Abstract

In today's human civilization, all aspects of life cannot be separated from organization, because by nature humans are social creatures who tend to always live in society. This is seen well in household life, social organizations, especially when someone enters the world of work. This person will interact and become part of the organization where he works. This research aims to determine the relationship between leadership style and employee performance, work environment, work communication, and employee job satisfaction at the Dahlia Community Health Center, Makassar City. The type of research used is the Observation method with a Cross Sectional Study design. The sampling technique in this research is Exchautive Sampling Technique (total sample). Data analysis using the chi square test. The research results show that there is a relationship between employee performance and leadership style. There is a relationship between the work environment and leadership style. There is no relationship between communication and leadership style. There is a relationship between job satisfaction and leadership style. The conclusion of this research is that employee performance, work environment, and job satisfaction are related to leadership style, while work communication is not related to leadership style.

Abstract

The rapid growth of information technology has created new business opportunities. The business opportunity in question is the existence of a trading system using internet media. The use of the internet for business transaction activities is known as electronic commerce (e-commerce). There are several factors that influence consumer considerations in making purchasing decisions online, one of these factors is price, product quality, and convenience. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is a significant effect of price, product quality, and convenience on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, State Islamic University of Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. As well as to find out how Islamic economics reviews online purchasing decisions for students of the Islamic Faculty of Economics and Business at the State Islamic University of Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The research sample consisted of 85 students using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is one variable that has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions, namely convenience, while the other 2 variables, namely price and product quality, have no significant effect on online purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, there is a significant influence between price, product quality, and convenience on online purchasing decisions. the R Square value is 0.768 or 76.8%, which means that the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable has an effect of 76.8% and the remaining 23.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study. The Islamic economic view regarding online purchasing decisions is permissible as long as there are no elements of usury, fraud, tyranny, or the goods are defective.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine whether the work environment partially has a positive effect on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, (2) Knowing compensation partially has a positive effect on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, and (3) Knowing whether the work environment and compensation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar. The population at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar was 87 employees in 2023. The number of samples in this study was 87 people, because all employees were used as respondents or research subjects. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product Servive Solution (SPSS). The results showed that: 1) The work environment variable partially does not have a positive and insignificant physical influence on the work commitment of Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar employees, 2) Non-physical work environment variables partially have a positive and significant influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, 3) Financial compensation variables partially have a positive and significant influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, 4) Non-financial compensation variables partially have a positive and significant influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar, and 5) Work environment variables and compensation simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on employee work commitment at Bank Muamalat KCU Makassar.

Abstract

the This research aims to analyze the influence of education and training on improving employee performance. The sample used in this research was 30 employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. The data collection technique used in this research used observation and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this research are that employee education (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency. Employee training (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Enrekang Regency Regional Financial Management Agency employees. Employee education (X1) and training (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) of the Regional Financial Management Agency of Enrekang Regency.

Abstract

This article is a literature review that focuses on discussing what is conflict management in schools or madrasah as well as its purpose and function. The research uses a literature study where all information is obtained from articles and books. The discussion and results obtained can be described that conflict management is a force to bring about change and progress in an institution which if utilized in a more productive direction if managed systematically so that it can strengthen cooperative relationships, increase trust and self-esteem, increase creativity and job satisfaction. In order for conflict to have a positive impact on organizational performance and productivity, organizational leaders must have the ability to handle conflict. There are several different approaches available for conflict management, each of which has advantages and disadvantages. Conflict needs to be resolved in a way that is appropriate and relevant to the context of the conflict. The causes of conflict are not only internal to the organization, but also external to the organization.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price perceptions and service quality on customer satisfaction at Bintang Sangak Cafe. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this research there are 2 independent variables, namely: Price Perception (X1), Service Quality (X2), and there is 1 dependent variable, namely Customer Satisfaction (Y). The number of samples studied in this research was 50 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test (simultaneous F test, and partial T test). The results of the research show that the price variable, Service Quality variable and Facility variables influence Customer Satisfaction. And the data analysis method uses the SPSS 22 software application. The research results show that the Price Perception variable and the Service Quality variable influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Conflict is something that cannot be avoided in life. Throughout life, humans are always faced with and struggling with conflict. One dimension of conflict is conflict within the organization. Organization members are always faced with conflict. Within an organization, of course, sometimes there are differences of opinion, incompatibilities and contradictions which can give rise to many conflicts, ranging from small conflicts to large conflicts, both hidden and overt. The results of this research examine forms of conflict in organizations and conflict resolution strategies that focus on the context of Islamic education. Four types of conflict that often occur in an organization are, intrapersonal, interpersonal, intragroup, intraorganizational, and interorganizational. Furthermore, in the conflict resolution strategy there are five stages, namely, deliberation, third person intervention, confrontation, bargaining and compromise. The methodology in this research uses a literature review where all information obtained comes from relevant journals and books.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how special management services are implemented in libraries carried out by an organization called library ambassador at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banyuwangi. Can the planning and organization of special library services increase reading interest among Madrasah Aliyah 2 Banyuwangi students? Therefore, researchers will conduct interviews with library staff, members of library ambassadors, and students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banyuwangi to obtain results and data about library services. The implementation method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results that will be obtained in this research are that the implementation of special management services at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Banyuwangi library through planning, organizing, implementing and controlling can be carried out so that it can fulfill the aim of increasing the students' talents and interests.

Abstract

Banks are really needed by society when they want to progress and develop. Various types of financial activities are carried out by banks as a form of financial institution that can be trusted by the wider community. With the aim of obtaining maximum profits, Islamic banks adhere to sharia principles in asset management and maintain customer trust in the form of accountability in fulfilling their obligations as an organization that relies heavily on the principle of trust. In this case, financial support will be provided by Bank BCA Syariah through a profit sharing program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine: 1. To determine the effect of budget participation on the budget gap in the Regional Work Units (SKPD) of West Sumatra Province; 2. To determine the effect of information asymmetry on the budget gap in the Regional Work Units (SKPD) of West Sumatra Province; The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The sample in this study was 72 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Data analysis techniques start from validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, heteroscedasticity testing, multicollinearity testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. This research shows the results: 1) Budget participation has a positive and significant effect on the budget gap with a calculated t-value greater than the t-table (2.480>1.667) with a significant value smaller than the alpha value (0.016<0.05); 2) Information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on the budget gap with a calculated t-value greater than the t-table (2.567<1.667) with a significant value smaller than the alpha value (0.012<0.05).
