Abstract

Research at the Karadenta care clinicit aims to analyze the effect of service quality, consumer experience and variation-seeking behavior on brand switching. Consumer satisfaction is then used as mediation of consumer experience and service quality on brand switching. This study used a purposive sampling technique with a total of 82 respondents who were beauty clinic patients who had changed services from the previous beauty clinic and were currently using beauty treatments for 1 year at the current beauty clinic. Questionnaire data were processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with testing measurement model (outer) model and inner model with path coefficients. The results of the analysis show that service quality and customer experience have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The variable of consumer satisfaction has a negative effect on variation seeking behavior and variation seeking behavior has a positive effect on brand switching, but consumer satisfaction has no effect on brand switching. The consumer satisfaction variable does not mediate service quality and consumer experience towards the switching of the Karadenta care brand.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the determining factors in a company's performance. Compensation, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are all factors that can influence employee performance. A coffee shop is a popular type of business in recent years. The rise in coffee shops and domestic coffee consumption over the last three years demonstrates this. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation on employee engagement and how it affects employees who work in high-end coffee shops. This study employs quantitative methods for causality research. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with 89 respondents from Tanaka coffee shops in Bandung Regency. The Structural Equation Model was used for statistical analysis in this study (SEM). According to the study's findings, compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee engagement because a higher salary increases employee engagement. Employee engagement has a significant and positive effect on employee performance because the employee pays more attention to the company; their performance will improve. Payment, on the other hand, has no significant impact on employee performance because low pay does not cause employees to perform poorly. Managers of coffee shops must pay attention to employee compensation and welfare in order to increase employee engagement and performance. on the other hand, it has no significant impact on employee performance because low pay does not cause employees to perform poorly. Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of transparency, accountability, and leadership on the effectiveness of managing village funds in Haria village and Porto village, kec. Saparua, Kab. Central Moluccas. This research is a quantitative research using primary data, this data was obtained from respondents through a questionnaire which was distributed to 50 village government staff for data collection. The population in this study were government staff of Haria village and Porto village, Kec. Saparua Kab. Central Moluccas. Data analysis used normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression test. Abstract

This study focuses on the effect of auditor specific experience and compliance pressure on auditor performance in the inspectorate with PWB as a mediating variable for the internal auditors of the inspectorate in Maluku Province, Ambon City, West Seram Regency and Central Maluku Regency. This research is a quantitative research. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to 100 research respondents. The method of analyzing data path analysis uses PLS, to measure the direct and indirect effects between Specific Experience and Compliance Pressure on Auditor Performance with PWB as a mediating variable. Based on the test results, it can be confirmed that the three independent variables: Specific Experience, Obedience Pressure and Psychological Well-Being affect Auditor Performance. Likewise with the role of Psychological WellBeing as a mediator in the relationship between the influence of Specific Experience and Compliance Pressure on Auditor Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meneliti Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kusioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan korelasi.Dari hasil analisis korelasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai pengaruh Promosi Jabatan (X) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y), rxy = 0,699 menyatakan bahwa korelasi antara variabel X (promosi jabatan) dengan variabel Y (kinerja pegawai) dapat diinterpretasikan korelasinya kuat, kontribusi promosi jabatan pada kinerja pegawai, diketahui melalui koefisien diterminan : KP = rxy2 x 100%, yaitu KP = 0,6992 x 100% = 49 %. Hal ini juga tergambar dalam pengujian hipotesis dengan Uji F, diperoleh data F-hitung = 26,783 > F-tabel 4,20 dan dibuktikan signifikan pengaruhnya melalui uji t, diperoleh t-hitung= 5,175 > t-tabel 1,701 maka H1 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Keberartian promosi jabatan terhadap kinerja pegawai saling terkait pengaruh linieritas Ŷ = 33,614 + 0,553 X. Hal ini tergambar dari hasil nilai F-hitung > F-tabel atau F-hitung = 26,783 > F-tabel = 4,20 dengan nilai signifikan 0,05. Sebagaimana juga t-hitung = 5,175 > t-tabel = 1,701. Dengan demikian jika promosi jabatan ditingkatkan, maka kinerja pegawai pada Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) Provinsi Sulawesi Utara akan lebih meningkat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence asset management and financial performance have on the market value of property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The design of this study uses secondary data, with a purposive sampling technique, namely property sector companies, with the property and real estate and building construction sub-sectors, which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 67 observations. The operational variable of this research is Asset Management measured based on Fixed Asset Turnover (FAT) and Inventory Turnover (IT); and Financial Performance is measured based on Return On Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) to Market Value which is measured based on the Closing Share Price (HSP). The analysis of this study uses the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

Inflation is an economic problem that has always been the main focus of governments around the world, including in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out how Indonesia's inflation is affected by the JUB, the exchange rate, the BI rate, and the budget deficit. The research method is quantitative and data collection is in the form of secondary data obtained from the annual data of each variable. The results of the research conducted show that the JUB, exchange rate and BI rate have an influence on inflation. Meanwhile, the budget deficit has no effect on inflation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of talent development and job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. The research method is Quantitative with the type of associative research. Collecting survey data using the questionnaire method which will be distributed to research samples which contain several questions related to the indicators in this study and translated into numerical data with a Likert scale. Which of the data that has been taken will then be processed through the SPSS software. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression test. The results of his research show: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between talent development on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that if talent development increases, employee performance also increases. 2) there is a significant effect of job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that the higher the job assignment, the higher the employee's performance. 3) there is an influence of talent development and job assignments on employee performance at Balitar Islamic University (UNISBA) Blitar. This means that the higher the talent development and job assignment, the higher the employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, firm size, and leverage on earnings quality. This type of research is a qualitative research with a literature review study approach The population of this study is made up of manufacturing firms in the automobile subsector that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2018 through 2022. The results show that liquidity, profitability, and firm size have a significant effect on earnings quality. While leverage has no effect on eamings quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of PT Pertamina EP South Jakarta as seen from the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability in 2019-2021. PT Pertamina EP is the main business sector of oil and gas. As for data collection techniques used documentation techniques. From the research that has been carried out, the results show that the liquidity ratio measured using the Current Ratio has decreased every year, from 2019 which was very good to 2021 which was not good. The solvency ratio is measured using the Debt to asset ratio and the Debt to equity ratio. The results of the Debt to asset ratio for 2019-2021 are said to be not good, while the results of the debt to equity ratio have decreased every year, which is shown in 2019 which is categorized as good, 2020 is quite good, and 2021 is not good. While the profitability ratio is measured using Net Profit Margin, which shows fluctuation results because in 2019 it was very good, but in 2020 it has decreased to be quite good, then in 2021 it has increased with very good criteria.
