Abstract

Bogor Botanical Gardens is a natural tourist attraction in the city of Bogor which has a variety ofex-situ plants as its appeal. The number of domestic and foreign tourists visiting the BogorBotanical Gardens experienced a fluctuating development, It’s expected to improve the quality andquality of services and facilities that remain to be maintained.The result of regression test showsthat 75,1% of visitor satisfaction factors can be explained by location, service quality, facilities, andvisitor's ambience while the rest 24,9% is explained by other factors not examined in this research.While the result of F test shows that simultaneously location variable, service quality, facility, andvisitor atmosphere simultaneously have positive and significant effect to visitor satisfaction withresult of analysis that is Fcount = 75,460> Ftabel = 2,460. The result of T test shows that the locationvariable shows the result of analysis tcount(2.044), quality of service ttable (2,236), ttable facility (2,678)and transient environment (3,036) where ttable (1,985), partially all variable have positive andsignificant effect to satisfaction Visitors Bogor Botanical Garden.The variables that dominate thevisitor satisfaction of Bogor Botanical Gardens are the environment of atmosphere.

Abstract

The type of research carried out using a quantitative approach with the research method used is survey research using questionnaires as a means of collecting basic data. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. To determine the sample to be used, the researcher used incidental sampling techniques. The regression test results show that the Adjusted R Square value is 0.491 or if it uses a percentage of 49.1%. This means that the independent variable or independent variable, namely product quality, service quality, and price together (simultaneously) affects the dependent variable or dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction by 49.1% while the remaining 50.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variable quality product, service quality, and price have a positive and significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction with the results of the calculated F value of 32.855 greater than the F table which is 2.700. The results of the t-test show that the product quality variable gets at a value of 2.467, the service quality gets at a count of 3.368 and the price gets a value of 4.088 t where the t table value is 1.985. So partially the product quality, service quality, and price variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction PT. Watertech Estate Cikarang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Adapun sampel tersebut berjumlah 90 responden, dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa 34,3% faktor-faktor keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan sedangkan sisanya 65,7% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel lokasi, harga dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan hasil analisis yaitu nilai Fhitung (16,502) > Ftabel (2,710). Hasil Uji t menunjukan bahwa variabel lokasi menunjukan hasil thitung­ (0,528) < ttabel (1,988) dan variabel harga menunjukan hasil thitung (1,187) < ttabel (1,988) serta nilai signifikansinya di atas 0,05, maka secara parsial kedua variabel tersebut tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian tiket Wisata Kampung Turis (Waterpark). Adapun variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian tiket Wisata Kampung Turis (Waterpark) dengan hasil nilai menunjukan thitung­ (6,171) >ttabel (1,988) Variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian tiket Wisata Kampung Turis (Waterpark) adalah kualitas pelayanan. Kata kunci : Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Lokasi. Abstract: As for the sample amounted to 90 respondents, by using analysis of linear regression.The results of regression test shows that 34,3% of the factors of purchase decision can be explained by the location, price and service quality while the remaining 65,7% is explained by other factors not examined in this research. While the result of F test shows that simultant variable of location, price and service quality together have significant effect to customer satisfaction with result of analysis that is Fcount (16,502)> Ftable (2,710). The result of t test shows that the locationvariable shows the result of tcount (0,528) < ttable (1,988) and the price variable shows the result of tcount (1,187) < ttable (1,988), partially these two variables are not significantly influence the purchase decisionat Tourism Kampung Turis (Waterpark) and its significance value above 0,05. The variable service quality has significant effect on purchase decisionat Tourism Kampung Turis (Waterpark) with the result value show tcount (6,171) >t-table (1,988). The dominant variable affect purchase decisionat Tourism Kampung Turis (Waterpark) Falkirk is the quality of service. Keyword: Price, Service Quality, purchase decision, Location.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan online commerce menjadi fenomena dalam perekonomian sebuah negara yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif pemerataan kesejahteraan ekonomi di Indonesia. secara digital apalagi ketika pandemi covid-19 terjadi, tren belanja online menjadi pilihan nyata. Model penganalisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier. multipleSample selection dilakukan dengan cara accidental sampling Dan responden sampel ini berjumlah 75, menggunakan multiple regression analysis Hasil uji regresi regression menunjukkan bahwa 52,5% dari minat beli dapat diekstrifrifkan oleh brand ambassador, advertising dan brand awareness dimana sebanyak 47,5% sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Sedangkan hasil uji F menunjukkan secara bersamaan brand ambassador, advertising, dan brand awareness secara serentak secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi minat beli dengan hasil analisis nilai Fcalculate (27.660) > Ftabel (2,73). Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand ambassador menunjukkan hasil Thitung analyisis (0.089) kemudian brand ambassador variabel parsial tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat Variabel iklan merupakan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli bersama Thitung (2.438) dan Thitung (6.041) brand awareness yang sebagian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pembelian di tokopedia pada siswagici Depok. AbstractThe development of online commerce becomes a phenomenon in the economy a country that is expected to give a positive impact equitable distribution of economic welfare in Indonesia. digitally especially when the pandemic covid-19 happen, the trend of online shopping to be a real option. T test result shows that the brand ambassador variable shows the results of Thitung analyisis (0,089) then a partial variable brand ambassador has no positive and significant effect on the interest The variable advertising is a positive and significant effect on the interest of buying with Thitung (2,438) and Thitung (6,041) brand awareness partially influential positive and significant to the interest in buying at tokopedia inGICI Depok students.

