Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the risk management system implemented in the operations of Angkringan Angkojo in Cilegon, Banten. As a small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) in the culinary sector, Angkringan Angkojo faces various operational challenges, such as financial risks, supply chain issues, customer satisfaction, and weather-related impacts. The risk management system plays a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risks that could affect the sustainability of the business. The research employs a qualitative approach, with data collected through direct observation, interviews with the business owner, and analysis of related documents. The analysis process follows the stages of risk identification, impact assessment, and mitigation strategies implementation. The findings reveal that the primary risks include delays in the supply of raw materials, a decrease in customer numbers due to bad weather, and competition from similar businesses. Mitigation efforts include partnerships with local suppliers, providing adequate shelter facilities, and optimizing digital marketing through social media to attract more customers.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the strategies implemented by companies to increase competitiveness in the digital era. Using a qualitative approach with a technology case study in Indonesia, namely the company PT Bukalapak.com. This research found that digital transformation, product innovation, customer experience expertise, and cross-sector collaboration are key strategies that support business competitiveness. This study concludes that companies need to integrate technology with organizational values ​​to remain relevant in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Risk management is very important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented at Anukula Resto MSMEs, where Anukula Resto itself is an MSME that is engaged in selling food and drinks such as ice the 2000s and kebabs. mirasa burger. This research aims to determine the implementation of risk management and describe or illustrate the activities of the MSMEs Anukula Resto Serang. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Anukula Resto MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at the Anukula Resto UMKM. Therefore, it is important for Anukula Resto MSMEs to improve and implement risk management well in order to minimize risks that occur in the future.

Abstract

Digital marketing has become one of the main approaches in modern marketing strategies, especially with the rapid development of information and communication technology. In the modern era, consumer behavior has undergone a significant transformation, where purchasing decisions are increasingly influenced by information available online. Social media has a dominant role in building interactions between consumers and brands, while SEO and content marketing contribute to increasing brand awareness and purchasing decisions. In addition, personal and relevant digital advertising has been shown to increase conversion rates, while email marketing has a more significant impact on maintaining customer loyalty. Factors such as brand trust, the quality of information presented, and the overall user experience have also been found to have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions. Digital marketing not only functions as a promotional tool, but also as a means to build closer relationships with consumers, increase engagement, and create a more personalized purchasing experience.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how government accounting standards are implemented in village financial management in Sigi Village and how prepared the village government is in managing village finances. The research methodology used is qualitative research, the data sources used are primary dtaa obtained by direct interviews and secondary data obtained from related documents. The location of this research is Sigi Village, Kahayan Tengah District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of government accounting standards in this village has not been optimal because in the presentation of village financial reports there are still several reports that are not prepared by the village government. Sigi Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget Implementation Report (APBDes), Changes in Excess Budget Balance Report, Realization Report, Cash Flow Report, and Notes to Financial Reports.

Abstract

MSME business activities have workflows that meet standardization. One of the things angkringan.anyer does is carry out a raw material inventory procedure program. The aim of this research is to explain the procedure for supplying raw materials at angkringan.anyer. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach through data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research show that the raw material inventory procedure at angkringan.anyer starts from shopping for raw materials located at Pasar Baru Anyer, as well as checking the availability of raw materials at Pasar Baru Anyer. to making a list of raw materials, providing a purchasing budget, ordering or purchasing raw materials, to making purchasing reports. Overall, all the procedures carried out have been adapted to the conditions existing in MSME businesses so that employees can follow the procedures.

Abstract

Crowdfunding has emerged as an innovative fundraising solution, leveraging digital technology and social media to connect donors with beneficiaries. This study investigates the influence of religiosity, social media engagement, and viral marketing on millennials’ online donation decisions in Jakarta. Religiosity, reflecting spiritual values that motivate donations, emerged as the dominant factor, encouraging contributions as acts of worship and moral responsibility. Social media engagement enhances participation through active interactions like sharing and commenting, while viral marketing supports trust-building with engaging and informative content. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via an online Likert-scale questionnaire from 196 purposively sampled respondents and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Results show all three factors significantly influence donation decisions. This study highlights the importance of integrating spiritual values into online campaigns and utilizing creative communication strategies to foster donor trust and engagement, emphasizing the synergy between technology and social values for sustainable online donation platforms.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the Industry 4.0 era significantly impacts the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM). This article discusses the impact of digital transformation on HRM, focusing on changing roles, developing digital skills, and utilizing technology for more effective and efficient decision-making. In the past, HRM focused on administrative aspects, but now, there is a demand to develop digital skills for employees in response to modern workplace dynamics. Digital competencies are becoming essential and contributing to increased productivity and organizational competitiveness. This transformation requires a more adaptive competency-based approach to ensure employees have skills relevant to technological developments. HR management facilitates this adaptation through appropriate training and technology implementation in data-driven decision-making processes. By doing so, organizations can respond to challenges and take advantage of new opportunities in the digital era. The World Economic Forum (2020) emphasizes that digital skills, such as technological understanding, data analysis, and digital device proficiency, are now an essential foundation for competitiveness in the modern job market. With the paradigm shift from an administrative function to a strategic role, innovative leadership is required for HRM to support organizational success in the face of Industry 4.0.
