Abstract

“one day service 3 in 1 “merupakan program pelayanan satu percepatan dimana setiap pemohon yang mengurus satu dokumen nantinya pihak dinas memberikan 3 dokumen sekaligus. program pelayanan ini untuk melayani kependudukan/pencatatan sipil di dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota cimahi, tetapi dari beberapa jenis layanan dalam program pelayanan tersebut peneliti hanya berfokus pada satu jenis layanan saja yaitu akta kelahiran nantinya akan dibuatkan 3 dokumen sama pihak dinas seperti (akta kelahiran, kartu keluarga (penambahan anggota keluarga), dan kartu identitas anak) agar dapat memberikan kemudahan pelayanan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tentang efektifitas pelayanan kependudukan/pencatatan sipil pada program one day service 3 in 1 di dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota Cimahi. Dalam laporan hasil penelitian ini akan dibahas mengenai Efektivitas Pelayanan Kependudukan/pencatatan sipil pada program tersebut, hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pelayanan kependudukan/pencatatan sipil pada program tersebut dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kota cimahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. untuk teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori dan indikator dari Moenir (2006). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektifitas pelayanan kependudukan/pencatatan sipil pada program one day service 3 in 1 belum efektif, karena memiliki permasalahan seperti banyak yang belum ditanggapi dan diproses oleh operator disebabkan keterbatasan waktu selama PPKM level 4, jaringan kadang-kadang lambat, kurang disiplin selama bertugas yang ditetapkan dan kelalaian setiap pegawainya yang mengurus program pelayanan tersebut.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial erat kaitannya berhubungan antara satu dengan yang lainnya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Salah satu kebutuhan manusia pada saat ini yakni transaksi bisnis. Penduduk Indonesia mayoritas adalah muslim sehingga terjadi banyak transaksi bisnis menggunakan kontrak perjanjian sesuai dengan prinsip syariah dan tidak melanggar hukum positif. Kontrak perjanjian bisnis syariah dari segi nama dibagi menjadi dua yaitu, akad bernama dan akad tidak bernama. Penelitian yang dilakukan lebih terfokus pada akad tidak bernama dalam hukum kontrak bisnis syariah dan menurut hukum positif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan.

Abstract

Problems in grade III students of SD Cluster RA Kartini, East Ungaran Sub-district, Semarang Regency showed that the final test scores for the first semester of mathematics subjects had different completeness for each school. Based on interviews with teachers, the factors that influence the learning outcomes of mathematics are student learning discipline. There are some students who cannot manage their study time. In addition, because of the giving of homework, there were some students who were not orderly in doing their homework. The research method uses ex post facto quantitative research methods. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling, and obtained a sample of 98 students. The results of the study show: (1) the results of a simple linear regression test show the R square value of 0.123, a significance value of 0.000, meaning that learning discipline has a significant effect on learning outcomes in Mathematics positively by 12.3%. (2) the results of a simple linear regression test show that the R square value is 0.109, a significance value of 0.001 means that giving homework has a significant effect on learning mathematics outcomes positively by 10.9%. (3) the results of the simple linear regression test show that the R square value is 0.181, the significance value is 0.000, meaning that learning discipline and giving homework have a significant effect on positive mathematics learning outcomes by 18.1%.

Abstract

To realize the vision, mission, and goals of the institution, The Institute Technology & Health Cendekia Utama Kudus compiles and formulates standards that regulate excellent graduate competency. One additional performance indicator in the standard graduate competency of education standard states that students are required to have a minimum Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 450. TOEFL is a standardized test of English as a foreign language used to test a student's ability in mastering English. This study aims to determine student perceptions of the TOEFL policy as a graduation requirement, as well as observe the challenges & difficulties faced by the students in the implementation. This research is a descriptive qualitative study. Respondents were final semester students in the study program at ITEKES Cendekia Utama Kudus. A questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5 was used as an instrument in this study. The results of this study indicate that students' perceptions of this policy are very positive. Students become more aware of the importance of English and have high motivation to graduate on time. Positive perceptions are also shown in the English course because it helps them to pass the TOEFL, and increases students’ motivation in learning English. Some students also consider the TOEFL score set is very high, the time required for preparation is very short, the test fee is expensive, and the policy set is too difficult, but the majority of students have a neutral response and can implement this policy well. The difficulties and challenges that most students face in the TOEFL are time allocation, lack of preparation, and lack of mastery of English grammar. Therefore, the institution must prepare and provide good facilities so that students can meet and exceed the specified passing grade maximally. Intensive TOEFL courses should be given to reduce the difficulties faced by students.

Abstract

Attitude and awareness are essential factors in learning foreign language because they are reflected to the students feeling towards it. English is placed as foreign language in Indonesia play a very important role troughout human’s life academically on non-academically. It is due to English was functioned as the main ctool of communication in the world,especially in Technology era nowdays. All technology was designed in English to operate it. The phenomena happened recently was that the development of technology and the shifting process of learning spontanously onto digital,force students to be accustomed to operate digital media in learning without any well-preparation and training. Unrealizedly, students should communicate via digital media which English got alredy settled in it. Spontanously they were accustomed to interract with English words in their gadget, on the other hands, they learned autodidactly. This study amied to investigate how the students’ language attitude towards English learning pasca digitalization era. The study was designed by using qualitative with simple quantitative data survey and applying closed questionnaire that administered to respondents (all Business Administration students grade II academic Year 2021-2022). The sample was taken at all because the population was 56 students, then all of them will be the sample of the research. Furthermore, the Questionnaire will be analysed quantitatively based on the theory proposed by Miles, Huberman and Saldana such as data displaying, classifying, analyzing, comparing and concluding. Based on the study, it was found that the students shew positive attitude toward Learning English pasca digitalization learning. There were 47 students who are intereseted in learnng English and there were 8 students who felt bored in doing the English learning. Meanwhile the researher found something unique in this study, eventhough the students are interested in it, the students got 20% decressing score than before applying digital media for learning, the researchers found that there was another thing affected their score and English achivement, such as the teahers’ teaching methodology.

