Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menemukan urgensi manajemen risiko dalam pengembangan wakaf produktif. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengumpulkan beberapa artikel dan buku tentang wakaf dan manajemen risiko. Data-data dari buku/artikel tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan content analisis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa manajemen risiko sangat penting diterapkan dalam pengelolaan wakaf produktif. Pengembangan wakaf produktif membawa risiko berupa kemungkinan berkurangnya atau hilangnya nilai harta benda wakaf. Risiko-risiko tersebut dapat diakibatkan oleh kerugian usaha produktif yang dijalankan oleh nazhir, risiko kehilangan nilai secara natural (inflasi dan depresiasi), risiko karena force majeur (bencana alam, kebakaran dsb), atau risiko karena kurang profesionalnya atau tidak amanahnya nazhir atau pengelola wakaf produktif yang ditunjuk oleh nazhir. Untuk itu manajemen risiko harus dilaksanakan dalam pengembangan wakaf produktif mencakup identifikasi risiko, analisa dan pengukuran risiko, penanganan dan pengendalian risiko serta monitoring dan evaluasi.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial inclusion from the dimensions of access, user, quality, wealth on bank behavior and debt behavior and the indirect influence of each dimension of financial inclusion on bank behavior and household debt behavior. With population areas and samples in the city of Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia.The research focused on the demand side in banking services, namely consumer credit services to households. Using a purposive sampling method with a total sample of 303 household units in the city of Pekanbaru.The analysis tool used in the study was SEM-WarpPLS version 6.From this study the authors found that access, user, quality, wealth had a positive effect on the behavior of household debt, then the authors found that access, user, quality had a positive effect on bank behavior, then found that access, user, quality, wealth had an indirect positive effect towards debt behavior through mediating bank behavior.It was concluded from this study that the behavior of banks as mediating variables can reduce the direct influence of financial inclusion on the behavior of household debt.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze positive organizational behavior consisting of emotional intelligence, positive communication and work happiness and its effect on the performance of employees of pt pln (persero) upt padang. Source of data by distributing questioners to pln employees related to the variables studied and then processed with spss using the t test to see the effect of variable x on y, and see the effect of x on simultaneously. . From the processed data results reveal that emotional intelligence has a positive effect on employee performance, then positive communication and work happiness have a positive effect on the performance of pt pln employees.

Abstract

The kind of research used is a quantitative research using the research method of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used was a linear regression analysis with sample 32. The study suggests 61,0% of an employee’s performance factors can be affected by spiritual skill, discipline, and work motivation. In comparison, the rest, 39,0%, are affected by other unexamined factors in the study. In contrast, the results of the F show that simultaneous spiritual skill, discipline, and work motivation simultaneously affect positive and significant effects on employees’ performance. The results of the t-test show that the spiritual skill variable and work motivation are both positive and significant. In contrast, the discipline variable has no positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toys Games Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes factors or variables that effect of human development index (HDI) in Muslim countries, a case study of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member countries. The data of 33 selected OIC member countries from 2007-2016 were analyzed using panel data regression analysis. The entire models show the significant influence of some independent variables to the level of HDI in Muslim countries. However, a variable number of the population contributes positively to HDI in all models. Unfortunately, foreign direct investment (FDI) does not add to the increasing of HDI; this is the biggest challenge faced by the government in various Muslim countries. While government fiscal policy reflected in government spending (G) contributes positively to HDI in OIC member countries.
