Israel tidak memiliki hak untuk mengklaim secara politik bahwa Tanah Perjanjian adalah milik mereka yang didasarkan pada apa yang tertulis di dalam Torah. Bagi tafsir Islam dan Kristen Indonesia, seluruh bumi adalah milik Allah. Karena itu Allah dapat memberikan tanah ini kepada siapa saja yang berlaku adil, mencintai kesetiaan, dan hidup dengan rendah hati dan yang berserah diri kepada Allah.

This paper discusses the concept of human rights enforcement and humanist Islamic universal values. Islamic law is a set of religious rules that govern the behavior of the Muslims in all aspects, both individual and collective nature. Due to the comprehensive characteristic, Islamic law occupies an important position in the view of Muslims. Islam claims that the idea stemmed from the Medina Constitution or the Charter of Medina 624 AD. In Islamic perspective, human right is based on theocentric approach while the West uses anthropocentric approach. This difference often raises a controversy in seeing the same issue.

Artikel ini memaparkan perkembangan pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia pasca-1998. Sejak Presiden Soeharto mengundurkan diri pada Mei 1998, Indonesia memasuki era baru yang dikenal sebagai "era reformasi." Era ini menunjukkan hasil pemberdayaan demokrasi ke dalam bentuk kebijakan kebebasan pers, desentralisasi, dan hak asasi manusia. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa demokratisasi di Indonesia memiliki makna penting untuk kajian hak asasi manusia dan pendidikan kewarganegaraan pasca amandemen UUD 1945. Pengaturan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional dalam Undang-undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan merupakan salah satu dari tiga mata pelajaran pokok mulai dari pendidikan anak usia dini hingga pendidikan tinggi. Hak asasi manusia dikembangkan sebagai salah satu tema dalam kurikulum pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Pengajaran dan pembelajaran hak asasi, manusia dalam pendidikan kewarganegaraan memiliki banyak masalah di tiap jenjang sekolah. Bias terhadap masalah-masalah hak asasi manusia, kompetensi guru, dan kondisi lokal adalah beberapa persoalan yang sedang dihadapi pendidikan kewarganegaraan di Indonesia, meskipun amandemen UUD 1945 secara eksplisit mengakui hak asasi manusia sebagai fondasi peradaban bangsa yang demokratis.

This paper elaborates international relationship and human rights in the Islamic perspective. The principle of international relations in Islam is an eternal peace that is fundamental rights of every nation, except in an emergency. Then, international relation turns into a war. If war is indeed to be done, the war in Islam is a defending war and does not violate human rights.

Indonesian budget deficit from year to year, and the other hand haven’t been able to improve the life of people with evenly and the economic assets aren’t placed on proper tipping point, so we need a new way. This study presents an alternative formulation of the budget options with a focus on the distribution function, use qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and using descriptive analysis. The emphasis of this study is the distribution function of the state budget that was initiated by Shaikh Abdul Qadim Zallum and their application with a case study in 2010-2012 Indonesian budget. The result is the state will be able to flatten the welfare of people at once to function, rolling the industrialization process, without deficit. Economic stability will be a real foundation for economic growth. The development program based on Islamic political economy requires bureaucracy reform to cut many programs that are not targeted. So, this concept was initiated by Sheikh Abdul Qadeem Zallum be considered to solve the Indonesian budgeting problems.

All economic activity should be run in accordance with the Islamic values is a logical consequence for all Muslims, especially in Indonesia. In the past, in order to ensure economic activities run in eccordance to Islamic values, established oversight agencies (ḥisbah) at the time of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). With the rapid growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia nowadays. Then formed a special institution serves as overseeing the economic activity in the Islamic banks namely the National Sharia Board (DSN) and Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS).This study discusses the suitability DSN and DPS controlling techniques with hisbah controlling techniques during the classical era. Based on the study, can be concluded that: (1) hisbah have significant roles and functions in creating a fair economy (2) DSN and DPS has a role and function as a supervisor in the activities economies Islamic banks in Indonesia. (3) there is a relevance role and function between DPS DSN institutions with technical what was done by hisbah institutions in the classical era.

Praktik ekonomi Islam di Indonesia yang semakin meluas menimbulkan tantangan baru berupa penyediaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang kompeten. Ikhtiar menjawab hal tersebut, di antaranya pendirian lembaga pendidikan ekonomi Islam. Dalam konteks itu, Universitas Islam Indonesia mendirikan prodi Ekonomi Islam tahun 2003. Prodi ini mengalami trend penurunan minat calon mahasiswa pada awal berdiri hingga 2006, terus berbalik mengalami kenaikan peminat yang sangat signifikan sejak 2007 hingga 2014. Kenaikan signifikan tersebut menarik untuk diteliti, apa faktor penentu kenaikannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi calon mahasiswa memilih kuliah di Prodi ekonomi Islam FIAI UII tahun 2011-2014. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variable variable biaya pendidikan 25.41390, variable fasilitas pendidikan 24.48315, variable citra kampus dan nama besar UII 14.28829, variable peluang kerja 22.21724, variable dorongan orang tua dan informasi dari brosur 26.81530, berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa memilih jurusan ekonomi Islam FIAI UII. Sedangkan secara simultan, disimpulkan 98% mahasiswa memilih kuliah di Prodi Ekonomi Islam dipengaruhi oleh variable-variable di atas dan 2% lainya dipengaruhi oleh variable yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