Abstract

Ibn Athaillah is a figure of the Shadziliyah order, where syadziliyah is one of the leading Sufi orders in the world, especially in Indonesia. Ibn Athaillah was a prolific scholar with his works in the fields of interpretation, Sufism, hadith, aqidah, nahwu, and ushul fiqh. One of his best known works in the field of Sufism is the book of Al-Hikam. Al-Hikam is a popular book among Muslims. The Book of Al-Hikam is the main work of ibn Athaillah which has been very popular in the islamic world for centuries to the present day. This book is also the main study of almost all Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. It contains wise words about morals, heart, and his relationship with the Khaliq, namely Allah Almighty. Ibn Athaillah in his study in the book of Al-Hikam with reference to the Qur'an and As-Sunah. The Book of Al-Hikam is a hallmark of Ibn Athaillah's thought, especially in terms of Sufism. This athaillah thought is not just a sufism style that prioritizes theology, but contains elements of shari'a experience, tarikat, and essence pursued in a methodical way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal review of the sale and purchase agreement through e-commerce and to find out the time and validity of the agreement in the electronic sale and purchase agreement. The data collection method used is primary legal materials, namely laws and court decisions. Secondary legal materials are various literatures, expert opinions, legal dictionaries. Non-legal materials such as the Big Indonesian Dictionary and economic books. The results of the research conducted that the validity of online buying and selling agreements by parties with different legal systems, remains valid. This can be seen even though the different legal systems of the agreement occur because of a prior agreement between the parties, where when they want to enter into an e-commerce contract the parties can determine the choice of law and the choice of which forum is the basis for implementing e-commerce as well as being a second agreement. parties in the event of a dispute in the future. If a choice of law is not made, then to determine the applicable law, the principle/theory (the most characteristic) in Civil Law must be used.

Abstract

The pandemic COVID-19 is the health disaster that becomes the threat for many countries including Indonesia. Since the first positive case of COVID-19 found in March 2020 in Indonesia, the government has made policies starting from the Great Social Restriction (GSR), then changed into the Enforcement of Emergency Community Activity Restriction (ECAR), and finally became the Enforcement of Community Acvitity Restriction (ECAR) Level 4. Pandemic COVID-19 sparked the most devastating crisis experienced by multi-sectors with prolonged problems and uncertainty. Since the beginning of the implementation of the Enforcement of Community Acvitity Restriction (ECAR) Level 4, there have been many polemics caused by the lack of policy socialization to all society levels, implementation transparency and social grants accountability. This study uses the consructivist paradigm in the form of qualitative descriptive with the formal evaluation approach. This Enforcement of Community Acvitity Restriction (ECAR) Level 4 is the only “Top Down” or centralized policy base, and less decentralized the decentralization and concurrent. The three stakeholders (government, public and private sector) need to improve the collaboration to achieve the synergy. The government needs to take actions to be more interactive, negotiable, open to dialogue and facilitating all stakeholders in order to help people in this difficult situation for getting the full support from all stakeholders.

Abstract

Adanya loyalitas nasabah untuk perusahaan sangatlah penting. Keberhasilan mencapai tujuan tersebut di tentukan oleh berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas nasabah antara lain kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah. Begitu juga pada PT. BPR Mas Giri Wangi Gianyar. Bila kualitas pelayanan tersebut di mata nasabah baik, maka akan menyebabkan tingginya loyalitas nasabah. Demikian pula jika nasabah puas terhadap pelayanan yang diterima, kemungkinan akan melakukan transaksi ulang. Sehingga makin nasabah merasa puas maka loyalitas nasabah juga akan semakin tinggi. Adanya perhatian dan temuan mengenai permasalahan mengenai kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BPR Mas Giri Wangi Gianyar dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, metode kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. BPR Mas Giri Wangi Gianyar dalam situasi pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Tindak tutur sangat penting dalam penelitian pragmatik karena diam adalah sebuah analisis. Dengan memberikan pidato tertentu, Anda dapat melihat bahwa dia telah mengambil tindakan. Penggunaan tindak tutur tidak dapat terlepas pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satunya yakni terdapat pada suatu film. Setiap kali karakter berbicara satu sama lain, tindakan berbicara disertakan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bahasa datar yang terdapat dalam film “Sejuta Sanyan Untukunya”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tindak tutur ekspresif para tokoh dalam film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simak dan metode catat. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah penggalan bahasa representasi karakter yang merupakan bahasa keseluruhan karakter terhadap karakter lain dari film Sejuta Sayang Untuknya. Hasil penyelidikan mengungkapkan bahwa tindak tutur ekspresif film “Sejuta Sayan Untuknya” terdiri dari kritik, duka, pujian, terima kasih, selamat, permintaan maaf, kebahagiaan, dan kesedihan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk pembelajaran tentang tindak tutur ekspresif. Sekaligus menambah pemahaman tentang pentingnya bahasa dalam sinema dan semoga bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
