Abstract

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants

Abstract

The tradition of circumcision in Indonesia has been known since ancient times, especially since the arrival of Islam to the archipelago. However, it should be remembered that the tradition of circumcision has actually been around since humans first appeared on earth. Prophet Adam was the first human to undergo circumcision. Apart from the religious aspect, the practice of circumcision also has a positive impact on health and can prevent diseases caused by lack of hygiene of the male genital organs. The World Health Organization (WHO) stated in 2018 that circumcision can help prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS and cancer. The Ministry of Health also revealed in 2017 that circumcision can prevent the accumulation of dirt or smegma and avoid phimosis. These two conditions can trigger infections in the genital organs of babies and children. However, sometimes the implementation of circumcision is hampered by significant costs, which makes some families postpone the implementation of circumcision. One effort to ensure that every child can undergo circumcision is by holding mass circumcision activities. Through mass circumcision, it is hoped that many children in Indonesia can undergo circumcision, so that it can improve the health status and growth of children in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pregnant women need adequate nutrition for the health of the mother and fetus. If the mother's nutritional needs are inadequate, this can potentially cause nutritional problems. However, pregnant women often do not realize that there is an increase in nutritional needs during pregnancy. The nutritional needs of pregnant women must be met because the needs of pregnant women must be able to nourish the fetus in their womb. Don't let pregnant women lack nutrition because if they do, the fetus they are carrying will not be healthy and will also suffer from complications. In accordance with the results of interviews with midwives in Paccellekang Village, Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. The facts found were revealed to be the low level of public knowledge about the importance of nutrition for pregnant women. The problem solving method used was providing counseling about the importance of nutrition to pregnant women. When carrying out community service activities, there were 15 pregnant women, 2 coordinating midwives and 3 KIA officers and 3 cadres attending. The results of the activity showed that participants were enthusiastic about the extension material, no participants left the counseling area during the extension process and more than 75% of the participants who attended were able to answer questions from the instructors about the material presented. This proves that the participants paid attention to the material presented. The conclusion is that providing knowledge about the importance of nutrition to pregnant women has a positive impact on society, so that people understand the importance of nutrition to pregnant women

Abstract

Since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, mosques have been the center of Muslim activities. Even though the meaning of the word is that a mosque is a place of prostration to Allah SWT, history shows that mosques are not only used for ritual activities. In the long course of Islamic history, it can be said that mosques also played a significant role in the development of Islamic civilization. Therefore, in rebuilding Islamic civilization, which is able to spread grace to the surrounding environment, it is basically a center for Muslim activities. The mosque is located in a remote village, on a mountain slope far from the crowds. The majority of the population are advanced farmers who earn good incomes. Even though the average citizen has low education, most of them are Islamic boarding school alumni with strong religious basics. The population in this hamlet is dominated by adults and the elderly. Assistance through Community Development using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method and theoretical concepts, is expected to be able to provide contributions, benefits and changes that are expected to occur in terms of the prosperity of the mosque and the realization of a religious, ideal and harmonious community life. companions include: First, the existence of new mosque takmir management. This is related to the management of the management structure and the congregational prayer imam's schedule. Second, changes in residents' awareness of the existence of flowing water sources that can be utilized and managed together in a cooperative manner. Third, changes in the attitudes of young people in Paleran hamlet towards self-confidence for a more advanced life. This is characterized by their more active role in every activity. It is no longer awkward and reluctant to get involved directly in helping, even though you are still not able to be independent (still based on instructions). Fourth, change towards social change that upholds solidarity (togetherness) between residents to build a proper ablution place in the mosque where they worship.

