Abstract

Abstract: Classroom action research is caused by the low quality of information and communication technology guidance results.  This is due to the absence of ICT subjects in the structure of the school curriculum that causes students' treatment of ICT subjects to be considered unimportant. The method used is Class Action Research, Kemmis and McTaggart model A cycle-shaped procedure that will take place through two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, execution, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used is a test in the form of questionnaires and non-tests in the form of observation of student activities. The study was conducted in class X IIS Sma Negeri 7 Bulukumba from June to December 2021. Research aims to improve the learning outcomes of ICT guidance. The results of the study is implementing OPOS learning media on ICT guidance increased, the average grade of first cycle student learning outcomes by 53.49 percent to 70.30 percent  in second cycle.  OPOS learning media also increased learning activity, in fist cycle student activity 65.33 percentincreased to 73.33 percent second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the literal direct directive speech acts contained in the film My Stupid Boss. The research method used was descriptive qualitative. The data from this analysis are in the form of sentences spoken by the characters in the form of direct literal directive speech acts. The data collection technique used is the listening and note-taking technique. The results obtained show that Upi Avianto's film My Stupid Boss contains direct directive speech acts which include types of speech acts of request, question, command, prohibition, granting permission and advice.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the significant difference on speaking performance between extrovert and introvert students at the sixth semester English Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bulukumba. The population of this study is one class in sixth semester consisting 26 students at English Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bulukumba. And the sample of this research were consist 5 students extrovert and 5 students introvert in 19.A class This research used quantitative approach and the type of this research was a causalcomparative. In collecting the data, the researcher distributed the questionnaire to the respondents in order to determine extrovert and introvert students, which consisted of 30 questions developed from indicators of extrovert and introvert and the questions adopted from Eysenck Personality Inventory. Then, the researcher used oral test to know students speaking performance. The researcher used analysis statistically to analyze the mean score. Then, the result of analysis statistically found that, the mean score of extrovert student is 8,2. And the mean score of introvert students is 4,8. it means that there is a significant difference on students speaking performance between extrovert and introvert students. The result showed that extrovert students outperformed than introvert students in speaking performance. Based on the finding above, it is concluded that speaking performance of extrovert students better than speaking performance of introvert students, in the sixth semseter of English Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Bulukumba

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out about improving process standards through the implementation of academic supervision at the elementary school level in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. Data collection methods, namely observation, tests, and documentation. This research was conducted from January to April 2018. The research method is descriptive statistical analysis techniques and percentages. The results showed that the teacher's ability to make lesson plans in the first cycle was 78.60 percent and increased in the second cycle by 84.47 percent. The ability of teachers to apply lesson plans in the first cycle was 76.83 percent and increased in the second cycle by 82.72

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of the internet as a source of history learning to increase the learning motivation of class XI History students at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar in the 2020 2021 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 22 Makassar with the research subjects of class XI students. The research sample was carried out by proportional random sampling. The different variable in this study is the use of the internet as a learning resource, while the dependent variable is learning motivation. Data was collected through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis through regression technique. The use of the internet as a learning resource is categorized as good enough, while students learning motivation is in the high category. From the results of the regression analysis, the value of Fcount equals 19.607 with a significance of 0.000 less than 0.05, which indicates that the use of the internet as a learning resource affects the learning motivation of students in class XI History of SMA Negeri 22 Makassar in the 2020 2021 academic year

Abstract

Abstract:  The purpose of this study is to describe (1) natural science learning innovations during the Covid 19 pandemic and (2) the impact of innovations on natural science learning. The data was collected through documentation and conducting reviews related to natural science learning during the Covid 19 pandemic which was published in national journals. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The findings show that (1) natural science learning innovations carried out during the pandemic include learning tools that are oriented towards student creativity, Digital Student Worksheets (LKPD), the use of video-based learning media, android-based learning media, the application of learning desai in the form of Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL) and inquiri, the use of online platforms such as google classroom, learning houses, edmodo, whatsapp and further innovation in the form of the use of learning media that contain game content (games) and also the use of ice breaking in learning natural sciences; (2) natural science learning innovation has a positive impact on several aspects, including improving natural science learning outcomes, increasing students  science literacy, increasing students critical thinking ability, increasing students' natural science learning motivation, growing student creativity in participating in natural science learning and improving process skills in learning natural sciences.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop students English vocabulary through the Pictionary game. This study was classroom action research in grade VII H 2nd group, SMPN 1 Tanjung Selor, consisting of 12 students. This study applied descriptive quantitative design and the data was collected using a written test. The collected data showed the students obtained the score minimum criteria of vocabulary development in the 1st circle and there was an improvement in the 2nd circle from the point 66.67 percent and 50 percent to 83.33 percent. The data analysis showed the implementation of Pictionary in English vocabulary learning could enhance students’ vocabulary and their learning outcome in grade VII H 2nd group, SMPN 1 Tanjung Selor.

Abstract

The design of this research is descriptive, the population in this study is class XI students of the Department of Computer and Network Engineering at SMK Muhammadiyah Bulukumba as many as 24 people using total sampling technique, that is, the entire population can be used as a sample, namely 24 people. Data Collection Techniques Are Documentation And Questionnaires Using Product Moment Correlation Data Analysis Techniques. Based on the results of the study with a significant level of 5 percent and N equals 24, it turns out that the limit for rejection of Ho in Table R is 0.333. R Count Equals 1.091 Turns out greater than From R Table equals 0.333 Means R Xy Count Value is Significant, So Ho is Rejected and H1 is Accepted It means that there is a relationship between character education and local wisdom at SMK Muhammadiyah Bulukumba.

Abstract

This is a classroom action research that aims to describe the skills of writing expository texts for class VIII1 students at SMP Negeri 6 Bulukumba through Quantum Learning. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII1, totaling 23 people. The research method used is descriptive. data research techniques through tests and observations. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on data analysis, the results obtained are pada siklus I ketuntasan belajar sebesar 43,5 percent sedangkan pada siklus dua sebesar 87 percent.  Based on these results, it was identified that learning to write exposition texts for class VIII1 students of SMP Negeri 6 Bulukumba by using the Quantum learning method experienced a significant increase. Thus, it can be concluded that Quantum learning is effective as one of the methods in learning to write exposition texts in class VIII1 of SMP Negeri 6 Bulukumba.

Abstract

This action research aims to improve students' activities and learning outcomes through the application of STAD type cooperative learning integrated with structured exercise method (SEM). The research subjects were 29 students of Class XII MIA2. The procedure for implementing the action used the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The action procedure was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out through learning outcomes tests and non-tests in the form of observing student activities. The results of the observations showed that the students' activities in learning increased from an average of 54.14 percent(before the action) to 66.2 percent in the first cycle, and to 87.14 percent at the end of the second cycle. Student learning outcomes have increased from an average of 53 before the action, to 72.9 in the first cycle and to 81.3 in the second cycle. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that: The application of STAD type cooperative learning integrated with the Structure Exercise Method (SEM) can improve the activities and learning outcomes of students of class XII MIA1 SMA Negeri 7 Bulukumba.
