Abstract

In an era of increasingly advanced and developing information technology, the use of technology in various aspects of life has had a significant impact, including in the public service sector. In this context, employee performance and the use of information technology play an important role in providing good satisfaction to society. Good employee performance in service organizations greatly influences community satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of employee performance and the use of information technology on public satisfaction at the UPTD Motorized Vehicle Testing Department of Transportation, Jember Regency. The number of samples in this study were 230 respondents using the Hair formula. The analysis technique used is SEM using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of the data analysis show that (1) employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, (2) the use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant effect between work facilities on employee performance, to find out whether there is a significant effect between work competence on employee performance and to find out whether there is a simultaneous effect between work facilities and competence on employee performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD). ) City of Bima. In this study, the population was 50 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study was qualitative data. The data collection technique used was literature study, documentation and questionnaires. The research location was at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) ) Kota Bima, the data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and t test. The results showed that there was no significant influence between Work Facilities on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Kota Bima, There was a significant influence between Work competence on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Bima City and there was a simultaneous influence between Work Facilities and Competencies on Employee Performance at the Regional Library Service (DPAD) Kota Bima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of asset structure and sales growth on the capital structure of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. The analytical tools used are distance analysis, growth analysis, der analysis, classical assumption analysis, normality analysis, autocorrelation analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test and f test (SPSS Version 21). The results of this study indicate that asset structure has no effect on capital structure and sales growth has a negative and significant effect on capital structure. To improve the capital structure, namely by reducing long-term debt, and increasing sales so that the capital structure will be more stable and optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk pertanggungjawaban masjid di Madura ditinjau dari sudut pandang Akuntansi Non laba. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Pertanggungjawaban dana masjid di Madura hanya menggunakan catatan arus kas masuk dan kas keluar di papan pengumuman dan mengumumkannya secara langsung tiap waktu tertentu. Hal ini dilakukan karena pengurus masjid dalam hal ini bendahara masjid sudah merasa cukup dengan catatan seperti itu, karena dianggap mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat dan jemaah

Abstract

This study aims first, to determine the significant effect of wages on employee work productivity at Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya Islamic Economic Perspective. Second, to determine the significant effect of work discipline on work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees from an Islamic Economic Perspective. Third, to determine the significant effect of wages and work discipline on work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees from an Islamic Economic Perspective. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. Sampling with non-probability sampling technique. The sampling method uses a saturated sample. The source of the data used in this study is primary data obtained from the distribution of the questionnaire to all employees at Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya. This study uses the classical assumption test analysis method, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that first there is a significant influence between wages on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees, as the results of the t test (3.892) > t table (2.034) with a significant result of 0.000 smaller than 0.05. Second, there is a significant influence between work discipline on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees, as the results of the t test (2.787) > t table (2.034) with a significant result of 0.0009 smaller than 0.05. Third, there is a significant influence between wages and work discipline on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees. As the results of the F count test (147.102) > F table (3.285) with a significant result of 0.000 less than 0.05. Wages and work discipline have a significant level of influence on the work productivity of Indomaret Mojopahit Surabaya employees. As the result of R Square between wages and work discipline on productivity is 64.3%, meaning that more than 35.7% is influenced by other variables such as: motivation, education, skills, work ethic, nutrition and health, income level.

Abstract

Social media is a tool used by consumers to share various information in the form of images or even videos. The development of online business in Indonesia is very rapid, one of which is shopping online. The variables taken by the researchers are Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution. This research was conducted in order to find out whether there is influence from each variable.This study uses a quantitative method, where the population is the people of Sumenep Regency who have purchased products at Shopee e-commerce. The number of samples used was 110 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 application.The results of this study indicate that Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution simultaneously affect Spontaneous Purchase Decisions in E-commerce Shopee. Based on the results of the t test states that Product, Price and Promotion have a significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions, while Distribution has no significant effect on Spontaneous Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of both the process and how to improve quality control at Herda Cafe Puger Jember. This type of research is qualitative research with the Sig Sixma method of descriptive analysis, in which data is collected through observation and documentation. Quantitative data is obtained from documents or archives in the production and personnel departments. Meanwhile, qualitative data were obtained from interviews and direct observation at the company. The sample used in this study is from the internal side, namely sales data and production defects or failures at Herda Cafe Puger Jember with MS application tools. Excel version 2019 This research uses various methods, namely define, measure, analyze, improve, and control, so as to produce DPMO values and six sigma values, with the highest DPMO value of 1,065,814 and a Sigma level value of 4.6 σ with a value of 15–25% range sales as a measure of failure in six sigma, which shows the damage of a product in one million items produced.

This type of research is associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The number of respondents as many as 35 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression (SPSS version 22). The results of this study indicate that human resource management practices have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bin Yafil Al Alam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of operating capacity and sales growth on financial distress at PT Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. This type of research is associative which aims to determine the influence or relationship between two or more variables. The analytical tools used are classical assumption analysis, normality analysis, autocorrelation analysis, multiple linear regression, t test and f test (SPSS Version 16). The results of this study indicate that operating capacity does not affect financial distress and sales growth does not affect financial distress.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether organizational culture has a significant effect on staff performance at the Bima Regency Bappeda office, to find out whether work motivation has a significant effect on staff performance at the Bima Regency Bappeda office, to find out whether organizational culture and work motivation have a significant effect on performance. Bima Regency Bappeda office staff, In this study the population was 111 people consisting of: Civil Servants (PNS) = 65 people, Main Support Staff = 13 people and Voluntary Employees = 33 people, and the number of samples in this study was as many as 52 respondents. The data collection techniques used were literature study, documentation and questionnaires. This research was conducted at the Bima Regency Bappeda office. JL Gatot Soebroto, No. 02, Raba, Monggonao, District. Mpunda, Kota. Bima, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) 84113. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, T test and F test The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Bima Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), there is no significant influence between Work Motivation on Staff Performance at the Bima Regency Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) and there is a significant influence simultaneous between Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Staff Performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Bima Regency.