Abstract

VUCA merupakan salah satu fenomena yang terjadi akibat adanya perubahan yang sangat cepat dalam proses bisnis. Abstract

Nowadays, there are many new knowledge, innovations, and changes marked by the rapid advancement of technology. Business competition is becoming increasingly competitive. This research will explain two important constructs that can create increased business performance and remain adaptive, namely innovative work behavior and organizational commitment. This condition is very crucial, considering that many business organizations neglect to produce innovative employees and build solid organizational commitment, thus marked by layoffs. The literature review method is used in this study in order to find complete and complementary results. Based on the literature review, this study arrived at the finding that innovative work behavior and organizational commitment can create successful business performance such as increased sales, profits, satisfaction, market share, high productivity, employee loyalty, and low employee turnover. Such indicators are good assets for companies to remain agile in improvising in an increasingly modern era in implementing business strategies. The results of this study are expected to be discussed in management science and business administration, and implemented for certain parties in order to achieve business success.

Abstract

The kind of research used is a quantitative research using the research method of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis model used was a linear regression analysis with sample 32. The study suggests 61,0% of an employee’s performance factors can be affected by spiritual skill, discipline, and work motivation. In comparison, the rest, 39,0%, are affected by other unexamined factors in the study. In contrast, the results of the F show that simultaneous spiritual skill, discipline, and work motivation simultaneously affect positive and significant effects on employees’ performance. The results of the t-test show that the spiritual skill variable and work motivation are both positive and significant. In contrast, the discipline variable has no positive or significant effect on employee performance at PT. Toys Games Indonesia.

Abstract

In essence, humans are social creatures who live in groups, so it cannot be denied that in everyday life humans cannot be separated from various kinds of problems, one of which is in organization. Performance is something that must be improved by every agency in implementing programs that are directed to always be efficient to achieve agency goals. Organizational progress is achieved when employee performance is high, which is influenced by the leadership style of the leader and discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Discipline on the Performance of Desa Srimukti Employees. The type of research used is associative research with quantitative research methods in the form of data collection using questionnaires. The number of samples used as many as 30 respondents using multiple linear regression analysis techniques.The results of the regression test showed that 76,8% of the performance factors could be explained by leadership style and discipline, while the remaining 23,2% was explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the results of the F test show that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance with the results of the analysis that the value of Fcount (49.018) > Ftable (3.354). The results of the t test show that the discipline variable shows the results of the t-count analysis (-0,071) where the t table (2.051) then partially the variables dicipline have no significant effect on employee performance Desa Srimukti. The leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees Desa Srimukti with the value of the t-count analysis (9.816). The dominant variable affecting performance is the leadersip style.

Abstract

Studi penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi advokasi, pendidikan, dan kolaborasi masyarakat sebagai cara untuk mengatasi masalah tunawisma, gangguan kesehatan mental, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan pengangguran yang saling terkait di perkotaan. Melalui pendekatan metode campuran, termasuk tinjauan literatur, wawancara, survei, dan studi kasus, penelitian ini menyelidiki efektivitas dan implikasi dari pengintegrasian komponen-komponen tersebut. Temuan-temuannya menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan multidimensi yang mempertimbangkan akar permasalahan, saling ketergantungan, dan hambatan sistemik yang terkait dengan isu-isu tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya advokasi, pendidikan, dan kolaborasi dengan masyarakat dapat menghasilkan hasil yang lebih baik dan perubahan positif yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pengembang program, dan pemangku kepentingan untuk menerapkan pendekatan terpadu, mendorong kolaborasi, dan memprioritaskan kesejahteraan dan keberhasilan individu dan masyarakat yang terkena dampak dari tantangan-tantangan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan orang tua, harga diri, pengenalan peluang, dan jejaring terhadap niat berwirausaha di kalangan manajemen mahasiswa di Kota Bandung, Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan desain survei kuantitatif dan mengumpulkan data dari 384 peserta manajemen mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengenalan peluang dan jejaring berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, sedangkan dukungan orang tua dan harga diri tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting untuk mempromosikan kewirausahaan di kalangan manajemen mahasiswa di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pengembangan pengenalan peluang dan keterampilan berjejaring.