Abstract

This study aims to provide fairy tales and see their cognitive abilities, by providing a method of reading fairy tales to children at the Al Kahfi Orphanage Medan is a very interesting activity for children. ages 7 to 12 years, Piaget divided cognitive development into four phases, namely the sensorimotor phase, the pre-operational phase, the concrete operations phase, and the formal operational phase Concrete Operations phase (ages 7-12 years). logical thinking has developed, provided that the object that is the source of logical thinking is present concretely. Thinking ability is characterized by mental activities such as remembering, understanding and being able to solve problems. Children are better able to think, learn, remember and communicate because their cognitive processes are no longer egocentrism and are more logical. Children are invited to play fairy tales to train their cognitive abilities, because fairy tales are stories that are told for entertainment which usually do not actually happen in life. Fairy tales are a form of literary work whose stories are fictitious or not really happening and are entertaining and in fairy tales there are moral teachings. By listening to fairy tales, children like entertaining games while honing cognitive skills when the storyteller asks again about the content of the story. Types Animal tales (animal tales), is a fairy tale with the characters in the story are wild animals and pets. These animals are likened to be able to talk and behave like humans. A special form of animal fables is fables. Fabels itself is an animal fairy tale that contains a moral message in it, namely good behavior and bad behavior, Sikancil stories from storytellers that have been conceptualized with appropriate themes, plots and backgrounds, children have actually carried out cognitive processes.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an application for receiving goods assistance for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in East Kalimantan Province. This application is designed to help the Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs of East Kalimantan Province to facilitate the input and output of data on SME submission goods that have been registered with the cooperative. The method used in this research is the Prototype Method. The Prototype method is an early version of a software system stage that is used to present an overview of ideas, experiment a design, find as many problems as possible and find solutions to problem solving. This method aims to describe the functions, features, and interfaces of the product more concretely. The results show that this application will allow assistance applicants to apply online, track the status of their application, and receive notifications about the progress of the application. In addition, this application will also make it easier for officers to manage and process applications, thereby minimizing errors and increasing efficiency. In conclusion, with this application, it is expected that the process of receiving goods assistance for SMEs can become faster, easier, and more transparent, which will ultimately support the development of SMEs in East Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the development of information technology services has grown quite rapidly in various aspects of life. Information technology has developed along with human abilities, which has created technologies that are more sophisticated and practical in helping human life. Examples of technology that have developed include machines, communication tools, and so on. This development does not only occur in urban areas but also in rural areas where information service technology has made it easier for people to access various information. The Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service is committed to always being transparent in its implementation, especially in information regarding the Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Therefore, the service team wants to create a WordPress Content Management System (CMS) based media website which contains information related to the Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. The method that the author will use in this service is how to manage a website properly and correctly. The aim of this community service is to create a website profile related to the Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service and to make it easier for people who want to find information about the Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. The final result of this service is the Company Profile Website for the Samarinda City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service.

Abstract

Technology adaptation is key in the advancement of education in Indonesia. The existence of campus teaching programs has a lot of positive impacts on students, teachers and student teams. The implementation of the teaching campus is at SDN Kedungdoro V/310 Surabaya. Through qualitative methods, which start from the student debriefing stage to the assignment stage at the assignment school. Work programs that apply technology adaptation in the form of digital presence and flipbook-based digital libraries illustrate technological developments in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in recapping student attendance and creating an interesting learning process. The results of the activities that have been carried out encourage students to be enthusiastic in the learning process and provide new knowledge for teachers to better adapt to the current times and technology. As for the teaching campus student team, they can take action and change in the world of Education with current technological developments.

Abstract

The central government created an electronic business-oriented service system to overcome the problem of slow licensing services in various regions in Indonesia as well as improving public services in processing business permits. The problem currently being experienced by the East Kalimantan Province DPMPTSP is how to arrange permits from business actors who want to upload files and check if there is an error in uploading the business permit. The aim of this research is to create a website that can be used. business actors to upload a permit to carry out the desired business. The process of creating a website involves several tools and code languages ​​that are used, namely: php, xampp, phpmyadmin, mysql, database, website. The result is a website with various features, such as login page, dashboard, profile, user management, upload files, supporting files, and scan files. From the results of the discussion and data obtained, we can conclude that students who undertake internships directly in the world of work can gain more knowledge, understanding and knowledge.

Abstract

The community service activity, focusing on the utilization of Google My Business to enhance the economy of BUMDes Sumber Rejeki in Karangkemojing Village, aims to improve the skills of local SME owners in introducing their businesses to a broader market. The training content is designed to enable the community to reach a wider audience, with the expectation of boosting the village's income. The goal is for participants to effectively utilize Google My Business as a promotional tool for the village to external audiences, emphasizing appealing designs and quality content. The execution method involves community service at Bina Sarana Informatika University, collaborating with the managers of BUMDes Karangkemojing Village. The training covers content creation and product promotion using Google My Business, accompanied by monitoring and evaluation stages. Solutions offered include learning how to create engaging content and effective promotion management. The anticipated outcomes encompass press releases in online and electronic media, along with an increase in the income of BUMDes managers who have been equipped with knowledge and technology. This, in turn, is expected to enhance the well-being of the local community in Karangkemojing Village.
